Position Summary
As a Project Manager at DLR Group, you will oversee all aspects of one or more projects, including managing project teams, coordinating with external consultants, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and fees. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and design excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be accountable for the financial success of the project, ensuring it remains on track and within budget.

What you will do:
- Support business development by participating in RFQ, RFP, and interview processes
- Assist in negotiating scope of services, fees, and preparing agreements with both clients and consultants
- Ensure accurate input and updates of client and project information into project management systems
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, and staffing, and adjust as needed
- Lead and coordinate project teams, vendors, and consultants to meet client expectations for scope, quality, budget, and schedule
- Monitor and track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure submittals meet quality standards
- Communicate project status reports, identify necessary adjustments, and propose solutions for client-directed changes
- Provide leadership, performance feedback, and contribute to recruitment of project team members
- Establish clear communication with clients to ensure project progress and timely decisions are made
- Collaborate with design leaders to ensure compliance with quality standards and integrate design expertise into all project phases
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including 3 years as a project manager
- Professional licensure preferred, but not required
- Proficient in Vantagepoint, Planifi, INDEPRO, and Microsoft Suite (including Project)
- High proficiency in standard A/E/I/P software
- Strong working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and sustainable design principles for producing technical plans, drawings, and models
- Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills with the ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality standards
- Working knowledge of local building and zoning codes

Position Summary
As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our projects during the construction phase. You will ensure the smooth execution of standard documentation workflows, organization, and communication tasks essential for the effective functioning of our project teams.
What you will do:
- Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilities
- Coordinate with the construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows

Position Summary
The HRIS Application Administrator is responsible for the technical administration, configuration, and optimization of the organization’s Human Resources Information Systems, with a primary focus on Dayforce. This role ensures system stability, security, integration, and data integrity while partnering closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep HRIS expertise, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to continuously improve systems that support the full employee lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Administer and support the Dayforce HRIS platform to ensure reliable performance, availability, and data integrity, including configuration, optimization, and end-user support
- Configure system rules, workflows, security roles, and access controls in alignment with business and IT standards
- Translate business requirements into effective system configurations and technical solutions
- Troubleshoot application, data, and integration issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating resolution
- Monitor and support system integrations, interfaces, and file transmissions (e.g., SFTP)
- Perform impact analysis and coordinate configuration changes across environments following change management practices
- Support vendor release cycles, patches, and system upgrades, including testing and deployment readiness
- Develop and execute functional, integration, and regression testing for system changes and enhancements
- Maintain system documentation, including configurations, data flows, and operational procedures
- Serve as a technical liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors, communicating system status, risks, and dependencies
- Create, modify, and troubleshoot reports and integrations with other systems (e.g. timekeeping, performance, API integrations, file feeds, scheduled jobs, etc.)
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security groups
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, business analysis, or related roles with increasing responsibility
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring an HCM platform (Dayforce strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR operations from onboarding through offboarding
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical system solutions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential data
- Demonstrated discipline in documentation, testing, and quality assurance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ATS configuration, integrations, and adoption
- Experience implementing an HRIS
- Experience coordinating or leading small to medium cross-functional initiatives
- Exposure to system audits, access reviews, and compliance-related reporting

Financial Analysis
- Analyze trends in project financial performance and support Project Leadership in their profitability efforts.
- Monitor and manage Project Accounting resources across sector(s) and region(s) to ensure adequate staffing is in place.
Timely and Accurate Invoicing
- Review and approve employee timesheets.
- Review Unposted Labor reports and request transfer of time.
- Meet with project leadership during monthly draft invoice review period and update format and percentage complete.
- Review and submit 6-month revenue projections with Project Leadership.
- Review reimbursable and direct expenses billed to projects.
- Assist with maintaining project budget and analyzing project costs vs. project revenue and billings.
- Inactivate projects as per project close out guidelines.
- Participate in monthly Financial Operations Discussions.
Project Maintenance:
- Set up new projects, maintain updated project information, and review and link contracts to projects in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Coordinate Client Certificates of Insurance for projects.
- Review accounts receivables aging reporting with project leadership for all invoices over 60 days.
- Document collection attempts and assign responsibilities for contacting the client on monthly basis.
- Research payment discrepancies and stay informed of accounts receivables issues.
Consultant Management:
- Review consultant invoices for project leader approval and enter in Deltek Vantagepoint with appropriate GL code.
- Review subconsultant contracts and complete fee allocation in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Provide consultants and Project Leadership with timely updates regarding consultant payment status and other consultant fee inquiries.
- Monitor and file Consultant Certificates of Insurance for projects on a weekly basis.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant project accounting experience (AEC industry preferred)

Position Summary:
As an Electrical Engineer at DLR Group you will be responsible for the design of electrical systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types. As part of our integrated design teams you create buildings that elevate the human experience through design. You will be responsible for participating in the design process of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings and calculations.
The successful candidate will:
- Assist in developing project objectives, goals, and documentation policies.
- Develop electrical designs from concept through completion of construction.
- Prepare engineering design calculations and layouts.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports and narratives.
- Coordinate electrical design requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines.
- Perform site investigation surveys and punch list reviews.
- Provide electrical engineering design expertise on large, complex projects.
- Lead project teams and manage team workloads.
- Mentor emerging professional engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer.
- 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
- Experience with consulting engineering or A/E firm as an electrical engineer designing power, lighting, and low voltage systems for Commercial Educational, Sports, Workplace, or Civic projects.
- Experience with BIM, specifically Revit MEP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lighting design experience.
- Experience and interest in sustainable building design.

What You Will Do
- Develop on-brand written content that supports marketing and media plans, including project stories, thought leadership, firm news, press releases, award submissions, and digital profiles.
- Create and maintain project and firm profiles on key architecture and design platforms, including managing monthly content updates and uploads.
- Lead development of engaging website content that aligns with the firm’s marketing plan and meets established deadlines.
- Support media outreach and press pitching efforts as directed by marketing and media leadership.
- Research, collect, and document project information to maintain accurate records and institutional knowledge.
- Collaborate with digital teams to publish content across the firm’s website and social media channels.
- Partner with graphic designers to ensure visual and written content align with brand standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related discipline.
- Professional experience writing and developing content in a professional services environment (preferably in the architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), or related design industry)
- Excellent writing, research, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing work that adheres to brand standards and style guidelines.

Position Summary
The Proposal Manager leads the pursuit process and production of on-time, brand standard-compliant deliverables (statement of qualification, request for proposal response, and interviews) from RFP receipt to interview completion for the firm. The Proposal Manager will lead and produce their own pursuits while delegating and coordinating the production of specific supporting content.
What you will do:
- Manage multiple concurrent pursuits to on-time, compliant delivery with little oversight.
- Inspire a multi-disciplinary pursuit team (designers, project managers, client leaders, and creative services) to leverage business development intelligence, develop a persuasive win theme, and deliver content in support of the client’s needs.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience creating, writing, and editing proposals in a professional services environment, preferably the AEC industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Teams; familiarity with information gathering from a database, Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the United States without needing a work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Experience And Skills:
- Experience leading a pursuit process to win work with / familiarity with the needs of and relevant messaging for private clients including Fortune 500 companies, major hotel brands/flags, and commercial real estate developers.

Senior Mechanical Engineer - Justice + Civic
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer focused on elevating our work within the Justice + Civic sector, you will have the opportunity to work on highly complex projects while collaborating with the sector team to achieve our business plan goals. - Collaborate with senior audiovisual designers and integrated design teams to develop audiovisual system solutions
- Apply DLR Group practice standards, QA/QC procedures, and BIM protocols throughout all project phases

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, architecture, or field related to audio and video equipment use and integration
- 2-5 years of professional experience in audiovisual systems design or related discipline
- Experience designing audiovisual systems for commercial, education, or civic environments
- Ability to travel as projects require
- Understanding of audiovisual system components, signal flow, and design documentation
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- AVIXA-Recognized AV Technologist (at minimum)
- Ability to collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary and geographically diverse team
- Commitment to learning and applying DLR Group’s quality standards and integrated design processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with audiovisual control systems and related software platforms
- CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or progress toward certification
- Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations affecting AV design

Position Summary
As a key contributor to our design team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day design and technical development of projects. You will coordinate all aspects of project documentation and delivery, working closely with our integrated design team to produce high-quality work while ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
As part of our integrated design team, you create buildings that elevate the human experience through design. You will partner directly with the Project Manager to ensure the financial health of the project, the quality of project documents, claim prevention, team collaboration and communication. You’ll help lead small to medium-sized workplace projects, both interiors and select exteriors, while collaborating across disciplines to create environments that reflect each client’s culture, operations, and brand.

What you will do:
- Develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges, ensuring high standards of design excellence
- Coordinate project drawings, specifications, and documentation with the project team, ensuring alignment with design intent and budget
- Lead collaboration within project teams, generating innovative design ideas and solutions
- Apply advanced architectural concepts to projects, including complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques
- Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables, resolving any issues
- Ensure BIM standards are applied and coordinate with the Project Manager and BIM Manager
- Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff, fostering a collaborative learning environment
- Meet project deliverable deadlines and manage time effectively to maintain project schedules and work plans
- Participate in client presentations and contribute to successful project outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Graduate degree not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations)
- Minimum of eight years of professional experience in architecture
- Professional licensure required; LEED AP and other certifications preferred but not required
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software
- Competent in technical design, with the ability to investigate, evaluate, and recommend solutions that meet client needs
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to multitask and maintain quality standards
- Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to travel 30–35% of the time to support client engagement, design collaboration, and on-site project work.

Position Summary
As a Senior Engineer focused on elevating our work within the K-12 Education sector, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that push the envelope of sustainable design while collaborating with the sector team to achieve our business plan goals. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce high-quality construction documents and manage project schedules to meet deliverable requirements. You will collaborate closely with all disciplines to produce highly integrated building designs.
You will collaborate with the sector leadership team to develop and execute strategies for business development, growing our integrated practice. You will play a key role in client relationship development and management. You will also guide the engineering team to ensure deliverables are of a consistent quality and within budget.

The successful candidate will
- Partner with the Global Sector Leader and Regional Sector Leader to set strategic direction for growth, actively participate in business plan strategies and initiatives
- Manage engineering project execution, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, and scope while maintaining client expectations
- Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and preparing regular status reports
- Facilitate and document meetings with staff and clients, coordinating project personnel, vendors, and consultants
- Actively engage in business development initiatives by contributing to RFP responses, participating in client interviews and fostering client relationships
- Lead the design on projects of significance
- Collaborate early and often with architects, other engineers, and clients as part of our integrated design process and culture, resulting in growth of revenue and scale of practice
- Carry out technical review of interdisciplinary teams prior to issuance
- Represent DLR Group at meetings with owners, clients, and suppliers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 10+ years of experience working as an engineer, including engineering design related to K-12 Education sector
- Working knowledge of the design and construction process and the ability to understand and communicate with professionals of other disciplines
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Understanding of business management and customer service principles, thought leadership and relationship building
- Knowledge of local building and energy codes
- Demonstrated record of consistent quality work
- Ability to lead others and foster teamwork
- Knowledge and support of DLR Group’s climate action strategy and commitments, including AIA2030, MEP2040 and SE2050
Preferred Qualifications
- WELL, LEED or relevant accreditation to the region
- Familiarity with facility operations and maintenance of building systems
