Job Overview: Director – CRM & Sales Systems is accountable for the strategy, governance, and delivery of the company’s CRM and Sales technology ecosystem, with Salesforce as the core platform. This role ensures CRM and Sales Systems directly enable revenue growth, sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and scalable go‑to‑market execution. The Director acts as the owner of CRM & Sales Systems, partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership to drive measurable business outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Executive Responsibilities
- Own the CRM & Sales Systems vision, multi‑year roadmap, and investment strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
- Serve as the executive system owner for Salesforce and Sales platforms.
- Partner with Sales and GTM leadership to translate sales strategy into scalable CRM and revenue capabilities.
- Define and govern CRM operating models, data standards, process frameworks, and KPIs.
- Drive adoption, change management, and value realization across global Sales teams.
- Act as the senior escalation point for CRM prioritization, risk management, and delivery trade‑offs.
- Represent CRM & Sales Systems in executive forums, steering committees, and leadership reviews.
Platform Ownership & Delivery Governance
- Own Salesforce as the system of record for CRM and Sales operations.
- Provide executive oversight for all CRM and Sales Systems initiatives, enhancements, and transformations.
- Establish delivery governance across:
- Demand intake and prioritization
- Agile execution and release planning
- UAT strategy and go‑live readiness
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and predictable delivery.
- Lead strategic vendor, SI, and Salesforce partner relationships.
People & Organizational Leadership
- Build and lead a high‑performing organization of CRM product owners, architects, admins, analysts, and delivery leads.
- Establish clear accountability, role clarity, and operating cadence across teams.
- Coach leaders within the CRM organization and support succession planning.
- Foster a culture of business partnership, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale CRM & Sales Systems.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and CPQ.
- Strong understanding of Sales, forecasting, territory, and revenue operations.
- Executive‑level stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong delivery governance, financial ownership, and vendor management experience.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating CRM with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
- Exposure to high‑growth, global, or SOX‑compliant environments.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with subscription or usage‑based revenue models.

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Offensive Engineer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in offensive security, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments. In this role, you will identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, strengthening our systems and enhancing the security posture of our organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Offensive Security Operations
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on applications, networks, on Prem and cloud systems.
- Execute red team engagements to simulate real-world attacks, identifying vulnerabilities and exploitation paths.
- Document Red team Assement process findings with remedial actions and after action report.
- Conduct proactive threat hunting through AI based Models
Cyber Threat Intelligence and Analysis
- Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Proactively identify and mitigate CTI for ND and mitigate the same i.e. risks relevant to the transportation and technology sectors.
Security Operations Center
- L2 cases to be worked upon , the nature of the call would be more advanced and complicated in nature and scope
- Investigate potential security breaches, recommend corrective actions, and support incident response activities.(IR)
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with Relevant stakeholder across the organisation g. Product development, DevOps, and engineering teams to integrate secure practices.
- Lead internal training programs to promote a security-first culture across the organization.
Requirements
Experience
- 7-10 years of experience in Security operations center ,offensive security, ethical hacking, penetration testing, or related roles.
- Proven expertise as a Cybersecurity Offensive Engineer or similar position.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with security tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nessus, Nmap, Kali Linux, Qualys, SonarQube,
- Strong understanding of web, network, mobile, and IoT security.
- In-depth knowledge of OWASP Top 10, common attack vectors (SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, buffer overflow, etc.) across product lines Web ,API,IOT. AI etc.
- Familiarity with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) and secure coding practices.
- Handle & manage L2 (escalated ) calls and provide resolution within mentioned timelines /SLA.
- Hands-on experience with reverse engineering, exploit development, and malware analysis (preferred).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes (static/dynamic code analysis).
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST, SOC, CIS, GDPR, HIPAA, PIPEDA).
- Programming & Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, Ruby, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Go.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities to simulate real-world attacks and devise effective mitigation strategies.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to document findings and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), or Cloud Security Certified Professional (CSCP).
