The Head of Content, B2B will design and run a centralised content function that serves all four brands the way a high-performance internal agency would. You'll own the strategy, the team, the systems, the quality standard, and the connection between content output and commercial outcome. This is not a writing role or a channel management role. It's an operational leadership role for someone who thinks in systems, builds for scale, and understands that content without commercial consequence is just production.

What Makes This Role Different

Most senior content roles sit inside a single brand with a single ICP and a reasonably stable strategy. This one sits across four brands with different buyer types, different competitive landscapes, and different levels of market awareness.

That's genuinely complex. The person who does it well has to context-switch between the counsellor audience at Cialfo, the university admissions audience at Explore, the international school leadership audience at BridgeU, and the student-facing and agent-facing audiences at Kaaiser, without losing the thread of what makes each brand distinct. Content strategy across all four brands

• Define distinct content strategies for Cialfo, BridgeU, Explore, and Kaaiser, grounded in the specific ICP, market maturity, and commercial goals of each business
• Translate those strategies into content-led growth plans that connect directly to pipeline, sales enablement, and customer education, not just traffic and engagement metrics
• Build and maintain the founder and authority-driven narratives that shape how each brand is perceived in its market, working closely with leadership to develop thought leadership platforms that earn attention rather than just occupy space
• Go beyond what B2B content has traditionally looked like: video, audio, community, interactive formats, channel partnerships, and distribution models that most content teams in this space haven't tried yet

You'll start by building a clear picture of what exists across the four brands, what's working, what's missing, where the quality gaps are, and where the highest-leverage places to invest are. You'll have a point of view on where to build first and which channels and formats are most underexploited.

From there, the content engine will be taking shape. Editorial systems will be running. The team will have clear structure and clear ownership. AI will be embedded in how the team works, not bolted on. At least some of the brand narratives will be sharper than they were before you arrived, and there will be early evidence of content contributing to pipeline rather than just producing output.

Over time, Manifest will have a content function that the commercial teams across all four brands actively rely on, that builds genuine market authority for each brand, and that runs with enough infrastructure and second-line leadership that it doesn't depend on you being in every decision. That's what a well-built content engine looks like.

The specifics will be calibrated once you're in the role. The direction won't change.

What You Bring

You have twelve to fifteen years in B2B content, content marketing, or brand strategy, and a meaningful part of that has been building and running functions rather than contributing to them. You've managed multi-brand or multi-product content before. You've led teams of five to twenty or more people. You know what it takes to build the systems that make a content team consistent and scalable, and you've done it in environments where the commercial expectations were real.

You think in workflows and resource allocation, not just editorial calendars. You've built briefing systems, quality control frameworks, and production infrastructure. You understand that the operational side of a content function is what makes the creative side sustainable.

You're commercially literate. You can connect a content decision to a business outcome and have that conversation with a sales leader or a CFO without needing to translate. You've built attribution and reporting systems that tracked something more meaningful than page views, and you know what good content ROI measurement actually looks like in practice.

You have a genuinely expansive view of what B2B content can be. You've built beyond LinkedIn and the standard playbook, and you have real examples of formats, channels, or distribution models that most teams in your space weren't doing. You're not done exploring.

You're openly enthusiastic about AI as a creative and operational tool. You've used it seriously, not just dabbled. You have a clear view of where it accelerates good work and where it produces mediocre output at speed, and you know how to build a team that uses it with that kind of judgment. You advocate for AI adoption because you've seen what it enables, not because it's the current thing to be seen adopting.

You can context-switch across different brand voices, buyer types, and market stages without losing clarity on what each brand needs. You've done this before, either in a multi-brand role or in an agency environment where the client roster demanded it.

About the Role

At Veeam, Service Provider Systems Engineers work closely with sales and help to evangelize, inform, educate and influence service providers of our product offerings to drive growth for their businesses. As a trusted customer advocate / advisor the Service Provider Engineer will help our customers understand the best practices around building and operating a profitable Veeam Cloud Service Provider environment. 

The work will focus on data management for cloud service provider technologies within a service providers data centre with knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Google Cloud Platform (GCP) being beneficial. A deep understanding of the service provider market is required, including the personas and motivations of key implementors and decision makers in the space. You will regularly take part in deep-dive education and design exercises.  

In this role, you will leverage your ability to manage changing priorities in a high growth service provider native business unit environment along with a passion for designing and building solutions. • Work with select Veeam Cloud and Service Provider (VCSP) partners across India & SAARC 
• Work closely with Veeam Cloud-focused Sales Representatives to generate revenue and achieve quarterly/yearly revenue goals

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own both go-to-market strategy and pipeline generation for the Cialfo and BridgeU K12 platform. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that combines the strategic depth of a Product Marketing Lead with the execution rigour of a Demand Generation Lead.

You will own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and voice of the customer — while simultaneously driving pipeline across web, digital, lifecycle, events, social, and ABM. You will be the strategic link between what we build and how the market receives it, and you will own the campaign engine that converts that positioning into revenue.

You will use AI tools natively across the entire marketing lifecycle — from audience research and brief generation through to creative production, performance analysis, and reporting — and you will operate as a true partner to the K12 Sales team, owning MQL quality, the handoff process, and pipeline SLAs.

This role is based in Delhi, India and reports into the Head of Marketing, K12. This is an Individual Contributor role to begin with, with an opportunity to build and scale a team as the business grows.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Positioning & Messaging

• Build and own positioning, naming, and messaging frameworks for K12 product launches.
• Develop and maintain ICP definitions and buyer personas across K12 audience segments — schools, counselors, students, and parents — across different markets.
• Ensure messaging is regionally calibrated and relevant; what lands in LATAM needs a different frame in India or the Middle East.
• Partner with UX to align in-product messaging and onboarding flows.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Lead end-to-end GTM planning — from positioning through channel execution to adoption measurement.
• Drive feature adoption through in-product channels (email, push, in-app) coordinated with lifecycle triggers.
• Train internal stakeholders on every launch — Sales, CX, and leadership as a core GTM deliverable.
• Use AI tools to accelerate GTM output: content production, personalisation, testing, and reporting.

Pipeline Ownership & Demand Generation

• Own pipeline generation across all channels — digital, email, lifecycle, social, events, and ABM — fully attributed to revenue.
• Drive MQL volume and conversion rates across the K12 websites (Cialfo and BridgeU) and campaign channels.
• Manage pipeline efficiency from first touch to SQL handoff with clear SLA accountability to the Sales team.
• Set and track demand gen KPIs: MQL volume, cost per MQL, MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, pipeline contribution, and channel ROI.

Full-Funnel Campaign Execution

• Design and execute integrated campaigns across web, lifecycle email, social, events, content, and ABM.
• Own the campaign calendar, prioritising by pipeline impact and coordinating across channels for consistent messaging and timing.
• Manage external vendors and hold them accountable to performance targets, briefs, and delivery timelines.
• Build scalable campaign processes that enable faster execution and consistent cross-channel measurement.
• Run hypothesis-driven A/B tests across every channel — landing pages, email subject lines, ad creative, CTAs — and act on results fast.

Sales & CX Enablement

• Build and own the K12 enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, objection handling guides, battlecards, and demo talk tracks.
• Run regular enablement sessions with global Sales and CX teams.
• Partner with CX on customer success stories and reference content tied to specific product use cases.

Lifecycle & Email Marketing

• Own the full lifecycle marketing programme from first touch nurture through to re-engagement across the K12 audience of school leaders, administrators, and counselors.
• Design and manage automated workflows in HubSpot that move leads through the funnel and surface high-intent signals for Sales.
• Segment audiences by persona, behaviour, and funnel stage to deliver relevant messaging at the right moment.
• Monitor and improve lifecycle metrics: open rates, click-through rates, nurture-to-MQL conversion, and unsubscribe rates.

Voice of the Customer (VoC)

• Own Cialfo's structured VoC program for K12 — regular interviews and feedback loops with schools, counselors, and students across key markets.
• Synthesise qualitative and quantitative signals into actionable insights for Product, UX, and leadership.
• Build and maintain a VoC repository so customer language, pain points, and unmet needs are systematically captured and accessible.
• Run advisory panels or user research sprints in partnership with Product to inform the roadmap.

Win/Loss & Competitive Intelligence

• Own the win/loss program — conduct regular interviews with won and lost opportunities, synthesise findings, and present to Product, Sales, and leadership quarterly.
• Build and maintain competitive intelligence: monitor the landscape, develop battlecards, and keep Sales and CX equipped to win.
• Feed competitive and customer insights back into positioning and product feedback loops.

Social Demand Generation

• Run social as a demand gen channel — not just brand awareness — with a focus on generating engagement, traffic, and leads from LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Build and manage social campaigns targeting school decision-makers across global markets.
• Collaborate with content and brand to ensure social creative is optimised for conversion, not just reach.

Website & Conversion Optimisation

• Own the Cialfo K12 website end to end — performance, conversion optimisation, lead capture, and user experience.
• Implement and monitor UTM tracking, campaign attribution, and accurate data capture across all entry points.
• Run continuous experiments on landing pages, forms, and conversion flows to improve MQL volume.

Sales Partnership & ABM

• Operate as a genuine partner to the K12 Sales org — attend pipeline reviews, understand deal velocity, and align demand gen programmes to Sales priorities.
• Own the MQL-to-SQL handoff process: lead scoring, SLA compliance, follow-up timelines, and lead quality feedback loops.
• Build and execute Account-Based Marketing programmes targeting priority school accounts across key markets.

AI-Powered Marketing Operations

• Use AI tools natively across the entire marketing lifecycle — from audience research, brief generation, and GTM planning through to creative production, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Use AI-assisted tools to design ad creative, write and test email copy, build landing page variants, and produce campaign reports faster than traditional workflows allow.
• Proactively evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve campaign velocity, personalisation, or measurement accuracy.

Reporting & Optimisation

• Build and maintain dashboards tracking pipeline contribution, channel performance, funnel metrics, and campaign ROI.
• Report to the Head of Marketing, K12 on a regular cadence — with clear, data-driven recommendations.
• Translate campaign performance into budget reallocation decisions and channel prioritisation recommendations.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Embed with Product Management throughout the development cycle — from discovery through launch.
• Be the voice of the customer for product and engineering teams.
• Engage global CX and Sales teams across multiple countries to gather insights and drive regional relevance.

About You

• Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience & Skills
  • 6-8 years of marketing experience in a B2B or B2B2C organisation, with meaningful depth across both demand generation and product marketing.
  • Proven ownership of pipeline from web, digital, lifecycle, events, and other channels — with clear revenue attribution and a track record of improving funnel metrics over time.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning product positioning, messaging, and launches across B2B products.

The Associate Director, Partner & University Relationships owns both channels as a single global growth system. On the partner side: the network of placement and counseling partners across all key study destinations — who is in it, how they are performing, what the commercial terms look like, and where the next growth comes from. On the university side: the relationships with university representatives, built toward a model that scales globally. You will sit at the intersection of external relationships and internal execution — close enough to the operations and counseling teams to know when the partner experience is creating friction, and senior enough to fix it.

What Makes This Role Different

Most partnership roles in international education own one channel or the other — either the partner network or the university relationships. This one owns both, deliberately, because the compounding effect between them is the point.

More universities partnering with our group across more destinations makes the partner network more productive in every market — partners can offer students more options, and they can do it with the confidence that our institutional relationships will support the application. More partner volume across more source countries gives universities better proof of what the Cialfo and BridgeU relationship is worth — real applications from real students with real outcomes. Better data across both sides means smarter matching, higher conversion, and a partnership ecosystem that gets harder to replicate every cycle.

There is a version of this role at almost every player in the industry. Most of them are channel management jobs — quarterly check-ins, commission disputes, the occasional partner trip. This is not that role. This is the role for the person who has done the channel management job well enough to know exactly what is broken about how the industry runs it, and wants to build the version that replaces it.

University relationships in India, scaling globally

• Own relationships with university representatives
• Build value propositions that go beyond standard referral arrangements: co-branded campaigns, preferential processing agreements, exclusive pipeline access, data-driven recruitment intelligence that gives universities something genuinely useful
• Lay the groundwork for scaling the university relationships model globally as the programme matures — design it to replicate, not just to work in one market

Commercial growth across both channels

• Drive revenue growth across the partner and university channels by improving application volumes, conversion rates, and partner productivity — not by adding more partners, but by getting more from the right ones
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing structures, and partnership agreements with the confidence and preparation of someone who has done this before and knows what good terms look like

What Success Looks Like

The markers below reflect where our partner and university channels are today. The business will have moved by the time you join — new partners in discussion, new university relationships in progress, new destinations opening. We'll calibrate the specifics once you're in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.

That said, the shape of success is clear.

You'll start by building a complete picture of both channels — which partners are genuinely performing and which are coasting, which university relationships are commercially structured and which are transactional, and where the highest-leverage improvements sit across both. You'll have a point of view on where to move first.

From there, both channels will be demonstrably better. The partner network will be sharper — fewer partners doing more, better commercial terms, stronger alignment between partner behaviour and student outcomes. The university relationships will be deeper — more structured, more commercially valuable, with engagement cadences that make Cialfo the partner universities plan around rather than react to.

Over time, the partner and university channels will operate as a single compounding system — each making the other more valuable, with the data and the commercial architecture to show it. What you build here is meant to outlast you. Five years from now, the architecture you put in place should still be running — refined, scaled, extended into corridors that don't exist yet, but fundamentally the system you designed. That is what this role is building toward.

What You Bring

You have eight to twelve years of experience in international education, student recruitment, or partnership and university relationship management — long enough to have seen what good looks like on both sides and to know the difference between a partnership that is working and one that looks like it is working. You have managed partner networks before. You have sat across the table from admissions directors and international recruitment heads and had commercial conversations that went somewhere.

You understand the study abroad ecosystem in India specifically — how partners operate, what drives their loyalty, how university representatives think about their channel relationships, and what makes a relationship worth investing in over multiple cycles. You have probably worked across multiple study destinations: the UK, Australia, Canada, the US. You know that each corridor has its own dynamics and you know how to navigate them.

You are commercially serious. You track what your channels are worth, what they should be worth, and you build the case to close the gap. You have restructured a commercial agreement that was working and made it work significantly better. You have phased out a partner that the business was attached to because the performance didn't justify the relationship. You make those calls with clarity and without apology.

You think in systems. You understand that the partner network and the university relationships are not two separate things — they are one system, and the decisions you make on one side affect what is possible on the other. You build with that in mind.

And somewhere underneath the commercial instinct, you remember why this work matters. Every application processed cleanly is a student who got the offer they deserved. Every partner held to a higher standard is a family that got honest counsel instead of a sales pitch. Every university relationship structured well is an institution that got the students it was actually looking for. The numbers are real, and the lives behind the numbers are real. The best people in this industry never forget that — and they do the commercial work harder, not softer, because of it.

Manifest ecosystem leverage

• Use the full Manifest portfolio — Cialfo's school network, Explore's university outreach infrastructure, BridgeU's international school reach — to offer university partners something no standalone agency can offer: a full-funnel, data-informed student pipeline
• Identify and lead integration opportunities that deepen institutional engagement and create new commercial agreements beyond the traditional recruitment model
• Position Kaaiser not as a recruitment channel but as a strategic partner in a university's long-term international enrolment strategy

Long-term partnership strategy

• Develop multi-year partnership strategies with key universities — new programmes, new student segments, co-branded initiatives, and market penetration opportunities
• Act as Kaaiser's internal authority on Australian university market dynamics, policy shifts, and competitive positioning — the person the leadership team goes to when they need to understand what is changing and why
• Translate partner feedback into operational improvements and growth opportunities across sales, ops, and marketing

What Success Looks Like

The markers below reflect where Kaaiser is today. By the time you join, the business will have moved — new partnerships in progress, new priorities surfaced, new targets set. We will define the specifics together once you are in the seat. These are directional, not fixed.

That said, the shape of success in this role is clear.

You will start by building a complete picture — what each Australian university partnership is actually worth, where the gaps are, and where the immediate opportunities sit. You will have met the people who matter on the university side and you will know what they need from Kaaiser right now. You will have a point of view on where to move first.

From there, something will have materially improved. A commercial conversation will be in progress that wasn't before you arrived. A partnership will be deeper, better structured, or heading toward a longer-term agreement. The Manifest ecosystem — Cialfo, Explore, BridgeU — will be part of university conversations in a way it wasn't previously.

Over time, the portfolio will look different from how you found it. Not maintained — shaped. The universities that matter most to Kaaiser will see the relationship differently. The commercial terms and partnership structures will reflect that. And there will be a clear view of what the next three years look like for each key partner.

The specifics will be calibrated once you are in the role. The direction will remain the same.

What You Bring

You have spent the better part of your career in international education, and you know the India-Australia corridor in a way that is earned, not learned from a brief. You have sat across the table from a university's Pro-Vice-Chancellor International and understood what they actually needed — not what was on the agenda, but what would make the relationship worth continuing. You have restructured a commercial agreement that was working well enough and made it work significantly better. You have built something — a partnership, a framework, a portfolio — that did not exist before you arrived.

You are commercially hungry in the specific sense that matters here: you are not satisfied with a relationship that is functional. You want to know what it could be worth, and you want to build the case to get there. You understand that the best partnerships in this industry are not maintained — they are actively shaped, year by year, by someone who understands both sides of the table.

You are comfortable with ambiguity. Kaaiser is in a period of change — the market is shifting, the group is growing, and the partnership model is being actively redesigned. There is no playbook for what this role becomes in year two and year three. You will write it.

You will be operating with significant autonomy from Delhi, representing Kaaiser with institutions in Australia, coordinating internally with a group that spans Singapore, London, and beyond. That requires someone who is self-directed, structured, and trusted — not someone who needs a manager to define the next move.

Most importantly: you read the description of what Kaaiser is building and your first reaction was not "this is a good job." It was something closer to — someone has to build this properly. Someone has to sit across from vice-chancellors and structure these partnerships for what they actually are — the front door of one of the largest human capital flows on earth. About the Team

The Financial Modeling Team is a part of the Customer & Product Support (C&PS) department which sits at the intersection of sales, customer success and technical support. The Financial Modeling team is comprised of finance professionals with prior experience in investment banking, equity research, and holds at least one of the following qualifications: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Management Accountants (CMA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM). The team aims to understand our users' financial data needs to provide solutions that enhance M&A and quantitative research workflows.

The Financial Modeling team provides expert services for our analytical tools so that we can provide customers with a tailored experience when using our products. This seasoned team of investment professionals specializes in onboarding and customer adoption for our Excel add-ins, by developing, converting and validating financial models and library templates. 

About the Role

We are looking to hire an Analyst, Financial Modeling to join the growing Financial Modeling team at AlphaSense. This role marries the technical knowledge of our solution with a deep understanding of our users, across all of the segments and business units that we work with, to realize maximum value from the platform. The team is heavily relied upon to contribute excellent customer service by building financial models, which ultimately maximizes prospect and customer health. In order to learn our business and customer inside and out, this team helps build bespoke client model requests and maintain the template library using the excel add-ins tool. This role spearheads usage and engagement and partners with our product management and engineering teams in determining future product developments that will resonate with the market.

Who You Are

Basic Requirements

• Post graduate degree in Finance, Accounting or similar. Professional qualification including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), FRM.

• An intelligent, articulate, consultative and confident professional with 1-3 years of client-facing experience.

• Have deep and proven expertise in finance and experience building financial models in excel with the ability to interpret financial data and conduct analysis.

• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts and a solid understanding of financial analysis terminology and best practices, such as DCF and financial statements.

• A keen eye for detail and an ability to sift through large data sets to extract meaningful information.

• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

• You enjoy being part of an entrepreneurial team and work diligently to help others when needed.

• Possess a customer-obsessed mindset and enjoy working through complex problems to find solutions.

• Strong communicator with the innate ability to distill and explain complex issues in simple terms.
