We're seeking an experienced, automation-focused Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our Mobile team to help us deliver high-quality products. This team develops specialized mobile applications designed to manage and control the Hudl smart camera systems. It allows coaches and administrators to automate the recording and uploading of sports videos for indoor and outdoor venues without needing a dedicated camera operator. Your primary mission will be to be the testing expert within your cross-functional squad, ensuring the delivered product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. You will actively guide technical testing discussions and challenge the team to maintain high standards.

The iOS Platform team sets the technical direction for iOS at Reddit. Our customers are primarily other engineers. The responsibilities of our Platform team include building and maintaining all backend services, including, but not limited to, payments, analytics, subscriptions, new products, text to speech, and external APIs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Braze is seeking an Information Technology Associate to join our team to provide technical assistance to our employees. This role will involve fulfilling requests at our service desk. Common support requests include provisioning/de-provisioning of accounts and hardware. Support macOS and iOS hardware and printer configuration/troubleshooting. We also expect this position to be able to support basic network connectivity at our office, conduct audits of conference room equipment and ordering and maintaining an inventory of IT assets. This position will require being in the office 5 days per week (with occasional travel to other office locations).
Responsibilities:
For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $71,000 and $79,000/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $79,000 and $87,800/year (including bonus or commission). Mobile is central to how NinjaTrader reaches the next generation of retail traders. Our Flutter-based platform runs on iOS and Android, and the bar for quality is high — traders make real financial decisions on it. As Senior Client Platform Systems Engineer, you will architect, scale, and secure our endpoint ecosystem across macOS, iOS, and Windows environments. This role exists to ensure our device fleet operates as resilient, compliant, and scalable infrastructure supporting production studios, retail environments, corporate teams, and global events.
The Role
You will own endpoint management strategy end to end across a primarily Apple-based fleet, while partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and IT operations. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, automating, and hardening systems rather than managing tickets.
You will lead macOS and iOS lifecycle management, Windows administration via Intune, and modern BYOD policy design. You will establish standards, implement automation, improve compliance posture, and deliver a seamless device experience across multiple business units.
What You’ll Do
Own FleetDM for macOS and iOS device management and Munki for software deployment and self-service
Manage Microsoft Intune configuration, compliance, and security policies for Windows environments
Design and scale MDM architecture for a primarily Apple-based fleet
Define and enforce device compliance, hardening standards, and lifecycle policies
Improve fleet observability, health metrics, and automated remediation
Implement zero-touch enrollment, Apple Business Manager integration, and configuration profiles
Automate provisioning, patch management, and software distribution through scripting
Align cross-platform identity, access, and compliance controls across Apple and Windows environments
Design and refine secure BYOD policies and conditional access controls
Contribute to endpoint data protection strategy and implementation
Partner with Security Engineering on endpoint detection, compliance frameworks, and Zero Trust initiatives
Drive device lifecycle management from procurement through decommissioning, including integration with asset management platforms
Support high-performance production and retail environments requiring reliable, field-ready devices
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in endpoint management or client platform engineering
Deep hands-on experience managing macOS and iOS at scale
Experience with FleetDM, Jamf, Kandji, or equivalent Apple MDM platforms
Experience with Munki or similar macOS software deployment tools
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune for Windows management
Experience designing and implementing BYOD programs
Working knowledge of Apple Business Manager and identity providers including Okta and Azure AD
Experience with endpoint compliance, conditional access, disk encryption, patching, and EDR tooling
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Experience operating in hybrid, multi-site, or multi-business-unit environments
Ability to independently drive initiatives and improve evolving systems

Your Impact
● Review and oversee Mobile testing executed by both on and offshore teams
● Enhance the quality of the product by identifying and helping to fix bugs before the product reaches customers
● Continuously improve processes and procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in testing
● Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality outputs
● Mitigate risks associated with software development by ensuring that all potential issues are identified and addressed early in the development cycle
● Develop automated test scripts and frameworks for improved mobile app performance for both Android and iOS devices
● Advocate for and implement industry best practices in quality assurance, leading to improved product standards and team processes
● Lead and mentor team members who are earlier in their careers and contribute to the growth and development of the QA team
What you bring to the table
● 5+ years experience in Quality Assurance
● Demonstrated experience with mobile native application testing
● Experience providing QA for mobile, web, and back-end services
● Expertise in mobile test automation frameworks, using tools such as WebdriverIO and Appium. (Bonus: XCTest and XCUITest for iOS, and Espresso and UI Automator for Android.)
● Ability to empathize with users’ unique perspectives
● Strong experience creating automation scripts from scratch
● Experience using tools (like JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail) to write and execute test cases, log defects, and work with the team on story refinement
● Strong understanding of AGILE software development life cycle (SDLC), quality assurance process, tools, and methodologies
● Capable of writing and executing manual tests for mobile apps
● Display a professional, positive, and approachable attitude, as well as discretion
● Self-starter mentality, excited to assume responsibility for their work, accept direction and feedback from co-workers and managers, and help make anyone’s great idea a reality
● Experience working in Agile and Kanban environments
● Experience working with external clients, partners, and vendors
● Collaborative spirit and a positive demeanor that enhance team dynamics

● Experience in travel and/or loyalty-as-a-service industries
● Experience in Mobile Accessibility (508) testing on both iOS and Android devices
