We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Finance Manager, EMEA to join our rapidly growing team in the EMEA Region. This is a critical new headcount addition that will be instrumental in stabilizing core financial controls and supporting a region expected to continue to grow its topline and investment.
Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will take ownership of essential operational and compliance duties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, commercially astute finance professional ready to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment characterized by significant growth, multiple markets, new product launches (including gene therapies), and evolving partner deals.
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.

Your Mission
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of global mobility policies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance for short/long-term assignments and business travelers.
- Act as the lead consultant for mobility into complex jurisdictions, with a specific focus on Switzerland and APAC regulatory landscapes, ensuring policy alignment with local labor laws and tax treaties.
- Manage the technical evaluation process for "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) and cross-border commuters, delivering expert assessments on Corporate Tax Nexus and Permanent Establishment (PE) risks.
- Partner with Finance and external advisors to resolve intricate issues involving shadow payroll, social security totalization agreements, and personal income tax (PIT) liabilities for mobile employees.
- Design and oversee the end-to-end compliance ecosystem for business travelers, ensuring all international movements trigger appropriate visa, tax, and social security assessments.
- Act as the high-touch primary point of contact for senior leadership and complex assignees, managing their requests and minimizing risk.
- Drive the performance of external vendors (RMCs, Big 4 tax firms, immigration counsel), holding partners accountable to rigorous SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee the mobility budget and global billing processes via Coupa, ensuring accurate cost allocation and identifying opportunities for cost-containment.
- Leverage mobility data to provide leadership with actionable insights on population trends, program ROI, and compliance heat maps.
- Identify and implement digital solutions to streamline the "travel-to-visa" workflow and improve the employee experience.

- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Global Mobility, International HR, or Tax/Immigration Consulting.

As a Channel Development Manager for Alpine, you will play a pivotal role in growing Rubrik’s channel business by developing and nurturing strategic partnerships. You will drive partner enablement, execute targeted sales acceleration initiatives, and generate pipeline growth through proactive planning and collaboration. Working closely with both partners and Rubrik’s internal teams, you will ensure partners are equipped, motivated, and aligned to deliver exceptional customer outcomes while expanding Rubrik’s market presence across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow Rubrik focus partners to increase pipeline and revenue for both resell and managed services.
-Gain access to partner customer bases (existing to the partner, new logo to Rubrik) and improve partners’ deployment skills to ensure Rubrik is installed and run at a high customer satisfaction level.
-Integrate Rubrik into existing partner solutions to expand overall offerings.
-Manage and grow Distribution and regional Channel partners to enhance market and vertical sales/support coverage.
-Amplify Rubrik’s success by leveraging Technology Alliances (e.g., MSFT, AWS, NetApp, Nutanix).

Experience You’ll Need

Purpose of the role
As a Data Center Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, scaling and optimizing our infrastructure systems to ensure their reliability, cost efficiency and performance. You will collaborate closely with our IT team, network engineers, and system administrators to identify and resolve any issues, as well as propose and implement new innovations. You will work with cutting-edge infrastructure platforms and collaborate with a talented team of humans passionate about technology.

● Server stacking and cabling installation in our rooms
● Run HW selection validation test, performance tuning and benchmarking as a pair of HW sourcing
● Performing HW troubleshooting and basic HW repairs for Servers and Network equipment (PSU, Network cards, CMOS batteries, Memory, Optics...)
● Diagnostic and repair of defective network fiber links and interfaces

The Role:
Proton is a mobile-first company building an Internet that respects privacy and puts people, not advertisers, first. As an engineer on our Apple team you’ll build and ship features across Proton’s apps on iPhone, iPad and macOS, working closely with product and engineers across the company to define what “great” looks like on Apple platforms. Our codebase is primarily Swift with some Go, and we’re moving to a platform-independent Rust logical core that communicates with Swift via a generic interface, so Rust experience is a strong plus. Quality is central to the role: you’ll contribute to and maintain our testing stack, including unit tests for business logic, stubbed API tests for pseudo-integration, snapshot tests for UI and XCUITest for end-to-end user flows. You’ll join a team that pairs deep technical expertise with an obsession for simple, usable interfaces, shipping privacy-preserving products used by millions.

The Role
The Researcher in Quantum Machine Learning or Quantum Information will be a member of Terra Quantum's AI Applied Research team. This team is at the forefront of conducting both fundamental and applied research in the field of quantum machine learning. Although the Researcher will focus on innovating in quantum machine learning, the role involves translating research findings into practical algorithmic software solutions. The Researcher is expected to closely monitor and analyse scientific and industrial trends and needs across short-term, mid-term, and long-term horizons, specifically within the quantum technology and machine learning sectors, to guide the development and implementation of hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
The Researcher in Quantum Machine Learning plays a role in driving excellence within their team. They are not only detail-oriented but also possess a remarkable capacity for enthusiasm. The design space of biomolecules is unimaginably vast — far beyond what can be explored experimentally. Yet within this space lie molecules with properties essential for new medicines. Our machine learning models learn to design therapeutic biomolecules with specific, desirable functions.
We advance the state of the art in molecular design by training large-scale foundation models and developing cutting edge generative approaches. The models learn from diverse heterogeneous datasets and are refined through focused fine-tuning and feedback from experiments. You will collaborate closely with other machine learning researchers and engineers, as well as computational and experimental biologists, to advance these models and translate their capabilities into real therapeutic designs.
