WHAT WILL YOU DO:
Due to continued expansion to support our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Design Engineer to join the EOS Team. You will be a technical consultant to the sales force generating Project Scope of Works, block flow diagrams and equipment lists to enable generation of customer proposals. You will also be leveraged by the post sales team for project engineering and or on-going project consultation for our clients
You will provide a technical review of Audio-Visual Projects including but not limited to end-user technical training and support to the implementation teams. You must have a comprehensive understanding and experience of the audio-visual industry, AV system design principles, IP Networks, Implementation and Deployment methodologies for both small- and large-scale projects.
This role requires up to 50% travel to client sites.

The Senior Field Service Engineer – RUPS Systems will specialize in rotary UPS power system distribution builds, mechanical and generator integration, system integration, start-ups, and preventative maintenance programs. This role requires advanced technical expertise, mechanical aptitude, leadership skills, and hands-on field experience with both electrical control systems and rotating equipment such as generators and flywheels. Strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to delivering high-performance power solutions in data centers, hospitals, industrial facilities, and utility-scale environments are essential.
This is not a typical UPS engineer or technician role. In fact, a strong background in traditional static UPS systems may not be advantageous for this position. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience with mechanical systems, generators, and rotary equipment, and be comfortable commissioning complex power systems in the field. You will act as the front-line expert for bringing large-scale RUPS systems online, resolving technical issues, and training others. This role will also provide technical software and hardware troubleshooting support to the IEM customer base on-site throughout North America while performing start-ups, retrofits, or preventative maintenance. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional IEM teams to integrate current and new technologies, commission complex generator and RUPS systems, optimize existing power infrastructure, and ensure seamless operation across our power products as defined by the customer's RUPS design and sequence of operations (SOO). This role will serve as the point of contact for all field service personnel related to RUPS startup, generator support, preventative maintenance, 24-hour emergency response, and remote technical assistance.

As a Senior Security Engineer at Later, you will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the security foundations that power our platform. This role will lead troubleshooting, stabilization, and optimization of production equipment, while also mentoring existing Controls Engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive throughput and yield improvements.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong problem-solving skills, deep PLC expertise, and proven manufacturing floor experience.
Lead troubleshooting and optimization of PLC, HMI, motion control, and industrial networking systems across the production line.
Diagnose chronic automation issues impacting throughput, yield, and process stability; develop and execute permanent corrective actions.
Reprogram, tune, and standardize PLC logic (primarily Siemens S7-1500 / TIA Portal, plus some Omron).
Improve and maintain equipment documentation, parameter settings, software version control, and backup libraries.
Collaborate with Process, Quality, and Maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement.
Lead controls-related Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, DOE activities.
Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to internal Controls Engineers and Technicians; coach and elevate team capability.
Support new equipment integration, commissioning, and upgrades.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Network Management
- Design, configure, and manage the company’s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and wireless networks. Familiar with Cisco system.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.
- Implement network upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain optimal performance and security.
Security Management
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats, including malware, intrusion attempts, and vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate risks.
Firewall and VPN Management
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other network security devices to protect the company’s network perimeter.
- Ensure secure remote access for employees and authorized users.
Data Protection
- Implement and manage data encryption, backup, and recovery solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Infrastructure Maintenance
- Maintain and support network hardware, such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Manage network infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
User Support
- Provide technical support and training to employees regarding network, deskside and security issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support overall IT initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of network and security matters.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network and security administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall management.
- Experience with security technologies, including intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, and data encryption.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and analysis tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
