The Point72 Academy Investment Analyst Program for Upcoming Graduates is a paid ten-month training program designed to introduce you to the buy-side and prepare you for a potential career as an analyst at Point72.

We’re looking for current students graduating between December 2026 and July 2027 to join our 2027 classes.

• After successfully completing the program, you’ll have the opportunity to join a network of more than 230 Point72 Academy graduates who we have placed at our firm, as of March 2026. The program begins in our New York City office with eight months of formal training followed by two months of rotations with Fundamental Equities investment teams or similar roles on our platform. As the Strategy Associate at IEM, you will play a supporting role in shaping and executing the strategic initiatives of the organization. The Analyst, Development contributes to all aspects of the company’s Affordable Housing Development platform that focuses on housing located throughout the US – inclusive of both acquisition and new construction.

Responsibilities:

• Review weekly development financial information and revised various trackers which include but not limited, development budget, predevelopment budget, and cash forecast
• Analyze General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, rent rolls, T-12s, and other property level reports

Summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for executing all accounting activities related to the company’s accounts payable function.
