The Team + The Role

Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.

This is a remote role supporting a East Coast territory. 

What this looks like day-to-day

• New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops.
• Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time.
• Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.
• Technical escalation: Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges raised by other Customer Engineers. You resolve ambiguous problems with multiple variables and tradeoffs, involving Product or Engineering only when truly needed.
• Team capability building: Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, coach peers, and improve how Customer Engineering work gets done across the team. You use AI tools to accelerate content creation, surface patterns across accounts, and share practical workflow findings with the broader team.
• Early account impact: Assess account health, risks, stakeholder relationships, and the highest-priority problems to solve within your portfolio. You establish trust with Account Directors and customer stakeholders, then independently lead complex customer interactions that move accounts forward.
• Quarterly business outcomes: Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution across strategic accounts. You contribute reusable frameworks, playbooks, or processes that other Customer Engineers use and become a trusted advisor to Account Directors on account health and technical strategy.

Must-haves

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Customer Engineering, implementation, professional services, or solutions architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, with the ability to architect and troubleshoot complex front-end implementations.
• Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders, competing priorities, and complex technical or business requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• Experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes such as retention, expansion, ROI, and value realization.

Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

The Team

This role can sit in our NYC HQ on a hybrid basis, or it can be fully remote while working from a location based in either Eastern or Central time zones. We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer for our SRE, Atlas team to support, maintain and grow the Atlas platform. As a senior SRE, you will be expected to be able to design & build complex systems, operate with autonomy and act as owner for everything you do. 

The SRE Atlas team works alongside the various Atlas software engineering teams to provide expertise about running systems at scale, build new tooling and automation and perform essential maintenance of the Atlas fleet. 

This is an SRE team, which means you can expect a highly hands-on approach, tackling the technical challenges of implementing large scale solutions that have the ability to impact our customer’s most crucial workloads.

We are seeking a talented Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a strong infrastructure background. This role requires engineers to have a customer-first mindset to ensure that everything we do results in a stronger product and a better experience for all Atlas customers. 

The ideal candidate should

• Have 5+ years of experience running critical systems at scale
• Value efficiency in processes and operations, and display a preference for automation over manual processes (“allergic to ops work”)
• Be familiar with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and possess the ability to build and operate systems in a multi-cloud environment

As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will own critical subsystems within our embedded stack, and your architectural decisions will shape the product. You'll bridge hardware and high-level applications across Embedded Linux, RTOS (Zephyr/FreeRTOS), and bare-metal environments — and you'll be the technical point of contact for product, hardware, cloud, and safety teams when those subsystems intersect. 

What You'll Do

• Own Critical Subsystems: Architect and implement C/C++ software for safety-critical embedded systems where reliability is non-negotiable. Your decisions will influence the product's long-term architecture.
• Drive Platform Architecture: Architect Embedded Linux user-space applications and real-time firmware for FreeRTOS/Zephyr devices. Design for failure modes, future scale, and platform reuse — not just the current product.
• Own Safety Compliance: Own the safety compliance posture of your subsystem. Partner with the safety team to embed IEC 61508 rigor into design and code without slowing development velocity.
• Architect CI/CD: Architect and evolve our GitLab CI/CD pipelines for firmware. Set the bar for automated testing, deterministic builds, and release confidence.
• Hardware Bring-Up & Debugging: Lead bring-up of new hardware. Diagnose complex bugs across the hardware/software boundary using JTAG, GDB, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Cross-Team Influence: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for product, QE, hardware, and cloud teams on subsystem design, integration, and trade-offs.

What You Bring

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on embedded software development, including 2+ years working on safety-critical or regulated products.
• Core Languages: Expert proficiency in C and C++, including modern C++ patterns and safe memory management at scale.
• OS Depth: Deep experience with Embedded Linux (including BSP and low-level architecture) and proficiency with at least one RTOS (Zephyr or FreeRTOS).
• Low-Level Linux: Working knowledge of Board Support Packages (BSP) and device drivers — you've debugged below the kernel boundary, not just above it.
• Connectivity: Strong fluency with IP networking and standard interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C, USB, CAN).
• Tooling: Proficient with Python for scripting/automation. Experience architecting CI/CD workflows for firmware (GitLab preferred).
• Debugging: Expert with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG, and GDB. You can localize hard bugs across the hardware/software boundary independently.
• Safety & Quality: Experience working under or implementing functional safety standards (IEC 61508, ISO 26262, DO-178C, or equivalent).
• Education: B.S. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

The Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical role responsible for enabling the successful integration of FORT products into customer robotic systems and platforms. This engineer will serve as FORT's primary technical presence at customer sites, guiding integration design, resolving implementation challenges, and ensuring customers achieve full functional and safety compliance with FORT's control systems. 

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position requiring strong technical depth, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites (up to 80%) to support integration of FORT wireless E-Stop and remote-control products into AGVs, AMRs, and custom automation platforms 
• Conduct integration design reviews, site assessments, and technical walkthroughs with customer engineering teams.
• Advise on integration architecture, including CAN bus topology, wiring schematics, and API-based software integration.
• Apply functional safety principles to validate safety-rated system designs
• Deliver remote integration support when appropriate with FORT customers. 
• Produce field reports, integration guides, and configuration documentation for internal and customer use.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field
• 3–7 years in systems engineering, field applications, or technical integration in robotics or industrial automation
• Hands-on experience with CAN bus protocols and API integration in industrial contexts
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, control schematics, and functional safety standards
• Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating wireless control or E-Stop systems into mobile robotics platforms
• Familiarity with ROS, PLC-based systems, or industrial protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus)

The base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $150,000, based on qualifications, experience, and the level at which the candidate is hired. Total compensation may also include additional incentives and benefits.

• Own the pre-sales development and documentation of SaaS configurations and technical solutions 
• Build relationships with clients as their primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle

Required skills and experience

• 5+ experience in a technical pre-sales role (e.g. sales engineering, solutions architect), preferably in the SaaS B2B space or equivalent experience in product or data workflow design
• 3+ years work in a client facing role and project management experience in a complex technical environment
• 3+ years of experience using SaaS products in the workplace (e.g. Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and LucidChart or similar software)
• 1+ year of experience building AI-enabled internal and/or client-facing solutions using low code or no code tooling (LLM, workflow automation, agents)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience collaborating across varying levels of stakeholders

Desired skills and experience

• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and data ecosystem; direct experience working with large healthcare datasets a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Databricks, ETL processes, and AWS environments
• Knowledge and experience in a regulated industry (e.g. HIPAA)
• Knowledge and experience in digital & tv advertising, media audience targeting, and advertising campaign measurement
• Familiarity with media technology: media and website pixeling, activating programmatic campaigns via DSPs

Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $120,000 - 140,000 + annual bonus opportunity.

What You’ll Do
The Field Engineering team at Weights & Biases plays a vital role in ensuring customer success and adoption of our platform. As part of this team, we partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to lead technical success after the sales process. We work closely with some of the most advanced AI teams in the world, helping them build, optimize, and scale their ML and GenAI workflows across industries such as computer vision, robotics, natural language processing, and large language models (LLMs).

About the Role

We’re hiring a Post-Sales AI Solutions Engineer (AISE), Scale Customer Success to help customers successfully implement and scale AI/ML workflows and GenAI/agentic applications on Weights & Biases. You will design and deliver technical enablement and adoption programs that reach many customers at once, create reusable assets that improve self-serve success, and use product signals and feedback loops to continuously improve outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Run 1-to-many onboarding and enablement programs
   Own and deliver scalable onboarding and adoption motions (webinars, cohort sessions, group training, and office hours) that help customers get to value quickly and consistently.
2. Build reusable technical assets that drive self-serve success
   Create and maintain playbooks, reference architectures, templates, sample code/notebooks, and troubleshooting guides that standardize best practices and reduce repeated 1:1 work.
3. Operate the scaled motion using signals and feedback loops
   Use product usage signals and customer patterns to segment and trigger the right interventions, track program impact (activation, time-to-first-value, feature adoption), and feed recurring insights back to Support, Product, and Field Engineering to continuously improve the scaled journey.

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong programming proficiency in Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/Keras, PyTorch Lightning) and tools (e.g., Streamlit, LangChain)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Organized and outcomes-driven: you can run programs, measure impact, and iterate.

Preferred

• Experience with GenAI and LLMs

The base salary range for this role is $139,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. About the Role:

As an AI Solutions Engineer you will sit at the intersection of cutting-edge AI infrastructure and the world’s most ambitious AI teams. You will help customers design, deploy, and scale modern ML and GenAI systems using Weights & Biases and CoreWeave’s AI cloud. What You’ll Do:

• Own the technical wins by building proof of value (PoVs). You’ll be partnering with Account Executives to drive discovery, solution design, and successful technical evaluations.

Who You Are:

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master in similar area of study preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python (bonus: TypeScript/JavaScript) and experience building production-grade ML or GenAI applications.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, evaluating, debugging, and deploying deep learning or LLM-based systems.
• Experience with modern GenAI architectures including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool-using agents, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Comfortable designing cloud-native architectures across AWS, GCP, or Azure, with working knowledge of containers, networking fundamentals, and security best practices.
• Able to whiteboard distributed training or inference architectures and then implement working prototypes that demonstrate real customer value.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

Preferred:

• Experience building and evaluating agentic applications using frameworks such as LangChain, DSPy, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, OpenClaw, or similar ecosystems. Ability to quickly adapt to new frameworks is a huge plus.
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings workflows, and LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., Ragas, TruLens, DeepEval).
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PEFT/LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning, TRL, Unsloth, or similar fine-tuning stacks. Big plus if experience using RL to improve agentic systems.

The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $242,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The Solution Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. 

Reporting to the Senior Solution Engineering Manager, the Strategic Accounts Solutions Engineer is a Senior level role. You are a customer facing technologist within the Cloudflare Solutions Engineering team. You have strong experience in large account pre-sales management as well as excellent verbal and written communications skills suited for executive-level engagement. You are comfortable speaking about the Cloudflare vision and mission with C-level customer executives.Your role will be to build passionate champions within the technology ranks at your accounts, drive sales for identified opportunities, and leverage your relationships with these technical champions to build a revenue pipeline where no opportunities yet exist.

Compensation

The GTM Engineer is responsible for using AI, data, and GTM process knowledge to modernize FORT’s go-to-market operations. This role is critical for building the operational foundation upon which FORT can scale. As a force multiplier across the entire revenue organization, the GTM Engineer will have high visibility and direct impact on FORT’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage AI solutions such as Claude to analyze, augment, and develop GTM processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth
• Own and manage FORT’s Salesforce.com environment as the GTM system of record, ensuring data integrity and process alignment
• Track and report on core GTM KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, sales velocity, and pipeline coverage across multiple business segments
• Maintain a holistic ICP target account list and develop structured approaches to measure and improve account penetration
• Design and deploy AI agents to automate GTM processes, reducing manual workload and increasing speed across the revenue team

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in a revenue operations function within a B2B environment
• Active Salesforce.com Administrator certification
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern GTM systems, including Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
• 1+ year of experience integrating AI systems such as Claude with GTM business tools
• 1+ year of experience deploying AI agents to automate GTM workflows and processes

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, based on qualifications, experience, and the level at which the candidate is hired. Total compensation may also include additional incentives and benefits.

What You’ll Bring (required):

The Opportunity

Our current anchor engagement is inside one of the largest privately held construction enterprises in the United States — LLM orchestration, document intelligence, workflow automation, enterprise integration. Not strategy decks. Not innovation labs. Systems that run.

We need a Managing Director of Technology to own the technical side of the house as we scale Human Agency. That means leading client delivery, making architecture calls, building the engineering team, and being the technical voice in rooms with C-suite executives. You’ll work closely on strategy with both the Founder and the Managing Director of AI — but the technical execution, the team, and the platform are yours.

This role requires someone who can move between writing production code and presenting to a client’s CEO in the same week. If that sounds like whiplash, this isn’t the right fit. If that sounds like Tuesday, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

Lead technical delivery for enterprise clients. You’re the most senior technical person in the room on our biggest engagements. You decide what’s feasible, design the architecture, and make sure it ships. When a client executive asks “can we do this?” — you’re the one who answers.

Build how we deliver, not just what we deliver. One client engagement works because of talented people and brute effort. Ten engagements work because of systems. You design the repeatable model — how we scope, staff, build, and deploy — so the team can run engagements without you in every meeting. That means building discovery frameworks, reference architectures, deployment templates, and evaluation routines that actually get used.

Hire and develop the engineering team. You set the bar, own the pipeline, and make the calls on who joins. We need people who can build with high autonomy in ambiguous environments, and you know how to find them. You also know how to make good engineers better through architecture guidance, code review, and honest feedback.

Own platform and infrastructure decisions. Build vs. buy, tooling, deployment, security — you make the calls. A Principal Engineer handles day-to-day infrastructure execution; you set priorities and architectural direction.

Shape our AI strategy through the lens of what actually ships. You have real opinions on LLM orchestration, RAG, agents, evaluation, and fine-tuning — formed by building things, not reading about them. You decide which technical bets we make and which we skip, based on what creates value for clients, not what looks good on a slide.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ve built and shipped AI/ML systems in production. Not prototypes. Not demos. Things that run and that people depend on.
• You’ve hired and led a technical team — at least 5 people, ideally more. You’ve seen what breaks when a team grows and you’ve fixed it.
• You can explain a technical trade-off to a non-technical executive in a way that helps them make a decision. You’ve done this in high-stakes settings.
• You have strong opinions on AI architecture grounded in hands-on experience — and you change those opinions when the evidence says to.
• You’re comfortable in the weeds. When something is broken or a team is stuck, you get in and help, not schedule a meeting about it.
• You know your way around cloud infrastructure and engineering practices well enough to make platform calls with confidence.

Bonus points for: you’ve scaled a startup or early-stage company before — built the team, built the systems, lived through the growing pains; experience in a services or consultancy model (SOWs, staffing, client delivery); a network of engineers you’ve worked with and would hire again.
