Salary Range ($110K - $160k)

The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. What You’ll Do:

You will be a key member of the Infrastructure Operations team, a group responsible for the uptime, reliability, and strategic growth of CoreWeave's physical data center footprint. You will work closely with fellow engineers, data center operations technicians, and management to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of performance and availability.

About the role: In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day infrastructure operations of our data center facilities, ensuring the robust performance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Your responsibilities will include managing preventative and corrective maintenance programs, engaging with colocation vendors to enforce SLAs, and acting as a technical resource during incident response and resolution. You will be a critical voice in ensuring our physical infrastructure scales seamlessly to support CoreWeave's rapid growth, translating hands-on experience into operational excellence.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in critical facility operations, with direct experience managing or operating a data center.
• Strong technical understanding of data center MEP infrastructure, including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling systems, and building management/automation systems (BMS/EPMS).
• Demonstrated experience writing and reviewing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents for critical incidents.
• Proficiency in analyzing data center redundancy configurations (N, N+1, 2N) and identifying operational risks.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes such as NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and ASHRAE.
• Experience participating in maintenance, upgrades, and expansions of live data center environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response.

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $191,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).

1. Building AI-powered tools and agents. You will integrate applied AI into our workflows using modern frameworks. Example projects include building an AI-powered QA and training tool with a RAG component for new support agents, architecting agentic workflows for our onboarding team, or building a FreshDesk integration that suggests draft responses to tickets.
2. Building and maintaining a shared agent platform. This is what makes AI scale beyond our team. You will build and maintain the templates, approved patterns, and deployment infrastructure that enable people across Customer Operations to build their own agents without needing to figure out hosting, monitoring, or API connectivity themselves. When a Technical Services lead wants to build an agent that automates "pixel not firing" investigations, they should be able to do it on your platform without writing a deployment script. You own making self-serve actually work.
3. Building robust internal software, integrations, and automations - such as developing custom FreshDesk widgets to support our agents. You will own the full lifecycle of these apps: building, hosting, monitoring, maintaining, and eventually retiring them when they're no longer needed.

Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of Ohio office. This position reports to the Roadway Engineer and is responsible for  projects spanning multiple states, multiple clients and presenting unique challenges. Given the wide range of projects and clients, our engineers are exposed to a number of different practices which allow them to not only become well rounded, but also to find a specialty they have interest in. While work is usually related to transportation, engineers regularly work in disciplines outside of the standard transportation roles. These can include work with aviation, military, private development as well as bikeways and trails.

What You Will Do:

• Work as part of a diverse design Team to provide design services across a variety of practices.
• Lead design or help design complex roadway and transportation projects that require creative solutions. Projects include roadway, bikeways, pedestrian facilities, roundabouts, trails, multi-modal transportation or transportation planning.

Woolpert is hiring a Project Manager to join our dynamic Transportation Team at our Dayton or Columbus  office. This position reports to the Transportation Practice Leader and is responsible for assisting current project managers in the execution of their current projects, developing relationships with our current clients, positioning themselves to manage future projects. Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring a Senior Roadway Engineer to join our dynamic Transportation Team at one of our Ohio offices. This position reports to the Roadway Team Lead and is responsible for responsible for designs of roadway, bikeway, trail and pedestrian projects.

They are responsible for leading designs of roadway, bikeway, trail and pedestrian projects. Additionally, they assist in resource planning work for other staff on their projects as well as mentoring junior staff members. The Senior Project Engineer is looked to for design expertise and the ability to lead a project from concept to final design. This role will work on a variety of transportation projects spanning multiple clients, states and project types. They will be exposed to and work closely with other design teams in bridges, traffic, site development, planning amongst others. The Senior Roadway Engineer is also looked to for mentoring of less experienced staff as well as the allocation of work to other staff. What You Will Do:

A Day in the Life: 

This position will encompass a wide variety of tasks where one day does not look exactly like the next. The projects our team handles are high in volume and unique from one another, spanning throughout the whole course of design, procurement, coordination, and post-sale support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of network operations experience; higher-level education or relevant military service may be substituted for the required experience.
• Demonstrated experience in telecommunications network design and management.
• Experience in the analysis and design of voice networks, LAN and WAN data networks, wireless networks, and network management systems supporting integrated voice and data services
• Experience performing or supporting the development, engineering, integration, interfacing, and testing of complex hardware and software systems.

• Prior experience with Identity and Access Management or Data Loss Prevention tools is a plus
• Proficient in Linux and container framework (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales or consulting role within a multinational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline (master’s degree a plus)

Position Summary 

As a Mission Critical Design Leader at DLR Group, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project document development and coordinating with all project team members to maintain the quality of the work product within the established project schedule for large, complex mission-critical facilities, including hyperscale data centers, emergency operations centers, industrial environments, and advanced manufacturing projects. 

As part of our integrated design team, you will help create buildings that elevate the human experience through design. You will partner directly with Market Sector leadership to ensure the project's financial health, the quality of design and documentation, risk mitigation, team collaboration, and seamless communication. • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Proficient in the use of REVIT and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
• The ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
• Licensed Architect or Engineer
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
