POSITION SUMMARY:

The Business Process Manager (BPM) will support enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across multiple value streams (GTM, Finance, Operations, Partner, Support). This role sits within the Global Business Process team under the COO organization and serves as a key bridge between business stakeholders and the Business Systems Group (BSG).

The role helps standardize communication, resolve conflicting requirements, and foster effective interactions between business teams and technical teams. Leveraging data-driven insights and knowledge of enabling technologies, the individual manages significant business process improvement initiatives beyond incremental changes. This role leads discovery efforts, documents high-level solution approaches and business requirements, and drives business readiness through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and enablement.

Under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Business Process, this role supports the development and continuous improvement of business process architecture for assigned operational domains such as Sales, Customer Success, Cloud Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics and Support. The role conducts gap analyses, designs future-state (“To-Be”) processes using industry-standard frameworks and best practices and improves requirement quality through standardized documentation and prioritization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Business Process Design and Analysis
   1. Support and maintain end-to-end business process architecture and process documentation for assigned business processes, aligned with enterprise strategy and standards.

   1. Lead and advocate for automation projects with the Business Systems Group to streamline and scale critical business processes, leveraging Salesforce.com CRM, NetSuite, Tableau, Marketing Tool and other core technologies.
   2. Introduce innovative solutions by staying updated on industry trends and integrating best practices into process improvements.
   3. Identify significant improvement opportunities using data-driven insights and measure impacts with established metrics and KPIs.
   4. Enhance UX by ensuring process improvements are user-centric, well-documented, and supported by effective training and change management.
   5. Collaborate with technology teams to implement business processes that utilize core technology functionality and minimize customization.
3. Program and Change Management
   1. Lead cross-functional programs focused on timely delivery, risk mitigation, and alignment with business strategy and objectives.
   2. Develop comprehensive testing plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet quality standards and deliver stated benefits.
   3. Implement structured change management processes, including training and resource support, to facilitate the seamless adoption of new processes.
   4. Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and incorporating it into future enhancements, guiding stakeholders in improvement techniques.
   5. Maintain a centralized repository for change management materials and project updates to enhance accessibility and knowledge sharing.

Under the supervision of the Mid-Market Leadership team, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales goals in an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement middleware components and services on Linux-based platforms
• Develop and optimize IPC mechanisms (e.g., sockets, message queues, shared memory, DBus)
• Work on system daemons, service orchestration, and resource management modules
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and application layers
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning
• Ensure software reliability, maintainability, and scalability
• Debug and resolve system issues across middleware and lower layers
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics
• 3 to 6 years of experience in system software development on Linux

Required Skills

• Strong C/C++ programming skills
• Solid understanding of Linux internals (process/thread model, scheduling, memory management, IPC)
• Experience with IPC mechanisms like message queues, shared memory, semaphores, and DBus
• Familiarity with system, udev, init scripts, and service management on Linux
• Proficiency in multithreading and synchronization concepts.
• Experience working with build systems like CMake, Make, Yocto

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Experience in embedded Linux, socket programming, video streaming, Bluetooth programming
• Hands-on with tools like GDB, Valgrind, strace, perf
• Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Exposure to security frameworks and hardening for Linux based systems
• Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Contributions to open source Linux projects

Job Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer to validate IoT devices across both hardware and software layers, with a strong focus on data‑intensive validation and real‑world operating conditions. The role requires hands‑on testing, automation, and analysis to ensure the reliability, performance, and quality of IoT systems at scale.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Validating IoT devices, including hardware modules and embedded software components
• Designing and implementing test scripts and automated validations to verify end‑to‑end device functionality
• Developing code snippets and simulations to validate device behaviour under varied real‑time and edge conditions
• Executing data‑driven testing by monitoring, analysing, and validating large data sets generated by IoT devices
• Building and enhancing systems or frameworks to proactively detect issues, anomalies, and regressions from data
• Collaborating closely with development and cross‑functional teams to identify defects early and improve overall product quality

Required Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python and Shell Scripting (mandatory)
• Hands‑on experience working with IoT devices or connected systems
• Experience in Big Data testing, data validation, or data quality analysis
• Exposure to testing methodologies including TDD and non‑functional testing (performance, reliability, scalability, etc.)
• Experience working with build systems and CI/CD pipelines

Desired Skills and Experience

• Hands‑on experience in developing or maintaining test frameworks
• Experience with embedded device testing
• Strong understanding of functional, integration, regression, usability, security, and performance testing
• Ability to derive test strategies, test approaches, and test plans for complex systems

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in IoT, automotive, or device‑centric domains
