As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will own the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional efforts. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization from Engineering, Product, Product Design, and even Field-facing teams to develop and execute against our overall product vision and business objectives, uncover solutions to technical challenges, and provide data-driven insights that power strategic decision-making.

The Assurance, Risk, and Compliance (“ARC”) Initiatives team at MongoDB owns the strategy, governance, and delivery of our most critical cross-functional risk and compliance initiatives. Job Summary of the Field Market Development Manager
The Market Development Manager (MDM) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic market development initiatives for Axogen’s OMF/H&N business. Through detailed understanding of the surgical procedure and customer needs the MDM will define our unique value proposition as well as establish and train Axogen field sales team on best practice sales processes while collaborating cross functionally to coordinate and execute market development initiatives that build brand and therapy awareness as well as belief in the Axogen nerve repair algorithm. With a strong emphasis on building and maintaining KOL relationships in assigned accounts and regions, the MDM will build advocacy and P2P influencers that drive awareness and adoption of the Axogen nerve repair algorithm in our focus accounts. Ultimately, through therapy awareness, education, and advocacy the MDM will aid in expanding Axogen's footprint and adoption in targeted OMF/H&N procedures.

As an Territory Manager, SUD, you will join a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health’s Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program nationally. SUD represents our next major growth vertical, and this team is charged with building the playbook.
You will play a direct role in shaping how we engage referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You will educate these partners about Charlie Health’s comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs, ensuring they understand how our services can support individuals on the path to recovery.

Additional Information
The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $90,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers an uncapped target performance-based bonus with overall expected compensation will be between $94,000 and $114,000. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of AUVELITY for major depressive disorder in adults and potential future indications. This role is field-based and will require gaining access to customers in a clinic or hospital setting while also maximizing the ability to engage through digital channels.
SAMs will be responsible for product performance at a territory level and expected to be a disease category expert and product champion. The SAM will provide account management support and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape to assess key stakeholders plus future trends within the marketplace.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for assigned geographies, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of AUVELITY for major depressive disorder in adults and potential future indications.
