Position Overview:
As the Director of Monetization Strategy, you will be the primary architect of Iterable’s economic engine. You aren't just managing a price list; you are defining how we capture value in a rapidly evolving MarTech ecosystem. You will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to design and execute pricing and packaging strategies that drive sustainable growth, expand Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and align our success with our customers' success.

The US base salary range for this position at the start of employment is $172,000 - $260,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.

Messaging & Positioning

Create compelling customer materials, including pitch decks, product datasheets, case studies, and training resources.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
Develop a GTM strategy for Consent product launches that will improve product adoption and growth, targeting and always refining your ICP.
Execute that strategy by driving cross-functional alignment to ensure successful product launches.
Work closely with Sales to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales tactics. Enable them to act as trusted advisors to our prospects and customers, ensuring they can clearly articulate how our Consent solution addresses customer pain points and adds business value.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
Work with the Competitive team to conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product and marketing strategies. Regularly update the team on key industry trends, competitor moves, and market opportunities.
Demand Generation Support:
Work closely with the demand generation and content teams to develop and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
Customer Advocacy:
Foster strong relationships with key customers to gather insights, develop case studies, and create advocates in the industry.
Leadership and Influence
Given the cross-functional nature of the role, must possess strong leadership skills to foster collaboration and orchestrate efforts across diverse teams — product, marketing, sales, customer service, and more. Moreover, the role must be capable of influencing without authority, persuading stakeholders at all levels.
BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or engineering equivalent
7+ years of product marketing experience at a SaaS or other high-tech company

Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with deep empathy for users & buyers, translating their needs into product features.

Architect and maintain comprehensive messaging frameworks and positioning hierarchies that serve as the "source code" for global marketing and sales content.
Lead the creation of strategic sales playbooks and "battle cards" that equip the sales organization to win complex commercial negotiations against top-tier competitors.

About you:

Proven track record of developing strategy at a portfolio level, rather than just executing tactical launches.

The Product Manager has a key role in establishing NiCE’s vision, strategy, and product roadmap for NiCE’s Customer Experience Analytics solutions.
