Role overview

 As an MLOps Engineer, you will design, build, and operate the infrastructure and tooling that power end-to-end ML workflows on AWS, including SageMaker, Bedrock, and Snowflake Cortex. Overview: The Technical Support Engineer II is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Inovalon non-production and production environments. They will be responsible for the installation and configuration of software releases, maintaining a disciplined and stable release management process, ensuring that systems implementations occur in accordance with established Change Control procedures, implementing process improvement and automating deployment processes, providing 24x7 production support, leading and support incident resolution and long-term corrective actions. This is a 1^st tier second-level support role within the Endpoint Services team. Duties are focused on building, testing, and distributing hardware and software to new and existing Associates within an assigned area as well as providing technology support to resolve hardware and software issues both onsite at offices and remotely.  They should be responsible for providing telephone-based technical support of complex hardware/software incidents and service requests across the enterprise. The incumbent will serve as an advocate for internal and external customers in ensuring service requests are fulfilled to their satisfaction.  Responsibilities can include troubleshooting, installation, access provisioning, hardware break/fix, etc.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Overview:   The Senior Software Development Engineer L4 is expected to successfully work through complex tasks independently, understand the intricacies of the software development life cycle, and display strong adherence to fundamental software engineering principles in the production of software. This position possesses a deep understanding of the computer’s architectural design and other issues like testing and scalability of software products.

• Duties and Responsibilities:

  Job Requirements:
  1. Minimum 6-10 years’ experience in software development with demonstrated leadership in complex projects, leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new or existing services/systems.
  2. Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Angular and Aurelia - build and maintain backend services using .NET, C# and frontend components using Angular and Aurelia
  3. Hands-on experience with Azure services - deploy and manage applications on Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Storage Account/BLOB, Azure Automation, and SQL MI/Azure SQL Database.
  4. Expertise in Snowflake and SQL (query optimization, schema design) - work with Snowflake and SQL databases for data modeling, ETL processes, and query optimization.
  5. Hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright for automated testing - implement automated UI and functional tests using Selenium and/or Playwright
  6. Proficient in JMeter and performance tuning techniques - use JMeter and other tools to conduct performance testing, identify bottlenecks, and optimize system throughput.
  7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, IaaC/Terraform, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies.
  8. Familiarity with Containers and Kubernetes will be a plus.
  9. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
  10. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability, and availability.

Overview: The Senior Product Owner is responsible for establishing a deep product expertise both from a technical and market perspective by understanding buyer and user personas, value proposition, benefits, features and functionality, competitive landscape, architecture, code base, and technical components. This person collaborates closely with other product owners, product managers, scrum master(s), and development managers to leverage Agile processes and tools which support product requirements, sprint review, backlog refinement (grooming), sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog/ticket creation. This role will partner closely with product managers in reviewing product roadmaps and drive the prioritization of work accordingly. This role will plan, prioritize, and maintain product feature backlog and development for a product and owns and drives product release planning, backlog prioritization, and ticket review through the elaboration of user stories. This person has prior experience with software-as-a-service (SAAS) distribution models. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, prioritization, and delivery of products through the software development lifecycle, from concept to testing, deployment, adoption and value realization
• Perform validation and testing of solutions through managing and executing user acceptance plans, collaborating with the engineering team during user testing and complex validation sessions, and responding to technical and functional product questions raised by stakeholders, and reformulate solutions as necessary to ensure that the recommended solution is responsive to the data requirements; 
• Analyze the impact of a proposed solution on connected processes, systems, and/or applications to determine the best course of action to achieve the desired outcome; 
• Assist in the development of roadmaps and business strategy for assigned product or department; 
• Demonstrate robust knowledge of the healthcare industry, product management, and software development to translate problems, needs, and opportunities into user stories. 
• Display effective time management across complex and overlapping projects while supporting your team with schedule and priority management.
