Under general direction and as part of a global/regional IT team, the Senior CRM Analyst/Developer I position is a role that combines responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, while also performing a business systems analyst role as required, such as gathering requirements, analyzing business processes and ensuring alignment between technology and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide CRM technical support by:
  • Coordinating and developing user and technical support documentation.
  • Providing post-implementation process and technical support.
  • Working with vendor organizations for support and problem resolution, as required.
• Assist in resolution of Level 3 incidents for application, code review, and systems support.
• Perform project management as required for business process improvement projects.
• Communicate project status regularly with project teams and end users.
• Coordinate efforts to ensure optimum system resources and capacity are available for
• efficient application operation and high availability.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in disciplines such as Computer Information Systems, Business/Management Information Systems, etc.
• 5 (+) years of relevant/related experience preferred, including but not limited to experience with Salesforce development utilizing Apex, JavaScript, and SOQL.
• Prior hands-on Salesforce CRM experience required.

The Product Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and lifecycle management of Phoenix Contact’s North American circuit breaker product portfolio. This portfolio is comprised of thermal-magnetic and hydraulic circuit breakers. This role ensures that all product initiatives are aligned with Phoenix Contact’s overall business strategy and market positioning within North America. The Product Manager leads the creation and execution of the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to define product requirements and drive go-to-market strategies. Key Responsibilities
