e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a passionate and technically proficient Senior Manager to join our R&D team with a focus on managing the formula transfer and new formula development with external manufacturers.
This role will manage all technical activities to ensure all key project milestones are met (stability, heavy metals, safety testing, micro testing, etc) for new products developed by external manufactureres and technical transfers of new or existing products to suppliers outside of Asia. The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years’ experience in process/product development and experience in formulation of personal care products, including OTC experience as well. The Manager, R&D must be proficient in principles of statistical analysis, cosmetics chemistry, hair and skin care/SPF processing, problem solving, and resource management and have experience in cosmetics products development of formulation and process, including expertise in emulsion-based products. You also need to have the ability to develop evaluate manufacturing processes for color and skin care cosmetics and be familiar with bulk manufacturing/filling /packing process from lab scale to mass production and quality control requirements with experience working with outside suppliers globally.

This position will be responsible for supporting the sales team to meet and exceed the sales goals and brand objectives, by providing administrative support, ensuring the sales process can run smoothly. The coordinator will be responsible for providing weekly sales data analysis, so candidates need to have strong financial skills and be comfortable with using different data sources. The role will work cross functionally, to ensure processes are being followed across all departments. The candidate will be supporting the sales leads across multiple brands and will be supporting with any new market onboarding.

Experience in and love for beauty is a definite plus!

• 2 or more years’ experience in sales, Boots UK experience is a plus
• Excellent administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities with speed

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Office, Excel and PowerPoint

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a motivated and collaborative Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth company. Reporting to the AVP of Sales, this position is based in a remote office, but preference for proximity to Target HQ in Minneapolis, MN.
The Account Manager is responsible for growing net sales and building brand market share on Well People. They will develop sales plans, sell and execute directly to and with Target. They will also optimize item distribution, shelf presence, off-shelf merchandising and retail pricing within their specific area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. S/he needs to be a self-starter bringing at least 2-3+ years of relevant sales experience within beauty and specifically with Target. Strong time management skills are also necessary in this role as they will be asked to develop and execute a sales plan for their customers, ensuring net sales growth, market share growth and customer profitability. Lastly, the ideal hire will be someone who has demonstrable skills working effectively with both internal and external cross-functional partners while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.
