Job Summary
The Principal Applied AI Engineer will lead the development of internal AI capabilities that empower teams across Poppulo to work faster, smarter, and securely. This role partners with business leaders, engineers, and IT teams to identify high-value opportunities for AI and translate them into practical solutions including GPT assistants, AI agents, and automated workflows while protecting company data, customer trust, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer, this position focuses on driving internal AI innovation effectively and safely across the organization.

Job Summary
Poppulo is transforming how organizations communicate and engage with their employees through personalized (targeted), data-driven experiences across Employee Communications and Digital Signage.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building the next generation of Analytics and Insights capabilities across Poppulo’s platform. This includes evolving our reporting systems to augment AI insights into it that helps customers understand engagement, optimize messaging, and drive measurable outcomes.
This role will lead a team of 8-10 engineers focused on:
The Engineering Manager will lead a cross-functional software engineering team within the Application Engineering organization, driving the delivery of scalable, reliable, and high-quality Analytics Reporting software for our Employee Experience and Digital Signage Products (LOBs).
Reporting to the Director, this role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management. You’ll work closely with Product, Architecture, UX and DevOps to ensure our applications evolve in line with business needs, engineering best practices, and modern SaaS and Agentic - Data and Analytics architecture principles.
You will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of your teams, managing execution excellence, and nurturing a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer success focused professional to work with the Customer Success Team. In this role you will oversee all aspects of projects and support for assigned accounts. This role will be interacting directly with customers, Poppulo executives and leaders of other departments. This role has a significant impact on the customer experience with Poppulo and can affect retention. It will require project management expertise, time management skills and attention to detail, teamwork and desire to deliver excellent customer service.
You will be supporting multiple client account portfolios. As such, this position will work closely with a small team and needs to occasionally step into other team roles, which may include tasks related to the functionality and appearance of visual communication solutions, delivering customer training and implementing visual communication networks.
