We are seeking a Provider Success Manager to establish relationships with healthcare providers and drive the adoption, expansion, and success of Counterpart Assistant (CA). This individual will be responsible for managing a portfolio of provider partnerships, ensuring that practices successfully implement and maximize their use of our platform to thrive in value-based care.
This is a results-driven user facing role that will serve as an external product SME who drives overall customer success. You will leverage your knowledge of Medicare and Primary Care operations, strong relationship management skills, and a data-driven approach to expand our presence in the market and enhance the value we deliver to our partners. Candidates for this role must reside in Knox county and be willing to travel to practices up to 5 days a week.

Job Title: Quantitative Scientist
Why This Role Matters:
The Quantitative Scientist will be responsible for executing and providing oversight and guidance on the analytical, statistical and epidemiological components of Verana research projects and data quality initiatives. The primary function of this role will be to conduct, guide, and manage the analytical execution of Verana research projects . About the Role:
The Customer Support Automation Specialist is responsible for delivering measurable improvements in self-service and case deflection rates by optimizing our AI chatbot. THE PROGRAM
The VEG New ER Doctor (NERD) program is designed to transform practicing non-emergency veterinarians into exceptional, confident VEG ER doctors. This six-month deep dive into the action of emergency is a structured, immersive program like no other that allows participants to transition into full-time ER doctors at VEG after successful completion. Integrating academic and clinical teachings with individualized mentorship, this program fuels a passion for ER and creates a deeper meaning around life-saving veterinary heroics. The Role:
We are looking for a Tennessee licensed Clinical Pharmacist to join a strong team of clinicians, analysts, clinical support staff, and trainees to utilize Arine’s software platform and to help optimize patient outcomes for our clients. The purpose of this position is to provide an expert level medication therapy consultation to the patients and providers, collaborate with the Engineering team and leadership to improve Arine’s software platform, and to help supervise the Clinical Care support team. This candidate will have a direct impact on patient care and the delivery of our core clinical services, stay continuously up-to-date on developments in the fast-moving drug field, and be aware of emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices.
The Clinical Pharmacist receives assignments and functions under the supervision of the Head of Operations to carry out and supervise direct patient care responsibilities and perform a range of functions that include the maintenance and review of patient medication profiles; counseling patients on appropriate drug use; promoting adherence; developing clinical recommendations; reviewing completed medication reviews by other Virtual Pharmacist users; as well as interacting with other health professionals to help improve patient outcomes.
Job duties also include assisting with orienting new team members and Virtual Pharmacist users, facilitating prior authorizations, helping patients with finding financial assistance and transportation to help increase medication adherence, review and evaluate clinical guidelines and workflow processes as assigned.
All members of the Clinical Care team are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues, be respectful and accept constructive feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to deliver quality customer service and patient care.

This position is temp-to-hire for an expected duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Throughout the temporary period, you will receive full benefits starting from day one.
The posted range represents the expected hourly rate for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The hourly pay rate for this position is: $57-65/hour.
Seasonality & Schedule:
Our Clinical Care team operates within a seasonal business cycle, and we want candidates to have a clear picture of what to expect. During peak season (May through early December), our team plays a vital role in supporting business operations. Workload and scheduling demands increase during this time, and time off may be limited. Optional overtime may also be offered to meet business needs. Each year, the Clinical Care department observes a holiday shutdown of approximately 2–3 weeks between late December and early January. Please note that while Arine remains operational, the Clinical Care department is closed during this period. Following the shutdown, the team transitions back to full capacity on a modified schedule through February, during which some shifts or hours may differ from standard operations.
