The Clinical Genomics Engineering organization builds software that supports complex, regulated workflows spanning tertiary analysis workflows including variant interpretation, clinical review, and reporting. As Natera scales across Women’s Health, Oncology, and Organ Health, delivering cohesive, reliable, and compliant software experiences is foundational to clinical quality and commercial success.
Natera is seeking a Lead Product Manager to define and drive strategy for core components of the Results, Interpretation, and Reporting (RIR) platform. This role is responsible for shaping scalable, compliant, and cohesive clinical software systems that support complex genomics workflows across multiple business units. The Lead PM will operate as a platform-level owner, ensuring long-term architectural soundness, regulatory robustness, and measurable clinical and operational outcomes.
The Lead Product Manager will lead cross-functional alignment across engineering, clinical, quality, and downstream systems to ensure RIR components operate as a cohesive, scalable platform. This role will identify systemic gaps, resolve cross-team tradeoffs, and drive architectural and workflow decisions that support long-term growth and regulatory compliance.
This role will initially own one or more RIR software components or initiatives, with responsibility for defining long-term strategy, aligning cross-component workflows, and ensuring scalable architecture across user-facing applications, data contracts, and backend services. The Lead PM will drive strategic investment decisions, establish standards for usability and reliability, and ensure systems meet evolving clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements.
As business needs evolve, this role will expand to influence and coordinate across multiple RIR components, driving cohesive workflow design, shared data standards, and platform-level scalability across Women’s Health, Oncology, and Organ Health.
Define and drive multi-year product strategy and roadmap across one or more RIR components, ensuring alignment to clinical quality, regulatory requirements, and commercial scale objectives
Influence platform-level technical direction in partnership with engineering leadership
Partner closely with software engineering, bioinformatics, clinical domain experts, quality, regulatory, and other product teams
Translate business, clinical, and operational needs into clear, actionable product requirements
Define and evolve end-to-end user workflows, including UI/UX requirements and supporting backend functionality
Drive cross-team alignment on shared data contracts and workflow standards
Mentor and raise the bar for product management within the RIR organization
Own measurable improvements in clinical workflow efficiency, reliability, and operational scalability
Establish prioritization frameworks that balance regulatory risk, clinical impact, technical scalability, and business outcomes across RIR investments.
Develop and track quantitative metrics related to usability, performance, reliability, and adoption
Lead delivery teams with clear strategic direction, ensuring requirements reflect long-term platform goals, validation readiness, and system interoperability.
Proactively identify systemic risks, architectural constraints, and workflow inefficiencies that may limit scale or regulatory robustness, and lead cross-functional initiatives to resolve them
Partner with Quality and Regulatory leadership to shape validation strategy, risk classification, traceability, and audit readiness for RIR software systems.
Create clear, data-driven written proposals and presentations to support stakeholder alignment and decision-making
Act as a subject matter expert for owned components, supporting design, testing, validation, rollout, and ongoing use
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in software product management, including ownership of complex, multi-team or platform-level initiatives
5+ years experience working on production software in healthcare, clinical genomics, or other regulated lifesciences domains, with demonstrated impact on validation, compliance, and system scalability
Demonstrated experience influencing engineering architecture and long-term technical investment decisions

The Opportunity:
This role will be based in Lansing, MI and act as a Technical and Operational Liaison between LGEUS PRI Organization and PRI's customer companies (ex: LG Energy Solution), LGEUS HQ and LGE PRI HQ at the US PRI's project site. Manage information flow for escalated service cases to proper LGEUS & HQ personnel to facilitate timely solutions and countermeasures in support of PRI's customer companies. Responsible for managing sensitive proprietary information including software, tools and technical documentation from the factory for dissemination to PRI's customer companies. Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, create technical documents and provide relevant training. Attend regularly scheduled factory visits to manage specific matters face to face with appropriate personnel. Manage and attend factory site visits for PRI's customer companies jobsites with applicable HQ personnel. Support of PRI's customer companies via phone, email onsite visits to bring solutions to challenging site issues. Testing and verification of system solutions for all LG PRI equipment and controls, provide documentation and knowledge transfer of important discoveries of such testing. Per Scholas seeks a Manager, Talent Solutions to cultivate a pipeline of employers that can hire multiple Per Scholas graduates for IT jobs. The role is a unique opportunity to raise awareness about Per Scholas in the business and employer community and build sustainable talent pipelines between employers and our graduates.
The successful candidate will have strong marketing, sales, and business development experience, preferably in technology, talent acquisition, and human resources. Success in this role will be measured by achieving 100+ employment opportunities annually and meeting the team’s monthly and yearly talent placement goals.

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary of 55,000 with a range between $50,000 and $60,000. The salary difference is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.

Holidays & PTO: Full-Time Per Scholas team members enjoy over 40 days of paid time off each year through a mix of holidays, vacation, and sick/personal time! All employees are eligible for Holiday pay upon hire (a total of 22 holidays annually, including a week off for Independence day and a week before the New Year). Full-Time Benefits Eligible employees also receive 80 Wellness Hours to use for Sick, Safe, or Personal reasons and accrue Vacation at a rate of 8 hours at the beginning of every month, supporting rest, recharge, and work-life balance. Vacation accruals increase with tenure. Part-time employees are afforded time off on a prorated basis and in accordance with local requirements.

Eligible employees also have access to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) that reimburses eligible out-of-pocket expenses, up to $4,000 for individuals and $8,000 for families.
Dental and Vision Insurance: Eligible employees can select from two dental plan options and a vision plan. Employees who waive medical coverage receive employer paid dental and vision premiums.
Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with a current 100% employer match on contributions up to 6%, eligible employees are offered entry and full vesting after 90 days with the company.

Position Title: Project Manager
Position Description: The Project Manager is responsible for execution of automation projects from award kickoff through closure, with significant responsibilities including customer support, performance relative to schedule and cost objectives and scope tracking. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Follow active equipment projects from customer order through completion
• Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet customer, quality and cost goals
• Ability to review project requirements and identify scope changes
• Execute to various customer milestones and coordinate all relevant necessary resources
• Interact with suppliers and cross functional team members from Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management and Manufacturing to solicit input establishing project proposals
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis
• Preparation and communication of project status meetings and escalation of critical issues.
• Professional management of customer relationship and requests
• Real-time communication with Axis departments on project developments
• Assist in supporting other company-wide projects and departments as needed
• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
• Complete “lessons learned” evaluations to help improve on future projects
• Travel to support project milestones, meet customers, and support occasional proposal activities
Education and Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or significant experience directly managing engineering-based projects
• 4+ years of experience in automation or engineering services industry
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management with budget responsibility
• Experience with tool design and welding applications preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of Project Management best practices and processes
• Proficiency utilizing common project management tools (Microsoft Teams, Excel, timeline tracking, etc)
• Financial and analytical aptitude
• Ability to stay highly organized and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail
• Risk management and proactive mitigation planning
• Willingness to travel up to 10% - 20% annually
Estimated Total Compensation: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
