A reliable, privacy-safe, and scalable data foundation is critical to Roku’s rapidly growing advertising business. The Ad Data Activation organization builds the identity systems, device graph pipelines, audience platforms, insights tooling, and data collaboration capabilities that power targeting, measurement, and reporting across Roku Ads.
We are hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help drive intelligence across these systems. You will work at the intersection of large-scale data platforms, applied machine learning, and generative AI — building capabilities that make Roku's advertising data more actionable for internal teams and advertisers. This includes building core generative AI platform features for Roku Advertising, while also applying traditional ML techniques to improve accuracy, automation, and decisioning across the ecosystem. If you enjoy working across data, ML, and new Gen-AI patterns — and want to shape how intelligence shows up inside Roku Ads — this role is for you.
In this role, you will design, build, and productionize intelligent capabilities that combine agentic Gen-AI systems with conventional ML pipelines across identity resolution, audience modeling, attribution, and optimization workflows. You will work with massive datasets, develop pipelines that transform raw signals into actionable features, and partner closely with product, data science, and platform teams.

About the role
Our Search Platform sits at the heart of the Roku experience, powering voice, text, and visual discovery across 100M+ active accounts and every Roku-powered device worldwide.
We own the entire stack —from ingesting & enriching a multi-million-title knowledge graph, to low-latency retrieval services and large-scale machine-learning systems that personalize results in real time. Our work doesn’t just help users find shows; it drives core product surfaces (home-screen rows, browse hubs, Roku Voice, mobile app search) and fuels partner monetization. If you enjoy turning cutting-edge research into products used billions of times a day, you’ll thrive here.
Roku’s footprint has more than quadrupled in the past five years, and user expectations have leaped just as fast—think LLM-based query understanding, vector-DB retrieval, on-device models, and multimodal search (voice, text, image). We’re now rebuilding our relevance stack for the next decade, blending classic IR with generative-AI techniques. You will be a technical leader spearheading that transformation.

Join us in Securing Tomorrow!
As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. The team’s work directly determines the quality of our models, the rate at which our models improve, and what we ship to customers.
Reporting directly to VP, Product & Process Excellence; you will lead this team through a major transformation — from manual operations to AI-augmented operations — while raising the bar on quality, ownership, and execution. What This Role Is Not

This role is about people leadership, operational excellence, and leading the AI transformation of a function where precision, ownership, and quality are everything. If you love running great teams, setting a high bar, and are excited to use AI to reshape how operational work gets done, this is your role. One requirement: you've worked close to the model — in annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or quality operations — rather than in data analytics, BI, or IT services delivery.
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.

The Support Experience engineering organization builds and improves Stripe’s user support from end to end: how users get help within our products, how they get in touch with us when they have questions, and how our teams use internal tools to answer those questions. We’re accountable for the quality and reliability of this support stack and we use data and firsthand experience to continuously improve it.
Providing great support to users of all sizes is culturally important to everyone at Stripe. You’ll lead and grow an established, high-performing engineering team within the Support Experience organization. Your job is to start with what’s been built and make it better: grow the team, elevate the technical bar, and expand the team’s impact across Stripe.
In this role, your team will build support experiences for priority user segments, solving problems such as how platforms, enterprises, and consumer users get help from Stripe. This includes implementing new API endpoints for use across multiple products, data engineering to improve our support operations with real-time insights, or building AI-enabled product experiences designed for each segment’s unique needs.
