As Giga's onsite QA/QC Manager, you will own the quality assurance and quality control program for our data center construction projects from foundation to final turnover. You are the last line of defense — and the first line of standards — ensuring that everything we build meets or exceeds design specifications, code requirements, and client expectations. THE ROLE
Join our Global Operations team as a Global Supply Chain Manager to be the operational backbone for our worldwide manufacturing execution. Position Summary
On Energy Storage is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to support the construction and commissioning of a utility-scale BESS project in Amarillo, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role embedded within the project team. The Field Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for the EPC contractor and commissioning teams, providing real-time electrical and mechanical guidance, resolving field issues, and ensuring that installation activities align with On Energy Storage's engineering standards, design documents, and applicable codes. The ideal candidate brings a strong electrical engineering background with hands-on experience supporting field construction and commissioning activities on power systems or energy storage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site technical point of contact for the EPC contractor.

The annual base salary range for this role located in Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston is $83,000 - 95,500 + a 20% annual bonus depending on experience.
