The Customer Insights & Adoption (CIA) team is hiring a senior architect to lead internal technical enablement across Contentful’s product portfolio and recommended ways of building. You will serve as a deeply technical, highly cross-functional subject matter expert who empowers internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence and consistency. You’ll apply your industry experience, consultative leadership, and passion for teaching to build scalable programs and toolkits that drive a shared understanding of what good looks like, inform product innovation, and guide business strategy.

What to expect?

• Contribute to and help lead strategic enablement initiatives, such as starter kits, maturity models, trial environments, and other cross-team projects that strengthen our internal, customer, and partner ecosystem
• Support Customer Success Managers and Partner Managers as a technical advisor during select customer and partner engagements, providing clarity on architecture, implementation decisions, and best practice adoption

What do you need to be successful?

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting or a similar technical role, ideally in a digital experience platform environment or solution services agency
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns (e.g. headless CMS, API-first)
• Practitioner-level code proficiency, including comfort working with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling, with the ability to critically evaluate implementation approaches
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences, including in writing, workshops, and live facilitation
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs, knowledge bases, or enablement practices in a cross-functional environment

Scale AI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mission Software Engineer to join our dynamic Federal Engineering team. As a part of this team, you will play a critical role in supporting Scale’s government customers by scoping and developing onsite solutions. The ideal candidate for this role will have

• 2+ years of  engineering experience in backend systems, distributed systems, or core platform development
• Experience in one or several of Java, Rust, C/C++, and/or Python, with a strong understanding of systems-level programming, memory management, and performance tuning
• Experience with streaming data platforms such as Apache Kafka and Change Data Capture (CDC) tools like Debezium

About the Opportunity

Contentful is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Ecosystem product line with a primary focus on Marketplace. In this role, you will help build, maintain, and grow the systems, apps, and workflows that expand what customers can do with Contentful.

Position Summary: 

Our Scalability team as a Senior Scalability Engineer focused on observability platform development and engineering productivity. In this role, you will define, own, and build Judi Health's organization-wide observability strategy, tooling, and platform products. Beyond maintaining infrastructure, you'll architect and develop a custom observability platform that gives engineering teams powerful, fast, and cost-effective visibility into every layer of our infrastructure—from application logs and metrics to distributed traces. You'll build production-grade internal products using React/TypeScript frontends with Python and Rust backends, creating tools that fundamentally improve how engineers at Judi Health debug, monitor, and optimize their systems. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, your work will be foundational to platform stability, performance optimization, and developer productivity across our rapidly growing healthcare platform. 

Position Responsibilities: 

In this role, you'll own the observability infrastructure that powers our engineering organization. You will:  

• Architect observability platform: Design, implement, and maintain the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus) as the primary observability platform across all engineering teams, making architectural decisions that balance cost, performance, and developer experience.
• Build internal observability products: Design and develop production-grade internal platform products with React/TypeScript frontends and Python/Rust backends that provide engineers with powerful log search, metrics visualization, and trace analysis capabilities.
• Develop custom log indexing systems: Architect and build high-performance log indexing solutions using Rust that process logs and provide sub-second search across billions of log lines at a fraction of the cost.

Required Qualifications:

As a Software Engineer II, you'll own features end-to-end. We're looking for an Engineering Manager I to lead one of our autonomous feature squads. You'll own the day-to-day engineering leadership of a cross-functional team (1 PM, 1 Designer, 4–5 engineers) responsible for a meaningful area of the Shopmonkey platform. This is not a "project manager with an engineering title" role. You are technical, you are in the code, and you care deeply about how software gets built — not just that it ships. You won't be on the critical path for planned project work, but you'll be deeply involved in guiding your team through every phase of the SDLC: scoping, design, implementation, testing, release, and iteration. Your job is to make your team faster, sharper, and more effective — by coaching, unblocking, and identifying the gaps nobody else sees. You'll also contribute directly to the codebase. Not as a primary feature developer, but as a force multiplier — proactively improving code quality, tackling the work that falls between the cracks, and leading by example when it matters.

Our platform is built on two primary monorepos (backend and frontend) using TypeScript throughout. Compensation and Benefits:

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the team building Nova’s agentic experiences within the Iterable platform. This team is responsible for the full end-to-end development of conversational and agent-driven workflows, including the interaction surfaces, orchestration layers, and core platform integrations that make these experiences seamless and intuitive for users.

In this role, you will work across the stack to build both frontend and backend components that bring agentic capabilities to life. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality, user-centered features. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys solving complex product and technical problems, can navigate ambiguity, and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work.

Responsibilities:

• Build and iterate on the frontend and backend components that power agentic user experiences.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive, conversational interaction patterns.
• Work across the stack to integrate frontend workflows with backend services, platform APIs, and internal tooling.
• Contribute to the evolution of underlying frameworks, including agent workflows and supporting infrastructure.
• Participate in architectural and design discussions to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product goals.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and help refine engineering standards and best practices.
• Debug production issues, improve observability, and contribute to system reliability.
• Partner with other engineers to deliver features from concept to production, including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience working across both frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) and backend application development.
• Ability to design clean, maintainable APIs and internal interfaces.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working closely with product and design.
• Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive work to completion.
• Interest in building intelligent, agent-driven experiences, even without prior LLM experience.

Bonus Points

• Experience contributing to or building internal frameworks or developer tooling.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, agentic patterns, or LLM tool-calling workflows.
• Strong intuition for UI/UX quality in interactive interfaces.
• Experience with observability, performance tuning, or production debugging at scale.
• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems.
• Prior experience working in remote-first engineering environments.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $133,500 - $212,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial. What would you be doing?

• Build AI-enabled applications leveraging LangChain and LLMs to deliver meaningful, production-ready outcomes for clients.
• Deep expertise in LangChain, LangGraph and LangSmith
• Lead teams through end-to-end delivery across the stack, from backend services to modern web UIs.
• Pair program daily with teammates and clients to share knowledge, improve code quality, and grow together.
• Practice TDD and continuous refactoring to ensure code is reliable, maintainable, and understandable.
• Guide architecture decisions to support scalability, observability, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to continuously deliver valuable software.
• Coach developers on the team through pairing, mentoring, and modeling healthy engineering culture.
• Influence technical direction beyond the team, working across client orgs and Focused’s internal practices to share lessons, shape approaches, and raise the collective bar.
• Stay curious through experimenting with new patterns in the GenAI space, share what works (and what doesn’t), and help evolve how we build AI-powered software.
