The Product Outcomes team translates product → jobs to be done → workflows → outcomes. We partner across Product, the Customer Office, and CS to ensure every new capability becomes a lever for customer impact, not just a feature launch.
As the Sr. Manager, Product Outcomes, you will lead the team responsible for bridging the gap between product innovation and customer value realization. You will define the strategy, operating model, and cross-functional partnerships that ensure Gong’s most strategic product investments translate into measurable business outcomes for customers. This role requires a highly autonomous leader who can operate effectively in ambiguity, proactively identify opportunities, build structure where it does not yet exist, and influence senior stakeholders across Product and GTM teams.
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $138,000-$210,000

The Regional Vice President, Industry Expansion Sales (Commercial and Mid-Market) will lead and develop a team of Managers and Account Executives who play a key role in expanding our business accounts and acquiring new customers within the financial services, healthcare, consulting, manufacturing, and energy industries. Your leadership will have a direct impact on the growth of the corporate business unit, the development of your team, and Gong’s success by crushing revenue goals. About the Role
Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.
New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. As the Screening and TM Associate, you will help build upon the foundations of the Brex Financial Crimes Investigations Team. You will review and report potential money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), bribery, and other violations of law. The right candidate will be able to, and have a passion for, investigating potentially suspicious activity, identifying and assessing risk, and synthesizing large amounts of data in order to make informed decisions regarding customer activity and the risk it poses to the company. We’re looking for an Analytics & Business Intelligence, AVP to measurably drive growth for our Operations and Investment Management (OIPM) group at iCapital.
This role involves defining and calculating operational KPIs, transforming raw source data into processed business data, creating live dashboards to monitor performance, identifying driver metrics and statistical correlations, and finally working with business teams to enable data-driven change.

As the Screening and TM Associate, you will help build upon the foundations of the Brex Financial Crimes Investigations Team. You will review and report potential money laundering (ML), terrorist financing (TF), bribery, and other violations of law. What you will do:

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

Documentation & Compliance:
Review client-provided documents, including as-builts and design reports, and coordinate subconsultants for surveys, geotechnical investigations, and other technical requirements. Ensure all projects comply with federal, state, and local grant application processes, as well as environmental regulations.
Bidding & Construction Support:
Manage the bidding process by organizing pre-bid meetings, preparing addenda, and reviewing bid proposals. Oversee change orders, conduct site visits during construction, and ensure quality standards are met.
Project Close-Out:
Review and approve final engineering drawings, summarize project costs, and conduct final inspections with the FAA and sponsors to ensure successful project completion.
Client & Team Management:
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project development. Build and maintain client relationships by identifying growth opportunities during the proposal and RFP/RFQ process. Collaborate with management on client satisfaction, risk management, and financial performance, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members.

Civil Science is seeking an experienced Transportation Design Project Manager to support and grow our Utah transportation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Professional Engineer with deep transportation design experience, a strong background delivering DOT and municipal projects, and a genuine interest in mentoring emerging engineers and project leaders.
As a key member of our transportation group, you'll lead transportation design projects from pursuit through delivery, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall project performance while serving as a primary point of contact for UDOT and municipal clients. The annual salary hiring range for this position is $124,000- $195,000 USD.

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF), the OTE (On Target Earnings) pay range for this role is $340,000—$425,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index.
