Testing is performed across the full product lifecycle, including manufacturing, and deployed field environments. 

Product Test and Diagnosis is part of the Manufacturing Operations organisation, which also comprises Manufacturing Technology, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. The group operates as a global team, with engineers based in the UK (Bristol and Cambridge), Taiwan, India, and the United States. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of hardware and software test engineers delivering manufacturing test solutions for complex compute systems. 

• Define the manufacturing test strategy and roadmap for High Performance Modules, Server Blades, and Multi-node racks. 

• Own delivery of test executive software used in both manufacturing and lab environments to orchestrate test sequencing, logging, results aggregation, and integration of test content from diverse sources. 

• Partner with internal software, firmware, and platform teams to ensure required hooks, diagnostics, telemetry, and APIs exist to enable effective manufacturing test. 

• Establish best practices for test coverage, traceability, release management, and configuration control of test software and content.

• Drive root-cause analysis of manufacturing failures and field returns, coordinating corrective actions across design, validation, and manufacturing engineering.

The Role:

We are developing the next generation of AI compute, a large-scale system-on-chip (SoC) designed to power future high-performance AI systems. As the SoC Validation Lead, you will be responsible for enabling pre-production software to run reliably on new silicon quickly and efficiently, before showing that the silicon meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and functionality, ready for production deployment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Define reliability requirements for advanced silicon nodes and package platforms
• Perform pre-silicon reliability risk assessments across silicon, interconnect, and package technologies
• Evaluate reliability mechanisms including EM, TDDB, BTI, HCI, BEOL, and silicon-package interaction
• Support design reviews, guard-banding, and reliability sign-off activities
• Develop and execute qualification plans aligned with JEDEC and customer requirements
• Lead HTOL, thermal cycling, thermal shock, and reflow qualification testing
• Drive correlation between pre-silicon modelling and post-silicon qualification results

Candidate Profile

Essential

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of semiconductor reliability engineering experience
• Strong understanding of silicon reliability mechanisms including EM, TDDB, BTI, and HCI
• Experience with BEOL, interconnect, and advanced package reliability
• Hands-on experience with HTOL, thermal cycling, thermal shock, and reflow testing
• Experience using X-ray and CSAM for package failure analysis

Job Summary

Reporting to the Firmware Manager and working as a member of the Firmware Team, the Senior Staff Firmware Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complex firmware systems across Graphcore’s next-generation hardware platforms. 

This role requires significant technical breadth and deep embedded systems expertise. You will contribute to shaping the firmware architecture and design, guide engineering practices, and solve highly challenging problems while maintaining a strong hands-on focus. You will partner closely with hardware, drivers, silicon and platform teams to deliver robust, scalable, production-quality firmware. 

The Team

The Firmware Team develops the low-level software responsible for the complete boot, configuration, and monitoring of Graphcore silicon and hardware platforms. Our work includes:

• Low-level hardware interfaces and drivers
• Telemetry, monitoring and SMBus/BMC data exposure
• Silicon and system bring-up

• Provide technical leadership and act as a subject-matter expert for complex firmware features, subsystems, and architecture decisions

We’re hiring a Product Manager to drive Authorize, a key product solution of Ping Identity focused on the future of authorization. You’ll help shape how people and AI Agents securely access resources.

You’ll work on one of the most exciting fields in digital identity: dynamic authorization. Ping’s Authorize solution is already in the market and rapidly gaining traction with global enterprises. The Product Manager role is an important part of Ping Identity’s worldwide go to market strategy for our products. You will report to the Group Product Manager for Authorization. The role in a nutshell  

As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing key accounts within the UK public sector, with a particular focus on central government clients. You have a passion for delivering meaningful work which has a direct impact on end users. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships at senior executive level, ensuring delivery excellence and driving account growth, all while navigating the unique landscape of public sector procurement, frameworks and digital standards.

Role responsibilities

Public Sector Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders across central government departments, agencies, and public bodies.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact, understanding the priorities, challenges, and regulatory environment of UK public sector clients.
• Represent the consultancy’s perspective on digital transformation, strategy, and delivery best practices, with a strong grounding in public sector needs and constraints.

Delivery Oversight & GDS Standards

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure projects meet Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and comply with relevant public sector policies.
• Monitor delivery progress, proactively manage client expectations, and ensure alignment with government digital strategies and service assessments.
• Support teams in achieving successful outcomes in line with the Technology Code of Practice and other government frameworks.

Account Growth & Opportunity Development

• Identify and validate growth opportunities within public sector accounts, including upselling, cross-selling, and expansion into new departments or agencies.
• Shape strategic proposals and responses to public sector briefs, leveraging knowledge of frameworks such as G-Cloud, Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS), and other Crown Commercial Service (CCS) agreements.
• Contribute to the development and execution of account plans tailored to the public sector landscape.

Public Sector Commercial Management

• Take shared accountability for account-level commercials, with a strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, pricing models, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain awareness of budgets, margin, and team utilisation, ensuring all commercial activity aligns with public sector procurement rules and best practice.
• Raise risks or issues impacting financial health early, particularly those related to framework compliance or contract delivery. 
  

Social Value & Internal Collaboration

•  Champion social value initiatives, ensuring that project delivery and account growth contribute positively to the communities and priorities outlined in government social value frameworks.
• Work cross-functionally with strategy, technology, design, and delivery teams to bring integrated solutions to public sector clients.
• Forster a culture of public sector expertise and continuous improvement. 

Must have qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: 

• 4–7 years’ experience in a client-facing digital consultancy, agency, or technology-led environment, with a significant focus on UK public sector or central government clients. 
• Demonstrable experience managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver digital platforms, products, or services for public sector organisations. 
• Deep understanding of public sector procurement, frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, DOS), and the unique requirements of government clients. 
• Eligibility for, or previously held Security Clearance would be advantageous.

The role

We are seeking technical polyglots who enjoy both technical architectural design, hands-on coding and peer reviews, though also like the idea of the equally important social/client-facing aspect of the role.

The role is responsible for defining the development architecture across a blend of in-house bespoke solutions and 3rd party products and helping to shape the longer-term strategic development architecture for the organisation. It will also involve understanding key business processes and consider approaches to delivering the required capabilities, including identifying and assessing new technologies. You will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered automation solutions that can transform operational processes at scale.

You will be assisting the head of business solutions and other architects on developing architecture strategy and target architecture model. You will be working closely with delivery team members to coach and promote best-practice solution development architecture as well as supporting business analysts and product owners in planning and story-mapping for new development. You will act as technical design authority (TDA) for delivery of technical stories and produce technical documentation artefacts to support the delivery process.


Main Responsibilities

Duties will include:

• The design and implementation of best-in-class software architecture
• Produce and communicate clear technical designs to guide and contextualise solution development across products, services, projects, and systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information which meet the business strategic needs.
• Create and maintain the architecture models and related reference data in our enterprise repository as part of your normal project tasks.
• Provide solution architecture deliverables, including current and target state architecture, standard definitions, reference models, architecture designs and patterns
• Ensure that all work undertaken by you and your colleagues is of the highest quality and meets the agreed standards for software delivery.
• Support product managers in product decisions to maintain, refresh or retire services, or systems, including applications, technologies, processes, and information.
• Participate actively in all team ceremonies (daily stand-up, team retros, sprint reviews, story-mapping, backlog refinement) helping the entire delivery team be the best that they can.

• Certified delivery practitioner in one or more of: PMP / Prince2 / Scrum Master / ITIL.
