The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

The Opportunity
As the Turnkey Project Manager this individual will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities of designated projects to ensure that the goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and funding parameters. Must be detail and customer service oriented and have excellent organizational skills. Position requires a high-energy level, team-oriented, profit-driven, and customer-driven individual who can maintain a sense of urgency and communicate professionally and effectively with the Sales Teams, Customers and Manufacturers to ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining customer satisfaction. What You’ll Do
CoreWeave is deploying capital at a scale few companies in history have matched, building and operating a rapidly expanding global fleet of wholly-owned data centers that power the next wave of AI. As Director, Infrastructure Accounting, you will own the financial accounting lifecycle of that buildout—from the first shovel in the ground through the full operating life of each asset and its eventual retirement.
This role reports to the Senior Director, Lease, Joint Ventures, VIE and Construction Accounting. You will be the company’s operational authority on data center construction accounting, PP&E lifecycle management, and the reporting and forecasting that give leadership clear visibility into one of CoreWeave’s most significant balance sheet categories.
You will partner closely with Construction, Real Estate, Operations, FP&A, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and the GL Accounting team to ensure that every dollar spent building CoreWeave’s infrastructure is captured, classified, and reported with precision. You will also work directly with external auditors and support SEC reporting on PP&E and CIP matters.

About This Role:
We’re looking for a business-minded in-house attorney to support contracting across our technology, vendor, and insurance distribution partnerships. The annual salary for this role ranges from: $130,500 to $145,000 + benefits. This role is also eligible for bonuses, based on individual and company performance. This role is designed for a proven second-line sales leader who can operate at both a strategic and operational level—aligning executive vision with frontline execution while partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Own Enterprise revenue outcomes, consistently delivering against quarterly and annual bookings targets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Directors, Managers, and senior Enterprise sellers, building a deep leadership bench.
• Define and evolve Enterprise sales strategy, including segmentation, coverage models, account allocation, and capacity planning.
• Establish operating rigor across forecasting, pipeline inspection, deal reviews, and execution cadence.
• Drive excellence in enterprise account planning, multi-threaded deal strategy, and executive engagement.
• Partner cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategy, product adoption, and customer outcomes across the Enterprise segment.
• Guide teams through highly complex deal cycles involving security, legal, procurement, and executive approvals.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market decisions.
• 10+ years of experience selling complex, technical SaaS solutions to Enterprise customers.
• 5+ years of experience leading and scaling Enterprise sales teams, including managing managers.
• Proven track record of building predictable revenue engines in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise buying motions, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder deal dynamics.
• Strong ability to translate technical platforms into strategic business value for executive audiences.
• Experience driving consumption-based and commitment-based revenue models at scale.
• Fluency in modern enterprise sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, Sandler, Corporate Visions).
• Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level customers and internal senior leadership.
• A coaching-first leadership style with high accountability and strong judgment.
The reasonably estimated OTE for this role is $375,000 - $450,000 plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

At Postman we value in person collaboration. We are in office 5 days a week for all roles based out of our hubs in San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Austin, Tokyo and London. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
