We’re hiring a Project Manager at our rental facility in Las Vegas, NV, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $80,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Assist in managing daily job site activities related to concrete operations
Participate in training sessions and ride-alongs with concrete team members
Support project planning and execution for slab-on grade and tilt-up construction
Coordinate material deliveries to meet project deadlines
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at each project
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director of the Concrete Division
Track and report job progress, delays, and material needs
Assist in managing branch inventory as needed in support of the Concrete Division
Document field issues or inefficiencies to the appropriate parties
Work alongside equipment rental and consumables teams to ensure full project support

OVERVIEW
The Manager of Warehouse Technical Support is responsible for leading and developing a team of Warehouse Support Associates who provide technical support for all technology used in warehouse operations. This role ensures the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems, devices, and automation that enable daily production, inventory movement, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving activities.
The Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for warehouse technology support, partnering closely with Operations, IT, Engineering, and third-party vendors to maintain a stable, efficient, and technology-enabled warehouse environment.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. About the Role:
We're looking for a Senior Field Event Marketing Manager to bring Gusto to life through bold, memorable events and experiences.
This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for designing, producing, and optimizing event marketing programs—from trade shows and industry conferences to Gusto-owned activations and experiences. You'll plan, execute, and optimize event marketing campaigns as part of a cross-functional go-to-market team, turning strategy into on-the-ground execution that builds brand affinity and pipeline.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is $152,655/yr to $190,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, and $180,000/yr to $225,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City. Employees who are based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role). The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
Note: The San Francisco office expectations encompass both the San Francisco and San Jose metro areas.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. As a Technical Operations Manager, OSP Construction, you will work on cross-product and cross-team initiatives, working closely with a cross-functional team to plan, execute, and deliver projects, and deploy new technologies to the local Phoenix market and surrounding communities. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations, milestone/mitigation tracking, and completion of projects related to the construction of our outside plant (OSP) fiber to the home (FTTH) network. You will be responsible for everything that happens downstream of Engineering/Permitting including pre-construction planning (including working with City Engineers), construction execution/sequencing, and splicing/testing for project turnover and acceptance to downstream stakeholders
