About the Team
The Billing Engineering team is responsible for managing a broad and complex range of functions comprising 70 services. As DigitalOcean continues its rapid growth and moves upmarket, the demands on the billing platform have significantly increased. This team will focus on operational enablement for the business and our customers, allowing our existing billing platform engineering teams to concentrate on platform resiliency and building customer-facing features.
The Opportunity
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled engineers in Hyderabad. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our billing platform, providing technical support, managing billing operations, and driving efficiency through automation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of building a new team and making a significant impact on our company's growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Triage and resolve escalated billing support tickets, including invoicing discrepancies, collections issues (payments/dunning), and taxation inquiries. Serve as the first line of support for incoming bug reports.
- Take ownership of core billing platform operations, including facilitating credits, discounts, promotions, and commitment deals; working with the Tax team on taxation regions; managing SaaS Marketplace vendor ledgers; coordinating refunds and write-offs with the Revenue Accounting team; and supporting month-close compliance reporting.
- DevOps: Collaborate with the Billing Architect to contribute to operational excellence and the stability of the platform.
- Product Revenue Assurance: Augment revenue assurance tooling and synthetic testing to proactively identify and address potential revenue leaks.
- New Product Launches: Take ownership of the operational aspects of new product launches for existing products, working closely with product teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain automation tooling to improve the efficiency of billing operational tasks.
- Work closely with engineering, product, finance, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless billing processes and build roadmaps.
- Contribute to the documentation of billing processes and procedures.
What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Go, with additional experience in Ruby a plus.
- Experience with billing systems and processes (e.g., invoicing, payments, subscriptions, pricing).
- Hands-on knowledge of microservices and distributed systems, including technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, gRPC, Kafka, MySQL, and Redis.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).

Overview
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and enhance the infrastructure that underpins our global business operations. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our team and work on the development of our SaaS product. Required Skills and Qualifications:

Who you are:

This Clinical Data Analyst position is a high impact, intellectually challenging role that requires a diverse set of analytical and technical skills. It provides unique opportunities for growth using an unprecedented amount of high-quality real-word Electronic Health Record (EHR) data and clinical notes data and become a nexus of healthcare and technology. You will be solving meaningful and consequential problems in healthcare using an EHR and clinical notes database of 120 million US patients (and growing!) and help drive insights that can ultimately improve and impact on patient care. This position will report to our Director of Clinical Intelligence and AI Evaluation team and support end-to-end evaluation, extraction, execution and delivery of custom concepts from clinical notes and EHR data to help our customers dive deeply into complex research questions related to human health and generate data-driven insights that support impactful scientific decisions.
Responsibilities
· Use technical skills to scope out clinical informatics data analyses requests from both internal and external customers, produce studies and results within an agreed deadline.
· Communicate on the status of various projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure that clinical data projects are successfully executed and delivered.
· Excel in providing technical analytics support as well as directly working with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot any data analyses. Work with customers to achieve their goals, teaching them how to wrangle and analyze data using SQL, R and Python on real-world data to address their empirical questions.
· Write Databricks SQL queries to extract, analyze and interpret clinical concepts from clinical notes per customer requests.
· Create dashboards, data visualizations, and data tools to support data-driven decision making.
· Create enablement materials and studies as the Truveta platform evolves to help new researchers to increase our capabilities.
· Collaborate closely with other Truveta teams to conduct investigations of data sources to demonstrate veracity to current internal and external customers.

Required Skills
· Graduate or Masters level educational degree in clinical research, data analysis, data science, clinical informatics, health information management or related fields.
· 3+ years of demonstrated experience conducting analyses using large healthcare datasets (e.g., electronic health records, clinical notes or other real-world data sources consisting of millions of patients' data.).
· 3+ years of demonstrated experience working with customers or research teams to translate their asks into executable analytical code, rigorous quality analytical datasets, deliver high quality research analyses.
· Strong proficiency in SQL, at least one statistical programming language (R or Python), familiar with Spark bigdata analytics environments, for data wrangling, analysis, and reproducible research workflows.
· Strong hands-on problem-solving skills, troubleshoot and identify data or methodological issues early and communicate them effectively. Have ownership, accountability and reliability mindset.

Summary:
AST SpaceMobile is looking to hire a Software Engineer for a software-in-the-loop (SIL) simulation group. The primary product, referred to as the dynamic spacecraft simulator (DSS), provides a testbed and integration environment for a wide variety of subsystems on our satellites, including navigation, payload, power, FDIR, and TT&C. The candidate will work as part of a team responsible for developing and ensuring the fidelity of a variety of C++-based software models, integrating software from other teams into the environment, driving integration testing between various subsystems, and further developing the overall simulation environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of both digging into the details of interface control documents (ICD) and making informed architectural decisions about large, distributed software systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the ongoing development of and maintenance of several generations of software-based spacecraft simulators
- Implement and add functionality to software models of hardware components
- Maintain and update simulation code as requirements and/or technologies change
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines in planning, design, and development of simulation interfaces to ensure software and hardware performance and compatibility
- Drive integration testing between different subsystems owned by diverse stakeholders—ability to debug complicated systems, and find working compromises between groups with divergent priorities

Position Overview

Position Summary

Position Overview:
As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be a strategic partner for our key business customers, ensuring they receive guidance, support, and resources to succeed in the cloud. You will focus on automating the image creation lifecycle, ensuring image integrity, and optimizing for performance and security. What You’ll Do:
- Work with key stakeholders in packaging and continuously testing our GPU images across multiple platform services. This multifaceted role combines the responsibilities of a Technical Account Manager with leadership, technical, and strategic elements, making it a crucial position within our organization.
As a Technical Account Manager at DigitalOcean, you are a strategic partner for our key business customers, ensuring they receive the guidance, support, and resources needed to succeed. You will leverage your technical knowledge and customer advocacy skills to retain and grow our customers' deployments on DigitalOcean, helping them solve complex challenges and maximize the value of their cloud infrastructure.
What You’ll Do:
Technical Consultation & Architecture Design:
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in the DigitalOcean product portfolio and the evolving cloud ecosystem.
- Help design, diagram, and plan infrastructure architectures tailored to customer use cases, explaining solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technical consultation sessions and workshops, enabling customers to be self-sufficient in managing their cloud environments.
- Maintain knowledge of cloud infrastructure best practices and recent technologies through the regular attainment and maintenance of important cloud technology certifications and coursework.
Proactive Customer Engagement & Growth:
- Manage and maintain DigitalOcean’s key accounts
- Partner closely with customers to drive engagement, retention, and expansion of their DigitalOcean workloads.
- Conduct QBRs with key accounts, assessing their progress, understanding their evolving needs, and aligning on strategies for future growth.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance optimization, guiding customers to make data-driven decisions that maximize their cloud investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as Engineering, Marketing, and Account Managers, to align customer needs with DigitalOcean’s strategic goals.
- Proactively monitor customer usage trends, identify potential risks, and uncover new opportunities for growth and adoption.
Advocacy & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the voice of the customer within DigitalOcean, ensuring their needs are represented in product development and support processes.
- Liaise with Engineering and Support teams to resolve escalations and technical challenges quickly, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
- Deliver compelling presentations to articulate the benefits and functionality of DigitalOcean’s offerings to customers.
- Contribute to internal and external technical documentation, and provide training for DigitalOcean’s teams and partners to ensure knowledge transfer.
Tooling & Efficiency:
- Develop tools and scripts to streamline DigitalOcean’s technical engagements, improving the efficiency of the Technical Account Management functions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance DigitalOcean's customer engagement strategies.
What You’ll Add to DigitalOcean:
Technical Expertise:
- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and deep knowledge of Linux, distributed systems, and automation.
- Programming or development experience, with basic skills in at least one mainstream language (e.g., Python, Go).
- Understanding of provisioning and deployment strategies, with knowledge of tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Docker.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
- Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting technical problems.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), SQL and basic database administration, CI/CD tools, and AI/ML infrastructure principles.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a history of building successful technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and set clear expectations.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor customer trends and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Experience advocating for customer needs and translating feedback into actionable insights.
Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and training sessions that resonate with customer needs.
Adaptability & Initiative:
- Self-starter with a passion for technology and open-source projects, eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Quick to adapt to changes in the cloud ecosystem, always looking for ways to improve customer engagement and technical solutions.
- Extra credit for experience in (Technical) Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management roles, particularly within fast-paced startup environments.
Extra Credit:
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Oracle/Azure) and NVIDIA certifications for GPU and AI/ML.
- Experience with networking (Cisco/Juniper), automation tools (Terraform, Ansible), virtualization (KVM, Xen), and databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
- Familiarity with open-source technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes (CKA/CKE), and DigitalOcean’s API.
- Linux certifications (e.g., RHCSA/RHCE)
- Experience working with large CRMs like Gainsight and Salesforce
