Responsibilities
· Serve as a technical evangelist and trusted advisor for clients, shaping early-stage Data & AI conversations into compelling solution visions built on the Microsoft platform.
· Partner closely with sales and account teams to drive opportunity qualification, solution strategy, and deal closure for Data & AI engagements.
· Support technical discoveries with clients to understand business priorities, decision criteria, and value drivers, translating them into winning Data & AI architectures.
· Lead design and present Data & AI solutions that clearly articulate business outcomes, technical feasibility, and ROI.
· Provide executive-level technical depth in Azure with depth in data engineering, data architect, machine learning, or AI to influence client stakeholders from practitioner to C-level.
· Support technical credibility throughout the sales cycle, including whiteboarding sessions, architecture reviews, proposals, and executive presentations.
· Guide and mentor architects and data scientists to ensure solution consistency, technical excellence, and alignment with go-to-market strategy.
· Identify and support opportunities to expand pipeline through innovation workshops, POVs, and targeted thought leadership aligned to Microsoft Data & AI offerings.
· Ensure proposed solutions align with Microsoft best practices, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
· Stay current on Microsoft Data & AI roadmaps and industry trends to continuously sharpen competitive positioning and client impact.
Requirements
· 10+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, or AI roles, with significant exposure to enterprise client environments.
· Proven experience leading pre-sales or client-facing technical engagements, including discovery, solution design, and executive presentations.
· Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Data & AI in at least one of Azure Data Services, Azure AI, Synapse/Fabric, Databricks on Azure).
· Strong ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value narratives that resonate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Demonstrated $100k+ success partnering with sales and account teams to influence pipeline progression and close deals.
· Executive presence with experience leading C-suite engagement and partnering with senior leaders as a trusted technical advisor.
· Strong architectural mindset with the ability to design end-to-end Data & AI solutions aligned to client objectives, security, and governance needs.
· Excellent communication skills, including whiteboarding, storytelling, and formal presentations.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Senior Specialist - Alliances
The Senior Alliance Specialist – Microsoft plays a critical execution and influence role within 3Cloud’s Microsoft alliance. This position owns complex partner program execution, funding optimization, and cosell operations, while acting as a senior subject matter expert and trusted partner to Sales, Alliances leadership, and Microsoft field teams. The Senior Specialist operates with a high degree of independence, supports strategic initiatives, and serves as an escalation and mentorship resource within the Alliance function.
Responsibilities
Partner Programs & Funding Ownership
• Own the day-to-day management of Microsoft and channel partner incentives, partnering closely with 3Cloud Sales to accelerate customer journeys to Microsoft Azure.
• Manage a seven-figure annual funding target, proactively aligning, attaching, and maximizing funding across active and future sales opportunities.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert on Microsoft partner programs, advising internal teams and external stakeholders on best practices and optimization strategies.
Co-Sell & Go-To-Market Execution
• Lead Microsoft partner system engagement and co-sell motions, ensuring effective connection between 3Cloud sellers and Microsoft and channel field teams.
• Support and influence joint GTM execution by providing thought leadership on incentive structures, partner motions, and funding strategy.
• Drive sales readiness by enabling awareness, adoption, and execution of partner programs and joint GTM priorities.
Alliance Operations & Rhythm of Business
• Manage and facilitate Rhythm of Business (ROB) engagements with Microsoft and channel field sales leaders to drive brand awareness and uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Alliance leadership to support senior Microsoft and channel relationships, funding mechanisms, and recurring pipeline and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate and timely tracking of programs, funding, and pipeline stages in Salesforce, including follow-ups, documentation, and reporting.
Stakeholder Management & Escalation Support
• Work directly with clients, Sales, Delivery, and internal project managers to coordinate partner engagement and navigate escalations as needed.
• Support and manage key partner and channel relationships in alignment with overall 3Cloud alliance objectives.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience, with bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Operations preferred.

Cloud Architect - Managed Services
Responsibilities
• Work with 3Cloud’s Managed Services leadership coordinating services functions and client experience across service lines, focused on managed services

- Extensive technical knowledge of Azure and on-prem enterprise networking to include: Azure VPN/ExpressRoute with/without BGP Routing, Azure Firewall or 3rd Party NVAs (Palo Alto/Fortigate) in different design patterns, Network Routing and Segmentation, Network Design and Architecture, Routing protocols and route redistribution, Azure and 3rd Party Load Balancing integration (ALB, Traffic Manager, App Gateway, F5), Azure DNS and 3rd party Intergrations (Infoblox, WinDNS), 3rd Party network integrations (Cloudstrike, Zscaler, CDN/WAF,AWS/GCP)
- Broad deep technical knowledge across Azure technologies inclusive of: Log Analytics (KQL), Application Insights, Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure Security, Azure Storage, Azure Automation (IaC), App Services, Containers (AKS)
- Previous experience working within environments that leveraged different types of carrier circuits (MPLS, VPLS, point to point, etc) and various SDWAN technologies (Cisco/Meriaki/Veptela, VMware/Velocloud)
- Previous experience acting as the technical delivery oversight on multiple client engagements with strong consultative skills

The Architect in Delivery is a hands-on technical lead for cloud solutions. You design and deliver secure,
scalable, and maintainable systems on Azure that solve real business problems. You own end-to-end
architecture for your projects, stay close to implementation where it matters, and work with teams to meet
goals for value, security, performance, reliability, and cost.
At this level, you lead solution design in your primary domain, guide engineers day to day, and mentor other

- Experience using AI-augmented development and integrating AI or machine learning capabilities into solutions through APIs, libraries, or cloud-based AI services.
- 2+ years with Azure technologies.
- Proven experience delivering governance programs.
- Strong understanding of data platform and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience with 2 or more Data Management areas: Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Data Science and ML, Master Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality Management.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, including backlog refinement and iteration planning.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is a plus.
- Familiarity with key cloud services for your domain, such as messaging, compute, data, security, networking, and integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and adoption of new cloud technologies.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter that wants to grow as we grow. As an Architect, your primary responsibility will be to ensure client success with Azure. You will be responsible for the analysis, design and planning of application architecture in Azure and other related technologies. The role is a technical client-facing role that will be accountable for the end-to-end client cloud application development. The ideal candidate will have experience in client-facing roles and have success leading technical discussions with senior executives that drive key decisions and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Work with the project team to deploy Azure-based solutions that meet client value and success.
- Implement solutions in Microsoft Azure that meet the client’s needs for security, scalability, reliability and performance.
- Translate requirements into a technical design leveraging existing tools, services and frameworks.
- Keep up with emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application development specializing in C# .NET Framework/Core
- Working experience with JavaScript libraries such as Angular, React and Node.
- Working experience in Azure Integration Services exp. API Management, App Services and Functions
- Working experience delivering in Agile methodology
- A passion for building cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless and modern front-end JS/TS.
- Desire for continuous learning and new technology to be used in the cloud space.
- Desire to be hands-on code but able to develop complex architectures in the cloud.
- Experience working in a consulting environment.
- Very knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns.
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Working experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.
Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:
- DevOps pipeline development for code deployment
- Data modeling
- SQL
- Understanding of difference between transactional and reporting data repositories
- Determination of Model driven vs. canvas apps based on business requirements
- Experience with or knowledge of Dataverse/Common Data Model/Dynamics365
