We are seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager to join our 200+ product development organization and lead our ML Foundations team. This team focuses on solving complex machine learning problems and developing proprietary models for a range of AdTech use cases across our product suite.

The Selection Analytics Team at Wolt owns the data and infrastructure that helps all 32 of our country teams build a portfolio of high-quality restaurant and retail stores. Our overarching mission is to provide customers with the best selection by enabling sales teams across all markets to acquire the best merchants.
To do this, we work directly with country sales teams to help them identify and prioritize the highest potential merchant candidates. We also work with Wolt leadership by providing metrics to track selection quality, upon which they develop strategic initiatives and goals. We are seeking a forward-thinking, AI-first leader to shape and drive the evolution of Marketing Innovation across the organization. The Global Marketing team at Wolt is looking for a senior growth marketer to own and scale our owned and paid channels across the North region. This is a high-impact role with real autonomy: you’ll shape the product marketing roadmap, steward a multi-million-dollar media budget, and directly influence Courier Acquisition at a global scale.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for performance end to end—from strategy to execution:
Own weekly media budget optimization in close partnership with Data Science / ML, Analytics, Finance, and Supply & Demand teams
Lead media buying strategy across a large, always-on paid channel portfolio while launching high-impact, time-bound campaigns as market conditions shift
Partner with agencies and in-house teams to hit aggressive growth targets efficiently, balancing scale, efficiency, and experimentation
Design and run rigorous testing frameworks across the funnel, including creative and copy A/B tests, incrementality testing, audience segmentation, placements, and retargeting strategies
Build forecasts and budget recommendations, then quickly adapt tactics based on performance signals and learnings
Translate complex performance data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
Deep experience balancing brand and performance marketing objectives at scale
Strong understanding of both online and offline media buying, ideally within job search, recruiting, or similar high-volume marketplaces
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, make confident data-driven decisions, and apply the “art” of media strategy where measurement has limits
Proven track record of building and executing structured channel- and tactic-level testing programs
Clear, concise communicator—able to distill complexity and influence stakeholders at all levels
Thrives in fast-paced environments, with strong prioritization skills and a bias toward action and ownership
Experience working both in-house and with external agencies

We are looking for a IT Support Manager in our data center, the key person in managing IT infrastructure maintenance. You will manage L1, L2, IT infrastructure and Field Network Engineers supporting data center IT infrastructure and GPU clusters. This role is focused on ensuring stable, efficient, and scalable operations through people leadership, structured support processes, and hands-on technical oversight.
You will own day-to-day IT support operations, oversee maintenance and incident resolution for GPU clusters, and ensure high service levels across hardware, network, and field support activities. You will act as a key escalation point, drive operational improvements, and align support execution with broader data center objectives.

Your responsibilities will include

We Expect You to Have

Solid understanding of data center operations, server platforms, and enterprise networking principles.
Practical experience with IT service management processes (ITIL / ITSM).
Basic proficiency with Linux/Unix operating systems and command-line tools.
