As the Senior UX Manager for Transactions and On-Trip, you will lead a small team of product designers, content designers, and researchers. You will be responsible for the customer experience across our payments, checkout, and post-booking service journeys, with a focus on reliability, flexibility, and support at scale. Your teams are the stewards for hassle-free transacting, payment integrity, and all aspects of post-purchase fulfilment - from confirmations to flexibility, through to multi-channel on-trip support and resolution. Revenue Platform is responsible for the systems and data that turn GetYourGuide bookings into accurate, auditable financial outcomes. We own the booking lifecycle and its conversion into accounting-ready financial data; the foundations for financial and payout data; and the tooling/integrations that keep revenue flows correct at scale, including partner tax information (including validation), FX rates, and auditability of financially-impacting modifications.
Our mission is to enable internal, customer-facing product teams to confidently launch and operate new best-in-class experiences for our Travelers. We succeed when Suppliers get paid correctly and on time, and when Finance & Accounting can trust the numbers. We achieve this by providing clear contracts, reliable platforms, and trustworthy data across sensitive financial domains.
