Develop Sales Engineering presentations and supporting materials
Assist in creating and/or responding to Bill-of-Materials (BOM) and Statements of Work (SOW)

10+ years of hands on experience in IT Networking and Security with a focus on Fortinet and Cisco networking and security products
Multiple industry-recognized Certifications preferred. i.e.: CCIE, FCSS, CISSP

Professional demeanor and good communication skills
Ability to think and come up with solutions quickly aligning to customer expectations and within the boundaries of the statement of work.

The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $31.25 and $43.27 hourly. The final base salary offered will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, depth of experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, our compensation structure may include other components such as commissions and discretionary bonuses.

Overview
As a Managed Service Center Tier III Data Center Engineer, you will provide ePlus MSC and clientele with Data Center infrastructures (physical/virtual, storage, and compute). Responsible for diagnostics, resolution, tracking, escalation of Data Center systems incidents and functionality within the production environment. As a customer-interfacing contact, you will work to solve pressing business issues and drive positive change. You will leverage technology, advance ePlus MSC services and provide feedback.
