Overview
As a Sales Support Representative, you are responsible for generating new business while managing and growing the activity of existing customers. You will manage the administrative responsibilities of the sales cycle while developing the skills for progress within the sales team.
Your Impact
The essential functions of this position include:
Accurately place orders into the system from customer-issued PO’s
Follow-up on orders to ensure their successful delivery within customer expectations.
Lead open order management, insuring that open orders are delivered to the customer expediently and accurately
Confirm that all invoicing activity is taking place in a timely and accurate manner
Take a proactive role with problem resolution at the customer and supplier levels
Learn about the programs available at our major vendor suppliers in order to source products via the most advantageous price to ePlus
Assist customers with Returns issues, order inquiries, and any other requests for information
Develop successful relationships with sales, vendors, and internal departments
Assist with quoting
Offer add-on opportunities to our customers such as warranty uplifts, service agreements, accessories, or supplies
Use proper decorum in all communications with customers both internal and external
Projects and additional responsibilities as needed or assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of sales or customer service experience
Knowledge of computers/networking and the IT industry as a whole
Excellent communication/phone skills is a must
Ability to prioritize and multi task is a must
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Knowledge of Microsoft office suite of products is a must

Overview
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as the focused technical lead and sales engineer for ePlus targeted product and service solutions, supporting the ePlus regional sales team to drive revenue creation and capture within the customer account portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work with our master architects, engineers, and consultants, to understand our clients’ needs and craft sustainable IT roadmaps to get them there.

Provide technical expertise to sales teams and customers on designated solution focus area
Establish credibility and trusted advisor status with ePlus’ sales team and customers
Conduct customer facing presentations on ePlus’ core competencies and technical solution offerings for assigned accounts and focus areas
Assist sales team with overall account planning as it relates to technical aspects of hardware, software, and services opportunity qualification and development
Complete and author technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses
Assist sales team with identifying and capturing customer business and technical requirements during the sales cycle and determining ePlus’ recommended solution
Develop and finalize solution architecture/design and detailed line item configurations and/or bill-of-materials (BOMs)
Develop and finalize solution proposal and/or presentation of recommended solutions
Lead technical scoping/reviews with sales team and customers for Statement of Work (SOW) generation, planning and designing solutions for complex multi vendor solutions (i.e. Cisco/Sourcefire, Lancope, Palo Alto, McAfee, Splunk, Imperva, Check Point, FireEye, Gigamon)
Function as a subject matter expert (SME) for customer technical staff regarding proposed solution and its design, configuration, implementation, and testing specifics
Function as technical liaison and ePlus ambassador with field OEM channel sales and technical teams
Assist sales team with mentoring of associate account managers as it relates to overall opportunity management and technical solution set
Conduct knowledge transfers with solution architect colleagues and service delivery team regarding solution and OEM product updates/changes, lessons learned from previous engagements/experience, etc., as relevant
Assist sales team in dealing with customer satisfaction issues surrounding technical aspects or approach of a recommended solution

The ePlus Service Provider Group (SPG) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team, supporting telecommunications customers across the Northeast. This individual will serve as a trusted technical advisor to service providers, including telcos, cable operators, consortiums, electrical cooperatives, and municipalities. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in high-end routing and optical networking, with a strong focus on next-generation MPLS and optical transport architectures.
Key technologies include Segment Routing (SR-MPLS), Ethernet VPN (EVPN), Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), and Reconfigurable Optical Add-Drop Multiplexers (ROADMs).
The Solutions Architect - Service Provider will be 1:1 aligned with a dedicated Account Executive, working together to engage customers, assess their current network environments, and define future-state designs. Assist sales account managers with project management for complex presales engagements
Complete technical sections for RFP/RFI/RFQ responses for assigned accounts
Assist account teams with collecting customer business and technical requirements and determining ePlus recommended solution(s)
Develop solution architecture and detailed line-item configurations/bills of material (BOMs)
Develop proposal and/or presentation of recommended solutions
Assist with technical scoping/review for Statements of Work (SOWs) for assigned accounts
Function as liaison to end-user customer technical staff regarding solution and implementation specifics
Function as a liaison between the sales team and professional services organization to vet solution recommendations and to complete technical portions of the SOW, as appropriate
Function as technical liaison and ePlus ambassador with field OEM sales and technical teams
Assist sales management with mentoring of junior sales account managers as it relates to overall opportunity management and technical solution set
Conduct knowledge transfer with team members around solution updates, implementation lessons learned, etc., as relevant
Assist ePlus sales team in dealing with customer satisfaction issues surrounding technical aspects of a recommended solution & its implementation or deployment, as needed
Assist in developing customer get-well plan, if applicable
Assist sales and services management in identifying candidate solution areas for ePlus development or investment
Complete training, per development plan, and maintain certifications in accordance with focus area
Assist Services Director with helping improve procedures and functions
Ensure appropriate coverage for in-process opportunities while out of office for training, vacation, PTO, etc.
Participate in weekly team planning conference calls
Complete administrative tasks (expenses, time reporting) in a timely fashion
Travel up to 50% may be required

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $110,000 and $150,000 annually. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Overview
*Rotating First and Second Shift*
As a Managed Services Center (MSC) Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide ePlus’ MSC and clientele with Network, Security and Systems support to maximize stability, availability, security, and functionality within the production environment. As a customer-interfacing contact, you will work to solve pressing business issues and drive positive change. You will leverage technology, advance ePlus MSC services and provide performance improvement feedback.
Your Impact
The essential functions of this position include:
Manage projects and tasks, as assigned, including:
Tool replacement and upgrades
Maintain accurate data set in tools
Deploying new networks
Integrating tools and authentication methods
Hardware upgrades and replacements
Creating and updating documentation
Perform network/systems support in a Managed Services Center environment
Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose common problems network/systems problems, either alone or as part of a team
Resolve and manage problems effectively and immediately
Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently and discretely during rotating shift work
Provide systems support functions for client end systems, which includes design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. Follow- through until problems are resolved.
Focus on building your own high-level technical skills including building a strength in coding and automation techniques
Ability to work overnight shifts on a weekly rotating schedule
Ability to work remotely and still provide a professional communication experience
Qualifications
College degree preferred; high school diploma required
1-2 years of networking experience
CCNA upon hire or within 6 months of employment
Experience/training on one or more of the following
Cisco LAN and WAN Devices
Fortinet Infrastructure systems
RHEL Linux
Practical knowledge of Enterprise Networking concepts
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
Experience/training on one or more of the following:
Cisco IOS-XE, IOS-NX
Fortinet infrastructure devices
Windows Server and RHEL Linux
CCNA Certification or NSE3 or working towards preferred
