The base salary range for this role is $115,000 to $168,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. About the Role
As Roofstock continues to scale its national footprint, we are seeking a Safety Specialist to serve as the chief architect of our physical safety culture and a key partner in supporting our fleet operations.
This is a safety-first role. You will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive workplace safety program for the organization, covering everything from OSHA compliance and incident investigation to field safety training and risk assessment. You will also contribute to fleet operations alongside Scott Lawrence and the Field Operations team, supporting vehicle compliance, driver safety, and vendor coordination. Your goal is to build a proactive, "Safety First" culture that protects every employee, whether they are in a vehicle, at a property, or in a warehouse, while contributing to efficient fleet stewardship.
This is a remote position. Candidates must be based in one of the following metro areas: Dallas, TX; Tampa, FL; or Atlanta, GA. Occasional travel for market visits, site safety audits, and conferences is expected.
Compensation
$70,000 - $80,000 annually
Compensation range may be adjusted based on experience and location.

Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. The specialist will send statements to all residents with balances, contact and encourage them to pay outstanding balances, provide necessary files to legal, and manage any eviction process in a proactive, respectful, and consistent manner.
This is an intermediate hourly paid role; it is not a supervisory position. It is based in our office in downtown Dallas, TX with a required 5-day in office schedule.

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management platform focused on acquiring and operating shallow bay, multi-tenant light industrial assets in prime infill markets throughout the U.S. Sponsored by the founders of Black Creek Group—whose 30-year track record includes over $25 billion in real estate transactions—the firm is led by a seasoned executive team with extensive real estate industry experience and deep expertise investing in and managing multi-tenant light industrial properties. This is an exciting opportunity to join an emerging commercial real estate operating platform focused on acquiring and managing multi-tenant light industrial shallow bay properties in key metropolitan areas across the US.
About the Role
Speed Bay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to support and execute leasing operations within an assigned regional market. Reporting to the VP of Leasing, this individual will be responsible for driving occupancy, managing broker relationships, and executing the regional leasing strategy across Speed Bay’s multi-tenant light industrial portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with 3–5 years of direct leasing or brokerage experience to grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial real estate platform.

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval. Speed Bay offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
