Giga's mission is to manufacture data centers to support the AI ramp. We're moving beyond traditional construction to a product-based approach, designing and mass-producing high-performance infrastructure that can keep pace with the exponential demand for compute. As Lead Electrical Engineer, you'll own the power architecture and electrical DNA of these next-generation facilities.

This is a rare opportunity to define the electrical backbone of a rapidly scaling infrastructure company. You won't just be managing a single 50 MW build—you'll be creating the Plan of Record (POR) for Giga Data Centers, a standardized, manufactured product that will be deployed globally.

Where you'll work

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the electrical POR for Giga Data Centers, defining the "Gold Standard" design that enables manufacturing of reliability and efficiency at scale.
• Author and own the internal engineering library including technical specifications and Basis of Design documents for all power systems, establishing what we build and how we measure success. 
• Design to global and local standards, ensuring strict compliance with the NEC (NFPA 70), NFPA 70E, and IEEE standards for mission-critical power distribution.
• Guide external engineering (A&E) firms to localize designs while maintaining strict adherence to core power performance intent and standardization requirements.
• Execute rigorous power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination, and arc flash analysis to ensure system resilience and safety.

• Create detailed Bills of Material (BOMs), Quantity Take Offs (QTOs), and Commissioning scripts to support a manufacturing-first supply chain.
• Develop Sequence of Operations (SOO) and Control Narratives for EPMS/BMS integration, dictating how electrical systems respond to utility failures and dynamic AI load changes.
• Use advanced simulation tools to optimize power system reliability and validate designs before manufacturing.

Requirements

• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of electrical engineering experience with a strong focus on mission-critical, data center, or heavy industrial facilities.
• Deep working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC/NFPA 70) and relevant IEEE standards.
• Strong background in electrical system analysis using tools like ETAP, SKM PowerTools, or EasyPower.
• Experience with relay programming and protection coordination schemes.

Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge in at least two of the following disciplines: electrical systems (medium/high voltage distribution, utility interconnection, backup power), mechanical systems (cooling infrastructure, HVAC, fluid systems), or civil/site work (grading, site utilities, permitting).
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, site plans, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.

What You'll Do

As a Power Generation Engineer at Giga, you own the engineering, reliability, and performance of the generation assets that keep our sites alive. You'll design systems, diagnose failures, lead commissioning, and work directly with Operations to ensure our facilities never go dark. Where You'll Work

We're onsite because generation engineering is a physical discipline. Solving problems in real time requires being in the room — or on the pad — where equipment lives. You'll be based out of one of our core sites and expected to travel to others as projects demand.

•   Own the design, specification, and engineering of power generation systems — including gas turbines, diesel generators, and hybrid configurations — from concept through commissioning.

ON.energy is looking for a skilled Supplier Quality Engineer to support the supplier quality activities related to battery energy storage systems (BESS) across the full equipment lifecycle—from procurement and factory testing to site delivery and installation. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams in the processes of selecting, auditing and evaluating suppliers, reviewing vendor’s Inspection and Test Plans, coordinating and witnessing Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), and provide field support during installation and commissioning for key components including batteries, inverters, transformers, switchgear and ATS, and auxiliary systems. This role focuses on preventing quality issues at the source – ensuring suppliers maintain robust manufacturing and test processes – and tracking non-conformances through resolution prior to shipment. 

This role is best suited for engineers with hands-on experience working with manufacturing suppliers of electrical or industrial equipment. The role focuses on suppliers manufacturing critical electrical equipment used in utility-scale energy storage systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Supplier Selection, Evaluation and Qualification based on the company’s Supplier Quality processes and tools.
• Support the definition and documentation of Supplier Quality processes in compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable requirements.

General Description: 

The Marine Assurance Specialist is expected to add value to VG and shall provide support to Venture Global LNG (VG) staff, contractors, suppliers, and other personnel involved in the safe operation of the marine facilities at VG’s LNG export terminals.

Reporting Lines:

Responsibilities:

Carry out marine assurance on LNG tankers nominated to call at VG LNG terminals, including:

• Work closely with LNG terminal marine departments
• Knowledge and experience of marine assurance, including vetting, terminal compatibility and mooring analysis
• Complete LNG Tanker vetting for nominated vessels, including reviewing SIRE report, Port State and USCG inspection reports etc. against VG vetting standards.
• Have a thorough understanding of terminal compatibility and the process involved when reviewing an LNG tanker against VG terminal requirements
• Have a thorough understanding of Optimoor, including the ability to develop berth and vessel models and databases, complete mooring analysis for nominated LNG tanker

Qualifications:

General Description:

The SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) Senior Engineer, with guidance from leadership, is responsible for the development and maintenance of the SCADA systems associated with Venture Global’s system of pipelines. Knowledge of interstate pipeline operations, API pipeline SCADA recommended practices, and DOT regulations, along with a service minded attitude is crucial to the role.

This role will require a ground up design of a SCADA system and control center with the aid of contractors and control room management experts.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where changing requirements will be expected. 

This position will be full time in-person in the Venture Global downtown office.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience in SCADA development for pipeline applications required;
• Field investigation work to determine the existing equipment and configurations on existing equipment;
• Field work to interface with existing LNG plant employees to ensure we are both fulfilling their needs and concerns but most importantly not violating FERC regulations;
• Participate in the development of Control Room Management (CRM) procedures as defined in 49 CFR 192.631;

Critical Systems Engineer

EdgeConneX is in search for its next Critical Systems Engineer.  The Critical Systems Engineer is a member of the Operations Support team and provides Level 2 escalation support from our Critical Systems Coordinators. This role brings deep expertise in mission-critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure and supports the reliability, safety, and efficiency of EdgeConneX data centers. The CSE serves as a technical authority for the maintenance and operational oversight of critical systems, collaborating closely with critical systems teams, field operations, vendors, and corporate engineering teams to ensure reliability, safety, and consistency across data center operations. We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to architect and implement technical security controls for our grid-connected energy portfolio. As we scale our operations, we need a hands-on engineer to secure the entire data lifecycle - from the industrial control systems (OT) at the edge, through the cloud telemetry pipeline, to the corporate dashboards.

This is a builder role. You will be responsible for deploying and managing our core security infrastructure - specifically Wazuh and Authentik - to secure our AWS environments and operational field assets. You will work directly with control systems engineers and DevOps teams to build security into our backbone.

Responsibilities will include: 

Cloud & Infrastructure Security

• Cloud Architecture: Secure the AWS infrastructure that hosts our energy management platforms. Implement hardening baselines and manage security groups for cloud resources
• SIEM & Observability (Wazuh): Architect a centralized and on-prem SIEM deployment to ingest logs from CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, and Linux servers. Configure custom decoders to detect threats across both cloud and on-prem environments
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Review and secure Terraform/CloudFormation scripts. Manage security configurations (including Wazuh agents and Authentik outposts) via Ansible or similar automation tools

Role Overview

The EMS Deployment Engineer is responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting Ignition-based Energy Management Systems (EMS) for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role plays a critical part in commissioning, ensuring reliable system visibility, control, data flow, and integration between EMS, PLCs, PCS, BMS, and site networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Ignition-based EMS/SCADA platforms for BESS projects
• Support commissioning activities including EMS bring-up, system integration testing, SAT, and early operational support
• Configure Ignition gateways, tags, UDTs, alarms, historian, and visualization components
• Integrate EMS with Siemens PLCs, PCS, BMS, meters, protection relays, and site networks
• Support data acquisition, control workflows, and site-level dashboards for commissioning and operations

As a Stationary Engineer within Corporate Advisory & Solutions, you will be responsible for the continuous operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, electrical, and plumbing systems. This role focuses on maintaining optimal system performance through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely response to operational issues to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted building operations.

You will develop and internalize a deep knowledge of our ERP implementation and the significance of the work that happens there and in adjacent systems. 

Your work will enable your colleagues to perform their tasks with speed and efficiency, enabling them to purchase, recondition, and sell industrial transformers better than anyone else in the market. Your hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance, your speedy responses to support requests, and your ability to identify problems and solve them quickly will give Maddox a competitive edge. 

You will respond to internal user support requests with the posture of a first-class customer success agent and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will provide users with access to systems, investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware failures, coordinate with external support and development partners, solve both documented and novel problems that arise within our business systems, and help ensure critical initiatives are well-represented in our ERP roadmap.

You will proactively ensure that Maddox team members are able to perform to the best of their ability within our business systems, helping stakeholders identify opportunities for optimization. You will coordinate change management in order to enable that success, while seeing access control and segregation-of-duties initiatives through to completion.

Maddox maintains a give-the-best/expect-the-best attitude. Our team is equipped with MacBook Pros, docks, and multiple external monitors. Our shop employees are equipped with iPads and related peripherals. We have a stipend-supported BYOD mobile policy and our team uses a variety of both iOS and Android smartphones. 

We exclusively employ cloud-based solutions that enable our team to work from anywhere. We prefer to integrate single-focus, best-in-class SaaS products, rather than rely on all-inclusive enterprise solutions.

This is not an entry-level role: 

• Current professional experience is required. 
• Experience in administering and supporting business systems adjacent to enterprise resource planning is required. ERP platform administration/support is a huge plus. 

Basics:

• Full-time. The schedule is generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• On call for urgent needs.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Some travel between Maddox locations may be required.
• In-person at the Houston (The Woodlands) location. 

Comprehensive Full-Time Benefits, including:
