Your focus will be on providing an unparalleled customer experience to a wide variety of customers across multiple industry segments. You will be responsible for confirming orders, coordinating approval and release processes, handling escalations, providing both reactive and proactive updates, and building relationships with customers to drive retention and customer satisfaction.

Advancement Opportunities:
This is a Level II customer service position. Based on your performance, you may eventually become eligible (generally after 12-24 months) for promotion to senior account manager or other opportunities within customer success.
Pay: Starting range with bonus: $61.9k - $76k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.

About Maddox + You:
You will be an integrated part of a small, but powerful, sales team. You will be using our established sales processes to help commercial and industrial end-users, electrical contractors, and resellers of industrial electrical equipment purchase the right transformer for their project or application.
Reactively, you will be responding to customer requests, understanding their needs, and proposing technical and commercial solutions in a timely manner. You need to be great at solving technical and commercial problems in a fast-paced, data-driven workflow.
Proactively, you will be following up with existing clients or maintaining communication with our network of industry contacts; this is not a cold-calling or hard-selling environment. It's an inside sales role ideally suited to a technically-minded, people-person who excels at providing a high-level of customer service to contractors, engineers, purchasing agents, and industrial/commercial end users.

Skills & Experience:
We value experience, so if you have 20+ years of related experience, that's great! We're also very good at training new recruits, and are willing to invest in a select number of promising early-career candidates with the right attitude and ambition. Depending on the exact role, technical and engineering degrees may be desired, but not required.
Pay: Starting package: $65k-$85k. Plus up to $1k/month wellness stipend and other benefits.

PRO is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop the FP&A function and build a solid foundation to foster an effective finance and business partnership. The ideal candidate will be experienced with finance business support or financial planning and analysis.

About Maddox + You:
You will be the manager and project lead for modernizing our BI and reporting infrastructure. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of the company’s analytics platform, data warehouse, and business reporting. This role manages the BI engineering team, sets technical standards for data modeling and metrics, and partners with business leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support decision-making across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
You will be the go-to person for all business intelligence within the Maddox family. You will have intimate knowledge of our business and be able to quantify our performance by collecting data from the various systems that manage all our operations. Your work will enable us to make better decisions, more effectively prioritize our efforts, and do a better job of celebrating our wins. You will have the satisfaction of watching your colleagues be faster and smarter because of the data and training that you & your team provide them.
Reactively, you will prioritize and execute on internal user requests for insights and training them on how to use all reporting. You will manage modifications to data pipelines in response to API changes. You will troubleshoot and repair faulty data flows and reports.
Proactively, you will set clear priorities, standards and delivery expectations for the team getting your own hands dirty whenever needed. You will focus on quality, longevity and speed of delivery when creating views that make core business objects easy to query and business performance simple to quantify. You will implement systems & processes that provide change management and data pipeline observability. You will provide training to internal business users on the proper usage of data and reporting tools. You will be comfortable troubleshooting data integrations from source systems when required.

We have a stipend-supported BYOD mobile policy and our team uses a variety of both iOS and Android smartphones. We exclusively employ cloud-based solutions, enabling our team to work from anywhere. We prefer to use enterprise-supported open-source projects integrated with single-focus, best-in-class SaaS products, rather than rely on all-inclusive solutions with high vendor lock-in. Solutions we currently employ (or are implementing) include: BigQuery, Metabase, Google (Mail, Drive, Doc, Sheets), Odoo ERP, Slack, RingCentral, Pipedrive, Asana, QuickBooks Time, Gusto, Ubiquiti.

More about You:
Experience & Education: We are looking for someone who has been a manager of technical data or software focused teams before, preferably with 3-5+ years under their belt. A technical or engineering degree is helpful, but not required.
Travel: This job can be performed from any Maddox office. Quarterly travel to different Maddox facilities around the United States will be required.
Pay: Starting range: $140k-$155k (wages and bonus) plus a comprehensive full-time benefits package that averages more than an additional $20k/year per employee (individual amounts vary on age, family size, and other factors).
