GENERAL FUNCTION

We are seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer (5+ years) with strong expertise in .NET 8.0, modern frontend frameworks, and cloud-native development on AWS. As a staff engineer for backend services at Redpin, you will be working on the designing, creating and running the product catalogue for some of our greenfield new products. THE ROLE - Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a great opportunity to work in a small close-knit team, collaborating with other teams, on a world class analytics platform, to deliver new updates, visualisations, and integrations in a responsive and agile environment.

You will be exposed to the full product lifecycle, designing, developing, and testing new features for our product, features that involve both server side and front-end development as well as integrations with Pico, or 3^rd Party APIs over REST or SOAP. Overview:   The Senior Software Development Engineer L4 is expected to successfully work through complex tasks independently, understand the intricacies of the software development life cycle, and display strong adherence to fundamental software engineering principles in the production of software. Qualifications

GENERAL FUNCTION

The developer is a technical expert responsible for driving architecture, documentation, design and development for our business as part of our transformation efforts. This role will work directly with the CTO office, Enterprise architect, IT Leaders, internal stakeholders and development team members to define, design and deliver the technical solutions that will support the business’s vision, strategy and goals.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development and implementation of technical designs to support enablement of the digital strategy
• Code, tests and debug application programs
• Recommend engineering best practices, including use of design patterns, code reviews
• Collaborate, communicate with different teams, and triage technical issues across teams
• Ability to author design and architecture documents with input from other technical resources.
• Collaborate with product and project managers as well as business to define product features, architectural deliverables and project estimates
• Provides technical oversight and guidance to outsourced platform and partner IT resources
• Engagement in every stage of the project lifecycle — planning, requirements clarifications, design, develop, test support/bug fix and support the application
• Participate in cross-functional projects that span multiple business units across the enterprise - driving innovation, new product functionality, and overall product maturity.
• Plan, supervise, and participate in technical activities for multiple projects
• Coordinate with other technical managers, leads and architects to identify and monitor cross-site impacts
• Coordinate meetings or initiate working sessions to resolve project issues and roadblocks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

EXPERIENCE

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft .Net full stack development tools
• 2+ years of building enterprise software, particularly web-based and customer-facing applications
• Understands and experience in implementing solutions on a multi-tier architecture environment
• Experience in building large scale retail B2C web applications
• Comprehensive SDLC experience including Agile implementation principles and practice
• Production environment deployment and maintenance
• Performance tuning and optimization for scalability and high availability
• Good debugging, troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas
• Detail and big picture orientation
• Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
• Ability to manage numerous concurrent projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Development tools and platforms like Visual Studio 2015 and up, .Net Framework 4.0 and up, C#, TFS / Git / Azure DevOps and SQL Server
• Deep understanding of SOA and RESTful API design principles and development.
• Knowledge of web/integration services, including WCF, RESTful, SOAP and WSDL.
• Knowledge of native and/or hybrid mobile app development
• Understanding of automated builds using TFS, DevOps process, Cl/CD and Cloud hosting.
• Experience with AWS cloud development (PaaS) is a plus
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus
• Proficient in Database design and programming using T-SQL including ORM tools like Entity Framework is a plus
• Experience with Azure DevOps (VSTS) and Git is a plus.
• Experience in designing and developing responsive web sites using MVC, HTML5, React.js, Angular.js is a plus.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to help create and maintain modern, responsive web applications that deliver outstanding user experiences. In this role, you will transform design concepts into interactive, accessible digital interfaces using leading technologies such as JavaScript and the React ecosystem, applying advanced performance optimization techniques. You will collaborate closely with design, backend, branding, and marketing teams—including regular partnership with our Branding —to develop scalable, maintainable frontend solutions that support user engagement and contribute to business growth. Hands-on development within Webflow will be a central focus, and experience as a Webflow architect is highly valued.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain interactive sites directly in Webflow, utilizing advanced features such as dynamic collections, localization, and component-driven structures.
• Develop responsive, branded web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (Grid, Flexbox), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Next.js, or Angular when needed.
• Translate designs into engaging, accessible user experiences, collaborating closely with designers using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Optimize sites for performance, SEO, and accessibility (code splitting, lazy loading, WebP, WCAG/ADA standards).
• Integrate marketing tools and CMS platforms—Webflow CMS, Pardot, Salesforce —to support content and campaign goals.
• Automate and personalize workflows using Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Webflow’s in-built automations.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Branding and marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging, unified visual identity, and alignment with campaign objectives across all digital touchpoints.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and brainstorming sessions with marketing, branding, and content stakeholders to shape, refine, and implement new digital initiatives.

What you'll need

•  5+ years web development experience with proven Webflow expertise: dynamic sites, CMS collections, localization, performance/SEO optimization
• Strong technical foundation in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JS frameworks
• Design-to-code proficiency translating Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch into accessible, interactive web experiences
• Cross-platform expertise in responsive design, browser compatibility, and WCAG/ADA accessibility
• Integration skills with workflows, CMS platforms, and marketing analytics tools
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication across teams, especially with Branding and marketing leads
