Annual Pay Range

Essential Job Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving:
· Coordinate and process all incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying contents against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading.
· Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, customs paperwork, commercial invoices) and schedule carrier pickups with freight companies and couriers.
· Update project folders with necessary Information.
· Report defects and initiate return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) as needed.
· Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/WMS systems; perform cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
· Coordinate with production, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepancies.
Production Administration:
· Provide administrative support to the production/manufacturing team, including data entry, scheduling, and report generation.
· Create, update, and distribute daily and weekly production schedules, work orders, and job travelers.
· Communicate weekly safety tool box talks subjects
· Track and report production metrics including output quantities, downtime, scrap rates, and labor hours.
· Prepare and maintain production-related reports for management, including shift summaries, efficiency reports, and KPI dashboards.
· Process production paperwork including time sheets, overtime authorizations, and production completion records.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives by collecting and organizing data for process analysis.
Document Control:
· Manage the creation, revision, distribution, and archival of controlled documents including SOPs, work instructions, quality manuals, and technical specifications.
· Maintain the electronic document management system (EDMS/DMS), ensuring all documents are current, properly indexed, and accessible to authorized personnel.
· Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), routing them for review and approval per established workflows.
· Ensure compliance with document control standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or other applicable regulatory frameworks.
· Conduct periodic audits of controlled documents to verify accuracy, version control, and proper retention in accordance with company policies.
· Coordinate with quality assurance, engineering, and production departments to ensure documents reflect current processes and specifications.
· Train employees on document control procedures, revision protocols, and proper use of the document management system.
· Maintain document logs, master lists, and distribution records; generate reports on document status and compliance metrics.
Management Reporting & Executive Communications:
· Prepare, compile, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports for directors, VPs, and senior leadership, including production output summaries, shipping performance metrics, and document compliance dashboards.
· Create professional presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) summarizing departmental performance, cost analyses, and continuous improvement project outcomes for leadership review.
· Collaborate with finance, quality, and engineering teams to gather cross-functional data and produce integrated reports that support strategic decision-making.
· Respond to ad-hoc data requests from senior management, providing timely and accurate information to support business planning, audits, and customer inquiries.
· Track and report on corrective action effectiveness, supplier performance scorecards, and regulatory compliance status to ensure leadership has visibility into risk areas.
Other duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Required:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Minimum 2–4 years of combined experience in shipping/receiving, production support, and/or document control within a manufacturing or production environment.
· Demonstrated experience preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for director-level and above audiences.
· Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) and document management systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, data visualization) required.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting information to directors, VPs, and senior executives.
· Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all documentation and data entry tasks.
Preferred:
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, AS9100, GMP) and document control best practices.
· Familiarity with shipping/logistics software, carrier systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager), and freight rate negotiation.
· Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, pharmaceutical, or general manufacturing industries.

Essential Job Responsibilities
· Work with industry-specific and complex precision machines, including but not limited to Crushers, Mills, exhaust fans, generators, hydraulic systems, pumps, gears, bearings, compressors, etc.
· Plan, inspect, verify, and document the scope of work.
· Use precision leveling and alignment tools to measure angles, material thickness, and small distances with calipers, squares, micrometers, optical instruments, and other tools.
· Fit bearings, align gears and wheels, attach motors, and connect belts according to manufacturer’s blueprints and drawings.
· Dismantle machines using impacts, cranes, rigging, hammers, wrenches, crowbars, and other hand tools.
· Assemble and install equipment such as shafting, exhaust fan blades, and pump systems.
· Assemble machines and bolt, weld, rivet, and fasten machinery to foundations or other structures using hand tools and power tools.
· May construct foundations for machinery.
· Fabricate and install parts, equipment, and machinery by measuring, cutting, drilling, and/or welding.
· Unload, inspect, move, and set equipment into position using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
· Use rigging and hoisting devices such as chokers, chain falls, and come-alongs to move equipment/materials into place.
· Conduct preventative maintenance such as lubrication and fixing or repairing worn parts.
· Follow directions from the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

· Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and layout tools such as lasers, ultrasonic measuring and alignment tools, plumb bobs, cutting torches, welding machines, hydraulic torch wrenches, hydraulic stud tensioners, soldering guns, and metalworking equipment, including lathes and grinding machines.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Equipment Operation & Material Handling
· Operate sit-down and telehandler forklifts to move, stage, and load structural steel materials throughout the facility and yard.
· Safely handle long, heavy, and off-balance loads including structural beams, HSS tube, angle iron, plate steel, and fabricated assemblies.
· Load and unload flatbed trucks, including proper blocking, banding, and securement of steel for transport.
· Read and interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and material tags to ensure accurate staging and sequencing of steel.
Production Support & Shop Coordination
· Work closely with fabricators, fitters, and project leads to keep material flow organized and on schedule.
· Keep the yard and shop floor organized, clear of hazards, and staged efficiently for active jobs.
· Assist fabrication and welding crews with positioning and staging of steel components throughout the production process.
Safety Leadership – Loenbro Safety Initiative
· Follow all safety protocols including load capacity limits, designated travel paths, and required PPE at all times.
· Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and immediately report any issues, defects, or unsafe conditions.
· Maintain full situational awareness in areas with, pedestrian traffic, and tight clearances.
· Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses relevant to forklift and material handling operations.

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
· Minimum 3–5 years of forklift experience in a steel fabrication, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
· Proven experience handling structural steel and oversized/awkward loads.
· Comfortable operating in a fast-paced shop environment with overhead crane activity and tight spaces.
· Strong spatial awareness and situational judgment — you know when to slow down.
· Reliable, safety-minded, and a team player who takes the job seriously.
Preferred:
· Ability to read basic shop drawings and material lists.
· Experience operating a telehandler or rough terrain forklift in addition to standard sit-down equipment.
· OSHA 10-hour general industry or construction certification.
· Prior experience in a structural steel fabrication shop environment.

Job Summary:
At LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc., the Engineer II – Cell Quality Assurance will play a key role in improving manufacturing methods and procedures within the battery electrode production process to ensure products meet company quality specifications. Working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams, this role evaluates manufacturing processes, analyzes quality data, and implements improvements to strengthen product reliability and process consistency. The Engineer II applies quality tools such as PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, calibration systems, and corrective and preventive actions to address production issues and support continuous quality improvement. Through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven analysis, this role helps ensure battery cell components meet established standards for quality, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and document inspection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure inspection reliability and verify applicability within inspection and testing processes.
• Analyze production process conditions and manufacturing data to identify root causes of electrode nonconformance, including field quality issues, and implement corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct analysis of nonconforming electrode samples, document investigation results, report findings to headquarters, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Utilize analytical and statistical methods, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), to monitor electrode manufacturing quality, identify potential risk factors, and implement preventive quality measures.
• Perform surveillance audits of electrode production processes to verify compliance with quality standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Review and approve PPAP documentation and 4M process changes related to electrode manufacturing to ensure quality requirements are maintained.
• Perform cell validation testing, including performance, safety, and reliability evaluations, to confirm product quality and manufacturing process stability.
• Maintain worksite organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S3R standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain; Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container) to support safe and efficient electrode inspection and testing operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within an automotive or high-volume manufacturing environment, including internship or co-op experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume production environments, including development and implementation of Control Plans, PFMEA, and process controls.
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including Minitab, Six Sigma, and 8D problem-solving methods.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Minitab for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of electrochemistry and lithium-ion battery cell materials (e.g., cathode, anode, separator) preferred.
• Experience performing cell validation testing, including performance, safety, and reliability testing.
Skills:
• Knowledge of APQP, inspection equipment and techniques, and root cause failure analysis methodologies.
• Familiarity with capability studies, statistical analysis, and manufacturing process evaluation.
• Understanding of PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, 8D/5-Why problem solving, and fault tree analysis (FTA).
• Knowledge of SOPs, Control Plans, CTQs, and parameters used for conducting process audits.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including the ability to prepare technical reports and summarize quality findings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across production, engineering, and quality teams.
• Demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.

Job Summary:
As the Engineer II of Inspection Technology, you will lead prevention of quality issues maximizing yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through the establishment of inspection systems, improvement of inspection equipment performance, and the introduction of new equipment.
Responsibilities:
Establish and manage the inspection machine standards revision through Process Flow Diagrams for both Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance as well as Process Down Manuals
Analyze system breakdowns or failures to improve false “No Good” rate and determine root causes; identify and implement required improvements
Communicate the installation schedule of vision system equipment to production teams, HQ, and vendors.
Collaborate with vendor support for programming activity of vision systems
Review daily production reports on improvements and KPIs, which are distributed to production teams and HQ
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in engineering equipment experience in production/plant environment (including internship or co-op acceptable).
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with equipment and processes such as Programmable Logic Controllers, Statistical Process Control, Manufacturing Execution System, etc.)
Experience operating in manufacturing setting with Total Productive and Preventive Maintenance methodologies
Knowledge of Six Sigma
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support resolution of production abnormalities
Deep understanding of measurement system analysis (MSA) and gage R&R using Minitab
Experience in maintaining in-line inspection systems (Machine Vision, 3D metrology, X-ray, and CT)
Must be able to properly and regularly utilize the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for a period of up to 12 hours
Must be able to perform the following over the course of up to 12 hours per day
