We're looking for a ShortForm Creative to join the engine behind MrBeast's social presence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a social media management role — it's a creative production role.
You will be the connective tissue between ideation and execution. You'll write video concepts, develop them alongside producers in pre-production, and step on set as an assistant director working directly with the Head of ShortForm Creative. We're hiring a Marketing Scientist to design and run the experiments that will help us answer it. You'll build a portfolio of incrementality tests, lift studies, and measurement frameworks — starting scrappy, getting sharper with every campaign, and using what we learn to inform what we build, what we sell, and where we double down next.
This is an early role on a team still finding its shape. We're hiring a Community Manager to own the relationship with our creator community end-to-end. Not a moderator. Not a copywriter. This is a "human Swiss Army knife" role — you'll be the face of Vyro to our creators, the voice of our creators inside Vyro, and the person who turns a Discord full of clippers into a real community that creators want to belong to.
You’ll own the engagement flywheel: get clippers hyped when new brand campaigns drop, train them to be better at what they do, produce content yourself to show them how, and build the trust we need to bring them along as the platform evolves. If you do this well, you become a mini-personality in the creator-economy space — and Vyro becomes the platform creators recommend to their friends. As Vyro scales, this person will also be handed new business functions to test and learn — from activating inbound brand leads to standing up entirely new programs from scratch. About the Role: As the Creative Producer, you will own both the story and the production for unscripted/lifestyle videos - from concept approval through final cut, and from pre-production through wrap. This is a hybrid creative and producing role: you are the senior creative content authority on the channel and will work closely with the Channel Manager/LP who to ensure every shoot happens on time, on budget, and at the quality bar required. About the Role
The Director of Photography (DP) is responsible for translating creative vision into compelling visual storytelling across all productions. This role leads camera, lighting, and visual composition decisions to ensure content meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and audience engagement. You will act as the primary point of contact for Workday across HR, IT, and Finance, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational continuity.
Lead the design, delivery, and evolution of Workday architecture aligned with business goals
Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Core HCM, including configuration of business processes, security roles, and calculated fields
Architect and deliver advanced reporting solutions, including integration with centralized data warehouses
Utilize Workday People Analytics to generate insights and support executive decision-making
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and change management to drive user adoption
Manage integration strategy and monitor data flows between Workday and external systems such as Deel, Greenhouse, Britehire, and 15Five
Build and support integrations using APIs, Workday Studio, and EIBs
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and reporting solutions
Own Workday release management, including testing, feature evaluation, and deployment with minimal disruption
5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience in a mid-sized or fast-growth organization
Proven experience supporting or participating in a Workday implementation
Expertise in Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules
Experience with Workday People Analytics, Prism Analytics, and building complex reports and dashboards
Experience extracting and integrating Workday data using ETL tools such as Airbyte or Fivetran into data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
SQL proficiency and familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript
Experience building and supporting integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, Workday Studio, and EIB
Strong understanding of Workday security architecture, including Integration System Users (ISUs)
Experience with identity and access management tools such as Okta
Understanding of employee lifecycle processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance, and Payroll
