MongoDB Pre-Sales Solution Architects are responsible for guiding our customers and users to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform. Our team is made up of seasoned technical sales professionals, software architects, entrepreneurs, and developers who take direct responsibility for customer success, including the design of their software, deployment, and operations. You'll work closely with our sales executives, helping customers solve business problems by leveraging our solutions, playing a key role in winning deals and driving the business forward. You'll be a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to the world's largest enterprise IT organizations. 

This role is remotely in the South Korea region.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• 5 to 8  years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer facing role. 
• Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity
• Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership. 
• Ability to work with a cross functional sales team to formulate and execute an end to end deal cycle.

Job Overview

As an SAP S/4 HANA Solution Architect, you will define and drive Coupang’s SAP transformation across key business domains including Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations. You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and global stakeholders to design scalable, integrated SAP S/4 HANA solutions aligned with Coupang’s rapid growth and evolving business landscape.

You will be responsible for leading solution architecture, defining end-to-end business process designs, guiding technical teams, and ensuring SAP platforms meet enterprise-class standards in performance, reliability, integration, and security. This role will directly influence Coupang’s core operational systems and will require strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, cross-functional process knowledge, and enterprise-level architecture skills.

What You Will Do

• Lead the architecture and design of SAP S/4 HANA solutions across modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, and TM
• Architect end-to-end business processes aligned to Coupang’s e-commerce, logistics, and fulfilment operations
• Define integration patterns between SAP S/4 HANA and internal Coupang systems (OMS, WMS, Finance systems, 3rd-party applications)
• Develop and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture road map, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals
• Provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, data models, extensibility (BTP), Fiori UX, and cloud deployment models
• Review functional and technical specifications to ensure architectural consistency and solution quality
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams across multiple geographies to design scalable, high-performance SAP solutions
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system optimisation within the SAP landscape
• Mentor SAP functional and technical teams; drive architectural governance and design reviews
• Ensure SAP platforms meet enterprise-class SLAs for performance, reliability, availability, and security

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 15 years of overall experience with at least 8years in SAP S/4 HANA solution architecture
• Deep hands-on expertise across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, etc.)
• Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
• Strong understanding of SAP BTP, Fiori, CDS Views, IDocs, and API Hub
• Experience leading multi-country/multi-business-unit SAP transformations
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or large-scale supply chain organisations
• Hands-on SAP S/4 HANA implementation experience in greenfield or brownfield programs
• Prior experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and methodologies (TOGAF, SAP Activate)
• Experience contributing to distributed, global SAP teams.

Role Overview

The Global Operations Tech (GOT) organization is responsible for the systems that enable Coupang to reliably deliver to customers within hours of orders being placed. Position summary:

The Service Delivery Engineer for Cybersecurity is a key technical role, focused on supporting our cybersecurity solutions for clients. Technical Service Delivery & Validation:

Role Overview:

In Growth Engineering, our goal is to increase the number of transacting Customers while also growing their purchase frequency and lifetime value. We build core platforms and services that power Coupang's growth and marketing efficiency. As a Staff Engineer within Coupang’s Growth Engineering team, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing a next-generation CRM platform. You will lead initiatives to ensure the platform delivers an end-to-end campaign management including Campaign Plan, Target Customer Selection, Promotion optimization, Product Selection, Creative Management, Landing Page Creation and Campaign Performance Measurement. This role is an individual contributor on the Security Compliance team.  This team member will apply his/her knowledge and skillsets to assist in support of IT Security Compliance activities.  These activities may include coordinating updates to IT Security compliance framework, standards, or SOPs, assessing compliance with internal policies and/or regulatory requirement or gathering responses in support of our regulatory reporting. 

This team member can work independently and should be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, yet remain flexible. This role is an individual contributor on the Security Compliance team.  This team member will apply his/her knowledge and skillsets to assist in support of IT Security Compliance activities.  These activities may include coordinating updates to IT Security compliance framework, standards, or SOPs, assessing compliance with internal policies and/or regulatory requirement or gathering responses in support of our regulatory reporting. 

This team member can work independently and should be able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, yet remain flexible. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across various teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in publishing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures

Role Overview:

In Growth Engineering, our goal is to increase the number of transacting Customers while also growing their purchase frequency and lifetime value. We build core platforms and services that power Coupang's growth and marketing efficiency. Various platforms under our portfolio include Search Advertising Platform, Affiliate Platform, Display targeting & re-targeting Platform, CRM, Audience Platform, Push Marketing Platform, and other core marketing services for user profile, landing, tracking & attribution. As a Staff Engineer within Coupang’s Growth Engineering team, you will be instrumental in architecting and developing a next-generation CRM platform. You will lead initiatives to ensure the platform delivers an end-to-end campaign management including Campaign Plan, Target Customer Selection, Promotion optimization, Product Selection, Creative Management, Landing Page Creation and Campaign Performance Measurement. Design a real-time decision engine to empower downstream services across the Growth Engineering ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and automate large-scale, high-performance streaming data processing systems to drive business growth and enhance product experience 

• Build scalable infrastructure and pipelines using best-in-class software engineering practices

• Take full ownership end to end: from solution investigation/benchmark, development to operational health

The Team

Our On-Prem engineering team is responsible for the deployment of Arize in customer environments. In addition to working with customers in defining infrastructure requirements, the team designs and develops software and tooling that enables the management of these systems at large scale. The On-Prem team has grown to be expert in Kubernetes and cloud deployment on GCP, Azure, and AWS as well as dealing with networking and security aspects of on-premise deployments. What would you do at Fever?

On your first month in Fever:

• You will be fully integrated into the team. You will participate in plannings, groomings and retrospectives of the team, and you will have met the departments of Fever.
• You will get familiar with Fever’s tech stack: frameworks used to develop our applications, CI/CD workflows and infrastructure that support our operations.
• You will have lots of Pull Requests merged and running in production.
• You will attend some of the Fever Original’s experiences like Candlelight.

After 3 months in Fever:

• You will be able to come up with solutions to new difficult problems, defining the solution from the architecture design to its implementation.
• You will continue creating production grade Python code designed to handle high levels of traffic, measuring the outcome of the functionalities and improving the product.
• You will participate in some of the hackdays or hackathons we organise with other teams, and you will mostly know everybody from engineering.

On your 6th month in Fever:

• You will have responsibilities over different parts of the systems, analysing the usage from the users and evolving the platform to meet the user’s needs.
• You will have participated in the launch of one of our new microservices, from 0 to production.
• You will mentor other team members through code reviews, sessions of architecture design and pair programming.
• You will participate in some of the team buildings we organise for your team or the whole engineering team.

The Role 

You'll own end-to-end delivery of core AI agent capabilities, from architecture to production, driving excellence across orchestration, prompt engineering, and platform scalability. You'll mentor the engineers around you and set the standard for AI-native development. This role is built for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI to ship at a pace that surprises people.

You might be this person if:

• You've owned a system that broke in production, made it better, and still think about why it broke.
• You use agentic tools like Claude Code or Codex as a core part of your dev workflow, not as a novelty.
• You enjoy mentoring junior engineers not because it's expected, but because you genuinely care about how they grow.
• You've shipped LLM-powered features into production and have strong views on where prompt engineering ends and architecture begins.
• You've led technical planning in a cross-functional setting and can hold your own in a room with PMs, designers, and engineers at once.

You need to have:

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with direct ownership of AI/ML or backend systems in production.
• Deep Python expertise with a proven track record of building and scaling reliable, performant systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs.
• Strong system design and architecture skills, including distributed systems and cloud-native deployments on AWS or GCP.
• Strong English proficiency. You can communicate complex technical ideas clearly in writing and in conversation.

What you'll actually do:

• Design and implement core agent features including advanced RAG pipelines, multi-step tool use, and agent orchestration logic.
• Drive architectural decisions for the AI agent platform with a focus on fault tolerance, scalability, and extensibility.
• Build and optimize evaluation, observability, and classification pipelines that improve agent performance over time.
• Lead prompt engineering strategy for diverse customer use cases, including designing A/B testing and automated regression pipelines.
• Improve retrieval logic and embedding models to push RAG pipeline performance further.
• Monitor AI research and actively bring relevant techniques into production systems, using agentic CLIs and automation tooling to accelerate iteration cycles.
• Guide junior engineers and interns through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Partner with PMs, designers, and sales engineers to translate real customer needs into well-scoped technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team in pre-sales engagements to design and present solutions for Imply Lumi that address customer needs in observability, SIEM, and adjacent analytics use cases. 
• Leverage deep expertise in Splunk and familiarity with related tools such as Cribl, Grafana, and Elastic to ensure seamless integration into customer environments.
• Lead technical discovery, proof-of-concept, and pilot deployments, ensuring smooth onboarding, measurable value delivery, and alignment with customer business objectives to drive new and expansion opportunities.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting during pre-sales and early adoption phases, building customer trust through technical expertise, responsive engagement, and a commitment to long-term success.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying optimization opportunities, uncovering additional use cases, and sharing best practices for managing observability and security data at scale.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to share customer feedback, address solution gaps, and influence the Lumi roadmap to improve product-market fit.
• Help achieve revenue targets set by the company
• Keep opportunity information up-to-date in Salesforce and other tools in partnership with the Sales team

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience with observability, SIEM, or analytics platforms, including customer-facing work in pre-sales and/or early adoption phases.
• Strong knowledge of observability architectures, log and metrics pipelines, and related tools, with strong Splunk knowledge and familiarity with complementary technologies such as Cribl, Grafana, or Elastic preferred.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), along with working knowledge of SQL, SPL, and a programming language such as Python or Java.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively lead deep discovery, identify opportunities, and deliver enterprise solutions that integrate into existing observability stacks while addressing customer challenges and delivering measurable value.
• Detail-oriented with strong ownership, accountability, and communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Background in bringing new or emerging products to market, including guiding early customer adoption and shaping product fit.

• Experience with large-scale log and metrics data storage, compression, and query optimization.
