The pay range is $164,300 - $222,300.
The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. About this role
As an Outreach Specialist/Care Coordinator in the region, you will be Waymark’s frontline presence in and alongside healthcare facilities, often our first point of contact with our patients, and a key member of a startup team helping to shape and refine our workflows and build strong relationships with primary care physician partners. You will work to improve the health of patients from low- income communities by fostering trust and connecting them with various providers and resources. You will be part of a care team that is multidisciplinary and includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Pharmacists, and Community Health Workers.

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $21.63 and $26.44 hourly. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Proven experience in assessing/developing security control implementations for cloud-native architecture, including containerization and Kubernetes networking.
This position requires an active US Government Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance. Maintenance of this clearance is a condition of continued employment.

To be successful in this role, you will:
Advise customers on the technical design, architecture and implementation of Appian solutions on a customer’s private cloud or on-premise hosting solution, and/or integrating Appian government cloud offerings with the customer’s infrastructure
Support the sales cycle through the creation of high-value, differentiated solutions, based on Appian’s technology, that integrates and defines program and project management disciplines with a compelling technical solution and delivery roadmap
Present and vet integrated solutions and complex technical concepts and designs to our customers and other audiences
Support customers on the configuration, testing, deployment and operations of Appian applications, following agile delivery methodologies and Appian best practices
Work with clients on all aspects of their program to drive technical success and efficiency, including advising of development practice, program management and governance and delivery automation (version control, configuration management, and other DevSecOps and Infrastructure Automation practices)
Lead the definition and development of Appian Customer Success innovations and offerings in order to support leading Appian delivery capabilities, and bring together emerging requirements and practices from our customers and industry
Collect and review technical challenges with a team of architects and distill into common best practices and common solutions
Support the development and review of whitepapers and pre-sales solutioning and proposals
Advise federal customers on the design and integration of AI and generative AI capabilities, including large language models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and machine learning, into Appian-based solutions, ensuring alignment with mission objectives, responsible AI principles.
Lead the definition of enterprise data strategies and architectures for federal customers, including data ingestion, storage, integration, and analytics frameworks that enable scalable, mission-driven data platforms on cloud environments.
Establish and operationalize data governance frameworks for federal programs, including data quality standards, lineage, metadata management, access controls, and stewardship models that ensure data is accurate, compliant, and audit-ready in support of agency oversight requirements
Support the development of AI governance structures for federal customers, including model risk management, explainability standards, bias mitigation protocols, and continuous monitoring practices aligned with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and agency-specific AI use case inventory requirements
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience advising customers on design and implementation of government cloud computing platforms, and at least 10 years of multi-tier application design and architecture
Experience with architecting secure cloud based hosting solutions for federal customers using Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and/or Microsoft Azure. Leadership experience designing, architecting or delivering one or more enterprise-level cloud environments (e.g. C2S, JWICS, GovCloud, etc.)
Experience authoring federal proposals and whitepaper is required
In depth experience, managing federal programs and projects and leading IT delivery using agile frameworks, tooling and methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
Experience accelerating IT solution under the federal government’s Risk Management Framework is preferred
Experience with designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure Automation frameworks, using toolsets like Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Cucumber, JMeter, and Fitnesse, preferred
Willingness to travel; 10-15% to support customer engagements including SCIF’s

In this role, you will define integrated Appian solutions that support Army modernization priorities, using Appian as an agility layer to connect mission processes, legacy systems, enterprise data, and operational workflows. You will help customers design solutions that leverage Appian platform capabilities, including process automation, case management, integration, and Data Fabric, to improve mission outcomes across Army business, logistics, readiness, acquisition, and enterprise information environments.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Advise customers on the technical design, architecture and implementation of Appian solutions on a customer’s private cloud or on-premise hosting solution, and/or integrating Appian government cloud offerings with the customer’s infrastructure
Support the sales cycle through the creation of high-value, differentiated solutions, based on Appian’s technology, that integrates and defines program and project management disciplines with a compelling technical solution and delivery roadmap
Present and vet integrated solutions and complex technical concepts and designs to our customers and other audiences
Support customers on the configuration, testing, deployment and operations of Appian applications, following agile delivery methodologies and Appian best practices
Work with clients on all aspects of their program to drive technical success and efficiency, including advising of development practice, program management and governance and delivery automation (version control, configuration management, and other DevSecOps and Infrastructure Automation practices)
Lead the definition and development of Appian Customer Success innovations and offerings in order to support leading Appian delivery capabilities, and bring together emerging requirements and practices from our customers and industry
Collect and review technical challenges with a team of architects and distill into common best practices and common solutions
Support the development and review of whitepapers and pre-sales solutioning and proposals
Advise Army customers on how to position Appian as an agility layer that integrates mission and business processes across existing Army systems of record, using Appian features such as Data Fabric to unify, relate, and act on data without requiring wholesale replacement of existing platforms.
Design Appian-based solution architectures for Army modernization initiatives that connect operational workflows, case management, process automation, and data orchestration across complex enterprise environments.
Demonstrate experience supporting or solutioning within the Army C5ISR ecosystem and/or related command, control, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance mission systems.
Apply familiarity with Army enterprise systems and modernization programs, including ECMA, GCSS-Army for logistics, GFEBS, LMP, ACWS, and other systems and capabilities managed under CPE ES2.
Work with Army stakeholders, mission owners, system integrators, and technical teams to shape architectures that respect Army hosting, cybersecurity, RMF/ATO, data access, integration, and interoperability constraints.
Support Army-focused capture, proposal, whitepaper, and customer advisory efforts by translating Appian platform capabilities into mission-relevant technical solutions and modernization roadmaps.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
At least 5 years of experience advising customers on design and implementation of government cloud computing platforms, and at least 10 years of multi-tier application design and architecture
Experience with architecting secure cloud based hosting solutions for federal customers using Amazon AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and/or Microsoft Azure. Leadership experience designing, architecting or delivering one or more enterprise-level cloud environments (e.g. C2S, JWICS, GovCloud, etc.)
Experience authoring federal proposals and whitepaper is required
In depth experience, managing federal programs and projects and leading IT delivery using agile frameworks, tooling and methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe
Experience accelerating IT solution under the federal government’s Risk Management Framework is preferred
Experience with designing and implementing DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure Automation frameworks, using toolsets like Jenkins, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack, Cucumber, JMeter, and Fitnesse, preferred
Willingness to travel; 10-15% to support customer engagements including SCIF’s

We are looking for an experienced analyst to support our growing team to develop and execute a strategy to expand AIS global business. Position Summary
Blackbird Health is launching a Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in Pediatric Mental Health and is seeking fellows to join our inaugural cohort beginning August 2026.
