Job Summary:
The Senior Program Controls Analyst is a crucial member of the Program Planning & Controls team, working closely with the department senior manager and Program Controls Cost and Scheduling analysts to ensure cost-schedule integration, effective program planning, and disciplined execution across a dynamic portfolio of programs. These programs serve DoD, NASA, and commercial customers, encompassing Firm-Fixed Price, Cost-Plus, and commercial contracts, some of which necessitate ANSI/EIA-748-compliant Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
In addition to supporting daily program controls and performance management, this role acts as a vital driver for the transition implementation of a corporate tools initiative that transitions our legacy business forecasting and planning tools to a single enterprise solution: ForProject, along with its reporting add-on, Empower.
The Senior Program Controls Analyst will interface with corporate finance, ensuring that program-level financial performance aligns with and supports the overall business. Tempo is seeking a hands-on Materials Process Technician to support materials development, testing, and pilot-scale production for high-temperature energy storage systems. This role is suited for candidates with practical laboratory or manufacturing experience (e.g., pharma, ceramics, refractory, chemical processing, or similar industries) who can operate equipment, execute test plans, and support materials processing activities. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on capability through a practical skills assessment as part of the hiring process.

In support of clinical development programs, the Director of Clinical Trial Materials role oversees Clinical Trial Material (CTM) planning and execution activities, supporting Phase 1-IV and IIS trials. Role Overview
The Director, People Technology Services (PTS), is responsible for leading the delivery, operations, and continuous evolution of SIE’s core People systems landscape, including Workday, Greenhouse, Beeline, Absorb, and associated platforms.
Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology Services, this role directs a broad functional area through multiple managers and is accountable for the performance, quality, and outcomes of People Technology services globally. Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Accountability

Qualifications
12+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or enterprise platform delivery.
5+ years of experience managing managers and leading distributed, global teams.
Deep expertise in Workday across multiple domains, with strong understanding of HR processes and system architecture.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-scale HR system delivery, transformation, or platform evolution.

The Sr. Director Data Platform Engineering & Operations is a critical leadership role at SIE, responsible for driving innovation and scalability across the company’s data and AI platform ecosystem. Responsibilities:

Uphold accurate records of all work undertaken. Documenting notes, diagrams, and photos. Streamline future maintenance and repairs, elevating operational efficiency.
Thorough inspections of installations and repair, aligning them with industry benchmarks and company standards.
Workmanship guarantees installations and repairs meet the highest safety standards and exceed client expectations.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and employees at all times
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Maintain records of customer interaction, transactions, comments, complaints
Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Understanding our products/services inside and out
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications:
Valid license and clean MVR
Mechanical aptitude
Saturday availability a must
Experience in garage door installation, repair and maintenance of Commercial door systems a plus (sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, high speed doors, and dock equipment)
Ability to lift 75 plus pounds, climb a ladder and use basic hand tools

Position Overview:
As a Staff Autonomy Engineer on our R&D team, you'll be one of the technical leaders setting direction for the AI that powers our robots. This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you'll architect systems that span perception, mapping, prediction, and planning; drive multi-quarter initiatives from research idea to fleet rollout; and raise the technical bar across the org. You'll work across team boundaries, partnering with engineering managers, product, and hardware to make decisions that ripple through the roadmap. You'll also be someone the team learns from — through code review, design review, mentorship, and the standards you set in your own work. We expect Staff engineers to be comfortable in deep technical waters across the modern autonomy stack: foundation models, learned policies, classical estimation and planning, and the production systems that knit them together.

They bring both versatility and depth—able to zoom out to support company-wide talent initiatives while diving deep into highly specialized technical searches.
Own and lead full-cycle recruiting for complex technical roles (e.g., software engineering, AI/ML, data, embedded systems, product), while flexing into other functions as business needs evolve
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to define hiring strategy, role scope, and success profiles
Act as a trusted advisor across departments, calibrating expectations, pushing back when needed, and driving alignment on hiring plans

Demonstrated experience recruiting across a range of functions (e.g., technical, G&A, or GTM), with the ability to adapt to shifting business needs
Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data systems, or related domains)
Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets
Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers across departments
Ability to balance speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday)
Data-driven mindset with experience reporting on and improving recruiting metrics
