Responsibilities will include:

• Own and maintain detailed bill of materials cost models across all energy storage products, including raw materials, cells, modules, power electronics, balance of system, and packaging — ensuring accuracy, version control, and visibility across the organization
• Develop and manage should-cost models to benchmark components and subassembly pricing against market rates and supplier quotes

Global Supply Chain Manager, Energy Storage

The Global Supply Chain Manager will work closely with engineering, operations, and other functional teams to drive suppliers election, manage supplier agreements, and optimize procurement strategies. This role will optimize cost, quality, and availability of a range of components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods in support of Redwood’s product offering.

Responsibilities will Include:

• Develop a sourcing strategy for a given set of components

• Inbound Transportation RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) Strategy: Own the end-to-end RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ) process for inbound transportation services. Align cross-functional stakeholders on timelines, bundling strategies, and sourcing plans. Prepare all necessary documentation, including Statements of Work and pricing templates. Evaluate supplier proposals and support contract negotiations to ensure optimal value and performance.
• Service Provider Management: Oversee logistics service providers to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and operational KPIs. Foster strong partnerships and drive accountability through structured performance management.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing transportation flows and performance data. Identify and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and ensure regulatory compliance.

What you’ll do

• Work hand-in-hand with the Scout team to identify the right suppliers to build and supply parts & services, including participating in pre-souring audits to confirm acceptability of new suppliers.

What the Role Is

We are seeking a proven transportation executive to lead and evolve Babylist’s global transportation network across international logistics, domestic transportation, and parcel operations. What the Role Is

As a Manager, Supply Chain Transformation, you’ll own the work of making sure Babylist’s fulfillment network scales ahead of the business. Sitting within the Supply Chain organization, this role is responsible for identifying where operations break under growth and rebuilding those systems so they hold at higher volume. You’ll start with our Columbus fulfillment center and expand your scope as we add new nodes, shaping how the network performs as it grows.

The day-to-day is a mix of floor-level diagnosis and cross-functional program ownership. Some weeks you’re on-site in Columbus, walking the floor to understand where picks stall, labor misallocates, or inventory flow breaks down. Other weeks you’re leading the work to redesign those processes—partnering with product and engineering to define system requirements and ensure changes land in a way that sticks. You’ll split your time between hands-on operational work and driving execution across teams, with about 50% travel to current and future sites.

This is not a pure strategy or coordination role. If you prefer to operate at a distance from execution or rely on others to surface problems, this will feel uncomfortable. If 50% travel to the Midwest isn’t sustainable, this role won’t work. If you’re looking for a clearly defined roadmap or a narrower scope, this will be a stretch. You’re expected to define priorities and build the path forward.

Who You Are

• 5+ years in warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain process improvement within high-volume DTC e-commerce environments (non-negotiable; pure consulting, corporate strategy, or 3PL-only backgrounds are not a fit)
• Experience translating operational process design into system requirements and partnering with product and engineering to implement them in WMS, OMS, or similar systems
• Track record of owning cross-functional programs in fulfillment or logistics environments with accountability for outcomes, not just coordination
• Hands-on experience in warehouse environments, able to independently diagnose breakdowns in picking, packing, or labor flow using data and direct observation
• Advanced Excel skills and 3+ years building dashboards or analysis in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma
• Comfort operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments where you define priorities and create structure from scratch

We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the country. This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI’s first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments. 

The Preconstruction Manager provides leadership, structure, and technical expertise across all preconstruction activities at RMCI. Working closely with the Chief Estimator, this role ensures that project pursuits, design development, cost modeling, and early‑phase planning are executed with accuracy, clarity, and strategic intent.

• Design Management & Technical Coordination

We are looking for a Senior Logistics Program Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. This person will be responsible for all developmental logistics tasks, establish technologies using standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of our Autonomous Airpower program. Purpose

The CNC Programmer (Turning & Grinding Focus) is a highly technical manufacturing role responsible for developing and executing advanced machining processes with a primary focus on horizontal turning mills, mill-turn platforms, and precision grinding operations, while supporting broader CNC machining activities as required. 

This role owns the full machining workflow including process development, fixture design, CNC programming, machine setup support, prove-out, inspection collaboration, and production optimization. The CNC Programmer partners closely with manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and shop operations teams to develop robust, repeatable, and scalable machining strategies for high-performance aerospace, automotive, defense, and energy components. 

Operating in a fast-paced hardware environment, this individual will lead the development of advanced machining solutions for complex rotational hardware and precision-critical components, supporting both prototype development and high-rate production. This role combines deep CAM expertise, strong shop-floor execution, and hands-on manufacturing problem solving.

The Role

Advanced CNC Programming & Machining 

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (Siemens NX preferred) for:  

• Horizontal turning mills

This is a 3 - 4 x 11 rotating shift working alternating Wednesdays.

Purpose

The CNC Machining Specialist is a hands-on technical expert responsible for developing and executing precision machining strategies with an emphasis on CNC turning operations, while maintaining versatility across milling and multi-axis machining environments. This role supports the production of high-performance components for advanced aerospace, automotive, and next-generation manufacturing systems. 

Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual partners closely with design and manufacturing engineering to translate complex hardware requirements into robust, scalable machining processes. The role is deeply rooted in shop-floor execution—owning setups, solving problems in real time, and driving machining excellence from prototype through rate production. 

This position plays a critical role in building repeatable, high-quality processes, improving throughput, and enabling rapid iteration in a fast-paced production environment. 

The Role

Turning & Machining Execution 

• Lead setup, operation, and optimization of CNC turning centers (mill-turn and multi-axis lathes) for precision components.  

• Execute machining & grinding across a range of equipment as needed, including 3-axis, 3+2, and 5-axis mills to support production demands.  

• Own first article through production runs, ensuring parts meet dimensional, surface finish, and performance requirements.  

• Apply advanced understanding of GD&T to validate setups and machining strategies directly on the floor. 

Process Development & Optimization 

• Define machining strategies across turning and milling operations, including:  

• Tooling selection  

• Workholding/fixturing concepts  

• Program approach and sequencing  

• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in cycle time, tool life, and setup methodology.  

• Troubleshoot and resolve machining challenges (chatter, tool wear, thermal distortion, tolerance stack-up, machine limitations).  

• Partner with engineering to drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), especially for turned features and rotational geometries. 

Production Ownership & Continuous Improvement 

• Take full ownership of machining processes on the floor—from initial prove-out to stable production.  

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on:  

• Cycle time reduction  

• Scrap and rework reduction  

• Process capability and repeatability  

• Support production ramp by developing scalable processes, standardized tooling, and repeatable setups.  

• Act with urgency to resolve blockers impacting delivery schedules and production output. 

Quality & Documentation 

• Ensure all hardware meets internal and industry quality standards through disciplined process control.  

• Develop and maintain:  

• Setup sheets  

• Work instructions  

• Process standards  

• Collaborate with inspection teams to validate measurement strategies for tight-tolerance turned features.  

• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances. 

Team Leadership & Mentorship 

• Mentor machinists and operators on turning best practices, machining fundamentals, and advanced techniques.  

• Promote strong shop culture centered on accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous learning.  

• Provide technical guidance across shifts to ensure consistency and process adherence. 

Safety & Operational Excellence 

• Champion Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards within all machining activities.  

• Proactively identify risks in machining operations and implement mitigation strategies.  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning work environment aligned with high-performance production standards. 

Basic Qualifications

• Extensive experience operating CNC turning centers (2-axis, live tooling, mill-turn, or multi-axis lathes).  

• Strong cross-functional machining experience including milling (3-axis, 3+2, 5-axis) & grinding.  

• Proficiency with Siemens, Fanuc, & Heidenhain controllers.  

• Advanced understanding of GD&T and its application in precision machining.  

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes across tooling, fixturing, and programming.  

• Experience machining complex components in aluminum, steels, titanium, and nickel-based alloys (Inconel).  

• Demonstrated experience with advanced setup techniques, including dynamic work offsets and multi-operation setups.  

• Hands-on experience taking parts from first article through production.  

• Ability to create clear setup documentation and standardized machining processes.  

• Experience mentoring or leading other machinists on the shop floor. 

• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls 

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with large-format or gantry-style machining systems.  

• Experience Machining additively manufactured components or hybrid workflows.  

• Strong manual machining skills to support tooling, fixtures, and rework operations.  

• Experience in high-rate production or rapid development environments with aggressive timelines. 

• Experience in CAD/CAM software/environments (NX CAM preferred).  

• Strong understanding of G-code. 

• Experience with writing probing routines for on machine part inspections.
