Conduct thoughtful technical and behavioral screens to assess candidates holistically
Drive a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all roles and functions
Manage and optimize interview processes, ensuring efficiency, fairness, and strong interviewer alignment

Use data to track performance metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, quality of hire) and inform hiring decisions
Partner with Recruiting, HR, and leadership to continuously evolve talent acquisition strategies company-wide
Represent Netradyne externally through networking, events, and targeted outreach in both technical and broader professional communities
5–10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various departments and functions, with strong experience supporting technical recruiting in current or past roles
Proven success hiring for engineering and technical roles in high-growth or scaling environments
Demonstrated experience recruiting across a range of functions (e.g., technical, G&A, or GTM), with the ability to adapt to shifting business needs
Strong understanding of technical skill sets (e.g., software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data systems, or related domains)
Track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets
Experience influencing and partnering with senior leadership and hiring managers across departments
