The Role:
We’re looking for an accomplished and visionary Vice President, FP&A to lead, scale, and transform our global FP&A function. Reporting to the CFO, this leadership role requires a strategic partner to the CFO, executive team, and the extended leadership team, driving the overall financial strategy and performance management framework for OpenTable. This role requires exceptional executive presence, deep financial expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. For this role based in our Norwalk, CT office, the base salary range is $260,000 to $280,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus, equity grant; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.

Compensation & Earning Potential
Our compensation model is designed to reward high-quality clinical care, comprehensive treatment, and strong production—while providing consistency and transparency.
All dentists receive a guaranteed daily rate and earn a tiered percentage of adjusted production, with:
Associate Dentists: 30–40% of adjusted productionLead Dentists: 32–40% of adjusted production, reflecting their expanded clinical leadership and impact
Lead Dentists are also eligible for a monthly studio performance bonus, tied to key clinical and operational KPIs.

EverPass is seeking a Technical Partner Manager to own the build-out of our Approved Developer ecosystem for AV control systems. This role is the primary driver for enabling AV control system partners to develop high-quality integrations with EverPass — and for getting those integrations published and available to customers through official vendor storefronts, or key product platform features. You will manage the full lifecycle from partner intake through storefront launch, coordinating across Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Marketing to hit hard external deadlines.
This is a senior, cross-functional ownership role. You will be the point person for relationships with enterprise AV vendors (i.e. Crestron, RTI, SAVI, and others) and their developer and partnership programs, and you will drive the legal, marketing, and technical workstreams required to place EverPass on each platform's official store, or within their platform. You will own all key partner relationships and create an EverPass developer ecosystem.

Expected Compensation: The anticipated range for a new hire into this position is $115,000 - $130,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.

Compensation - At Human Interest, we consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in different markets across the U.S. The total On Target Earnings (OTE) for the role described in this job posting is $135,000 - $140,000 which includes a base salary of $70,000, and a variable target compensation of $70,000. The specific pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
