This role drives revenue growth and market share across e.l.f. Beauty brands—including e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, and Naturium—by delivering against retail sales goals, executing the in-store marketing and events calendar, and elevating brand education and selling effectiveness across a multi-city, multi-location territory supporting a top national beauty retailer.
As a strategic thinker and hands-on leader, the Sales & Education Executive will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing field team (Account Coordinators and Brand Specialists), ensuring consistent brand representation, exceptional in-store experiences, and operational excellence. The leader will build and nurture retailer partnerships, translate corporate priorities into scalable field programs, and partner closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Education, Marketing, Operations) to align initiatives, tools, and resources. Success in this role is measured by sales achievement, productivity gains, event excellence, and capability building that accelerates growth across the Northeast territory.

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Technical Operations Manager serves as the enterprise-wide point of accountability for all supply chain technology solutions, ensuring they are aligned, integrated, and delivering value.
This role is the U.S.-based bridge between the business and technology teams, translating supply chain needs into technical actions and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
While SAP S/4HANA & IBP are at the core of our supply chain operations, this role will also oversee other connected platforms such as TrueCommerce EDI, 3PL integrations, and a growing portfolio of SaaS applications. The manager will track these systems at varying levels of depth, focusing most closely on solutions with the highest value and risk, especially those directly connected to SAP.

e.l.f. Beauty is looking for a motivated and collaborative Account Manager to join our dynamic, high-growth company. Reporting to the AVP of Sales, this position is based in a remote office, but preference for proximity to Target HQ in Minneapolis, MN.
The Account Manager is responsible for growing net sales and building brand market share on Well People. They will develop sales plans, sell and execute directly to and with Target. They will also optimize item distribution, shelf presence, off-shelf merchandising and retail pricing within their specific area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate is someone who embraces e.l.f.’s dynamic culture of executing with speed and quality to drive solutions. S/he needs to be a self-starter bringing at least 2-3+ years of relevant sales experience within beauty and specifically with Target. Strong time management skills are also necessary in this role as they will be asked to develop and execute a sales plan for their customers, ensuring net sales growth, market share growth and customer profitability. Lastly, the ideal hire will be someone who has demonstrable skills working effectively with both internal and external cross-functional partners while thriving in an entrepreneurial environment comfortable with collaboration across all parts of the business.
