About Maddox + You:
You will be responsible for supporting the technology experience of Maddox PRO employees and partners, the administration of network, surveillance, and building access control systems, and for handling both vendor management and administration of a wide-range of hardware and software. The systems you will oversee will be primarily focused on network infrastructure and IT asset management (hardware, software evaluations & implementation).
Your work will enable your colleagues to perform their tasks with speed and efficiency, enabling them to launch and manage Maddox facilities and Battle Ground Hospitality Collective companies/entities, administer and level-up internal tools and workflows, and keep employees moving with first-class user support. Your hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance, your speedy responses to requests, and your ability to identify problems and engineer solutions quickly will give the team a competitive edge.
You will respond to internal user support requests with the posture of a first-class customer success agent and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will provide users with access to systems, investigate and troubleshoot software and hardware failures, coordinate with external support teams and vendors, solve both documented and novel problems that arise within our various 3rd party systems, and replace faulty equipment.
You will proactively ensure that all Maddox team members have the technological tools they need to be successful. You will set up new users and change access permissions as roles change. You will maintain and support a fleet of devices deployed across the business. You will ensure that networks are online and that facilities are secured by functional surveillance and access control systems.

About Maddox + You:
Your primary responsibility will be supporting the technology experience of Maddox employees and partners within Odoo, our open-source, self-hosted, and fully-customizable ERP. Your secondary focus as part of our Systems Support team will be on providing friendly support for other Maddox systems, especially those with data that tie into the ERP. The systems you will oversee touch every area of the organization. You will develop and internalize a deep knowledge of our ERP implementation and the significance of the work that happens there and in adjacent systems.
Your work will enable your colleagues to perform their tasks with speed and efficiency, enabling them to purchase, recondition, and sell industrial transformers better than anyone else in the market. Your hands-on, proactive approach to maintenance, your speedy responses to support requests, and your ability to identify problems and solve them quickly will give Maddox a competitive edge.
You will respond to internal user support requests with the posture of a first-class customer success agent and resolve issues in a timely manner. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of the company’s analytics platform, data warehouse, and business reporting. This role manages the BI engineering team, sets technical standards for data modeling and metrics, and partners with business leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support decision-making across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
You will be the go-to person for all business intelligence within the Maddox family. You will have intimate knowledge of our business and be able to quantify our performance by collecting data from the various systems that manage all our operations. Your work will enable us to make better decisions, more effectively prioritize our efforts, and do a better job of celebrating our wins. You will have the satisfaction of watching your colleagues be faster and smarter because of the data and training that you & your team provide them.
Reactively, you will prioritize and execute on internal user requests for insights and training them on how to use all reporting. You will manage modifications to data pipelines in response to API changes. You will troubleshoot and repair faulty data flows and reports.
Proactively, you will set clear priorities, standards and delivery expectations for the team getting your own hands dirty whenever needed. You will focus on quality, longevity and speed of delivery when creating views that make core business objects easy to query and business performance simple to quantify.
