Overview

As the Senior Software Engineer for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our software products, from concept to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations. Some of the key products as part of digital portfolio are – mobile and desktop applications, vehicle connectivity solutions, mapping services, production, inventory and planning optimization, servicing and repairs, and more. At the same time, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to be hands-on building key systems and will be directly responsible for the successful delivery of complex and large-scale technical efforts as well acting as a technical mentor and leader for other engineers.

• Work with engineers & technical leaders across the company to ship interoperable products and systems on strong foundations that manage customer interactions inside and outside of the vehicle

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables

• Be responsible for the services that are owned by your team, ensuring 24/7 on-call coverage

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Fremont, California. We will consider remote applicants for this role. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
• The responsibilities of this role require one day a week attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.

We’re looking for a Regional Vice President to lead our Americas Sales Development organization. Sales Development at MongoDB is a strategic and crucial part of the sales organization, precision‑aligned to the top of the funnel to fuel the business with high‑value, strategic workloads. The RVP will own the vision, strategy, and execution for Sales Development in the Americas, driving operational excellence, developing world class leaders, and succession planning for the next generation of MongoDB Sales executives.

Description:

The Information Security Risk Analyst is the operational engine of the internal risk program. While the Senior IRM Analyst and Risk Director define the strategic roadmap, the Analyst ensures the daily execution of that strategy. They are responsible for the "production line" of risk assessment: taking raw signals from the business, processing them through the established methodology, and outputting actionable risk decisions (Remediation or Acceptance).

The ultimate objective of this role is Reduction of Uncertainty. By managing the program effectively, the IRM Analyst ensures that MongoDB’s leadership has a clear, quantified view of the top risks facing the enterprise. They transform the Risk Register from a static spreadsheet into a dynamic governance tool that drives accountability.

The IRM Analyst must not be afraid to be in the trenches with the Engineering and Product teams. They are the primary face of the "Risk Intake Process," guiding stakeholders through the methodology. They are the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that no risk enters the register until it has been properly scoped and quantified.

Responsibilities:

Risk Identification & Assessment

• Execute risk assessments under senior guidance - perform scoping, inherent risk scoring, control assessment, and residual risk calculation using established methodology
• Conduct risk identification intake, manage the flow of requests from Jira Service Desk and the Issue Intake Tracker, review incoming submissions against entry criteria, assign Risk IDs, and replicate validated risks into the Risk Register
• Act as the Triage Officer for incoming risk submissions, determine whether submissions represent strategic risks, operational issues, or duplicates. Filter noise to focus the team on signals
• Develop risk scenarios for in-scope assets by working with asset owners and risk owners , identify threat communities, threat events, and impact categories

The Information Security Risk Team at MongoDB is the operational engine of the internal and third-party risk programs. Situated within the Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) organization, the team is responsible for the "Reduction of Uncertainty" across the enterprise. We view this team as the "Operational Commander" of the risk function. The team oversees the entire lifecycle of risk identification, assessment, and treatment, ensuring that MongoDB’s leadership has a clear, quantified view of the top risks facing the organization. As the Senior Information Risk Analyst, you will serve as the subject matter expert and primary executor of our risk function. Responsibilities

Program Maturity

• Risk Assessment Methodology Implementation: Lead the strategic roadmap to integrate the risk matrix into the risk framework
• Regulatory Governance: Ensure the risk program complies with global regulations, specifically DORA (EU) regarding ICT registers and FedRAMP Rev 5 supply chain controls. Maintain the Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) plan and oversee strict boundary protections for the "Atlas for Government" environment

The Team

Platform Engineering is the department within SRE that is responsible for a range of critical infrastructure and operational functions that support the broader engineering organization. Among these are our multi-cloud-provider Kubernetes infrastructure, networking, load balancing (including our public-facing edge and internal service mesh), and observability and alerting systems.

The Fleet Management team provides the core runtime environment that empowers our developers to build and ship products to delight our customers. The Team

The Program Manager / Senior Analyst (Public Sector) is a senior-level individual contributor role responsible for the lifecycle management of our most sensitive US government authorizations. This role acts as a lead for high-stakes workstreams involving FedRAMP High, DoD IL5+, CJIS, and ITAR. • Act as a technical advisor to Engineering and Operations teams to ensure cloud configurations (e.g., FIPS 140-2/140-3, boundary protection, and access control) meet federal and DoD IL5+ mandates

As a key member of the Americas Employee Experience leadership team, this individual will help drive a culture of compliance and operational excellence, while also supporting team-wide planning, key initiatives, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development, refinement, and execution of a scalable HR compliance framework across the Americas (policy, training, audits, and programs), including a roadmap for future capabilities

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience applying U.S. employment law across multiple states
• 3+ years of experience building and implementing HR compliance programs (policies, audits, training)

We are hiring an experienced Security Software Engineer (Staff or Senior) for our Infrastructure Security team to design and build scalable security controls and services within MongoDB Atlas multi-cloud infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a professional to bridge the gap between Finance, Recruiting, and Business Operations. As the Workforce Insights Manager, you will serve as the primary advisor to the Director of Recruiting Operations on the feasibility, health and execution of our global hiring plan. Key Responsibilities and Focus Areas

Workforce Planning & FP&A Integration

Strategic Reconciliations: Develop and own foundational recruiting forecast and capacity models. You will serve as the operational point of contact to FP&A analysts to ensure that hiring forecasts are aligned with Recruiting’s operational reality.

Predictive Forecasting: Lead the development of hiring forecasts. You will provide the Recruiting Leadership Team (RLT) with the data and insights needed to advise Business Unit leaders on when to activate roles, when to defer hiring and how to reallocate capacity.

Capacity Governance: Establish and maintain the standards for recruiting bandwidth. You will identify when business demand exceeds recruiter or interviewer capacity and provide the impact analysis used for trade-off discussions with senior stakeholders.

Recruiting Intelligence & Process Optimization

Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive audits into the recruiting lifecycle. You will identify specific friction points; such as late-stage requirement changes, interviewer misalignment or funnel drop-offs and quantify their impact on total hiring velocity.

Productivity Modeling: Analyze activation dates and historical time-to-fill data to provide high-accuracy projections for start dates, enabling Finance to more accurately develop forecasts and resource allocation.

Operational Advisory: Act as an internal consultant on hiring efficiency and resource allocation. When data indicates a decline in productivity, you will diagnose the cause and propose specific structural or process improvements to restore velocity. You will lead the feasibility review for strategic hiring initiatives to advise the RLT on resource requirements.

Executive Alignment & Change Management

Stakeholder Management: Participate in regular meetings with FP&A, HRBPs and Recruiting Leadership. By helping the Director of Recruiting Operations drive cross-functional workstreams, you will help ensure alignment on the hiring plan and allow Recruiting Leadership to focus on execution.

The role of Senior Employee Listening Manager has a critical role to play in the next phase of MongoDB's growth. • Assist with hardening non-human identities (service accounts, workloads, automation identities, agentic AI systems), focusing on least-privilege and proper key/secret management.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to support FedRAMP High and other regulatory/compliance programs by implementing and operating required IAM and endpoint controls, and helping prepare evidence for audits.
• Integrate IAM and endpoint events into Datadog (or similar tools) to improve visibility, alerts, and investigations around authentication and access activity.
• Partner with teams operating MDM platforms (Jamf, Workspace ONE, Kolide) to ensure device posture is reflected in IAM policies where applicable.
• Create and maintain documentation and runbooks for IAM workflows, automations, and on-call procedures.
• Participate in the IAMSEC team’s on-call rotation for production incidents impacting identity, access, or FedRAMP-scoped services, with guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Engineering, or Cloud Security roles.
• Hands-on experience administering and securing Okta for workforce identity (groups, policies, app integrations, MFA).
• Practical experience working with IAM in at least one major cloud provider (AWS IAM strongly preferred; GCP IAM or Azure AD a plus).
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization standards, including OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, and modern MFA approaches.
• Exposure to FedRAMP High or Moderate, or similar U.S. public-sector frameworks (e.g., FISMA, StateRAMP), and an interest in deepening expertise in NIST 800‑53, ATO processes, and POA&M management.
• Experience implementing or supporting RBAC models, group/role structures, and access reviews in a mid-to-large enterprise.
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate repetitive IAM or security tasks.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/OpenTofu, CloudFormation) and a willingness to grow into owning IAM-related IaC modules.
• Experience with observability or SIEM tools such as Datadog (or similar) for working with logs, alerts, and dashboards.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow and improve documented processes.
• Comfortable collaborating in a remote, distributed team, communicating clearly in writing, and asking for help or clarification when needed.

• Experience designing or operating phishing-resistant authentication (e.g., WebAuthn, FIDO2, YubiKey).
