Coho Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) provides end-to-end instructional design support to leadership development and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives within a federal environment. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating high-quality learning solutions across multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), and asynchronous eLearning. The ISD applies established instructional design methodologies to ensure training solutions are aligned to organizational goals, improve workforce capability, and deliver measurable learning outcomes. This position is onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

We are seeking an dynamic and systems-oriented Instructional System Designer to join the Test & Evaluation Training team. For employees hired to work from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $125,000 - $170,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

Kizen is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Experience Designer to build and scale the programs that help our partners, customers, and employees get the most out of our platform. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution excellence across the full learning lifecycle.
You will work with the Tech Docs/Learning Experience Lead and own the day-to-day design, development, and delivery of learning programs, including LMS administration, certification tracks, and Kizen Academy. You'll receive strategic direction from your lead and be trusted to run with it, bringing deep craft and independent judgment to everything you build.
