We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead key aspects of our accounting operations in a fast-paced environment. This role will own the integrity and efficiency of the close process, drive automation and system enhancements, and partner cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Engineering, and Finance teams.

You will play a critical role in scaling accounting operations, improving processes, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting as the company grows.

This is a full-time position based out of our Denver or Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Team Leadership & Development

• Collaborate with FP&A, Procurement, and other stakeholders to align on financial insights and operational needs

Controls & Compliance

• Strengthen and maintain internal controls over financial reporting

• Support audit processes (internal and external), including preparation of schedules and documentation

• Ensure compliance with SOX and company policies

Skills We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred

• 5–7+ years of accounting experience, with a mix of public accounting and industry preferred

• Prior experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology company

• Proven experience managing and developing teams

• Strong understanding of month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting processes

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and close automation tools (e.g., FloQast)

• Experience working with large datasets or data tools (e.g., BigQuery) is a plus

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and automation initiatives

• Strong cross-functional communication skills, especially with technical teams

Bonus Skills​:

We are looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Application Engineering. As a Sr Software Engineer on the Applications Engineer team, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to deliver real-world applications and value from the leap forward in computing enabled by quantum technology. 

We don't just build the world's best quantum computers - we apply cutting edge quantum computing tools to real world problems. Until now, our team of Applications Scientists have been building prototypes, working closely with our customers. Our new department, Applications Engineering, will ultimately help transform proven quantum computing use-cases pioneered by our scientists into production applications, making those innovations available to more people and businesses by packaging and deploying these tools as SaaS applications.

But first, we must mature existing proof-of-concept quantum code into production grade applications. As a hands-on team lead for a new engineering team, you will work on enhancing developer experience (DevEx) by applying best practices to research-grade code. You will also set up CI / CD pipelines, software packing tools, and pre/post flight tests for new algorithms as they go into deployment. Where possible you will also be in charge of optimizing and parallelizing traditional algorithms, to reduce pre-processing and post-processing workloads. You will spearhead a new team taking newly invented quantum applications, and turning them into well defined modules of reliable SaaS applications. Think of it as being a forward-deployed engineer for quantum computing applications; the strongest candidates will be generalists with wide-ranging interests. 

This team will work closely with Developer Tools, Infrastructure, and Product teams to solve problems by choosing the right technologies, and standardizing and automating those solutions. The right engineer will be comfortable working on refining chemistry simplification via Quantum Computing tool one quarter, and turning a novel quantum topology solver into a service the next - and love pair programming with scientists. The Role

Role Overview

Frontera is hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own and operate the commercial technology stack that powers our Sales organization.

This is not a narrow ticket taking a CRM role. It is a high impact commercial operations role responsible for CRM administration, lifecycle configuration, routing logic, data integrity, automation, and reporting clarity across both B2B and Direct to Parent motions. Reporting into the Sales organization and partnering closely with Marketing and Growth, you will ensure that demand generation, outbound execution, pipeline management, and enrollment workflows operate cleanly and scale predictably.

Success in this role means combining strong technical system ownership with operational discipline and a practical understanding of how sales teams actually work. You will reduce friction, eliminate ambiguity, and maintain systems that allow our commercial teams to move faster with confidence.

What You’ll Own

CRM Administration & Lifecycle Configuration

• Administer and maintain our CRM including objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, permissions, and reporting structures 
• Configure and maintain lifecycle models across: Enterprise B2B pipeline, Partner and referral driven opportunities, and Direct to parent enrollment journeys
• Define and enforce stage criteria to reduce pipeline stalling and ambiguity
• Maintain routing logic that supports clear ownership across SDRs, AEs, Partnerships, and CS teams

Modern GTM Stack Management

Administer and integrate systems across a modern AI native GTM stack including:

• CRM platform (Hubspot; Salesforce) 
• Clay for enrichment, outbound intelligence, and workflow automation
• Sales engagement platforms
• Marketing automation systems
• Call intelligence tools
• Data enrichment providers
• Attribution and analytics platforms
• Ensure clean data flow between systems and eliminate manual reconciliation

Pipeline Integrity & Attribution

Forecasting & Commercial Visibility

Required Experience

• 5 to 8+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, GTM Systems, or Commercial Operations
• Hands on CRM administration experience and sales automation systems
• Experience managing modern GTM stacks including tools such as Clay
• Strong understanding of lifecycle modeling and pipeline management
• Experience building automation and routing logic
• Comfort working directly with sales teams and improving rep productivity

THE ROLE

This position is on the Customer Experience (CX) team — a full-stack group embedded at the core of Alarm.com's mobile and web apps. CX owns the moments that matter most to customers: getting them up and running on the platform, giving them the tools to manage their accounts, and finding ways to make the overall experience smarter and more intuitive over time.

As a Software Engineer II, you'll own features end-to-end. That means designing the server-side logic, shaping the API contract, and then following the work into the client surfaces where users experience it — Android, iOS, or web. You won't be handed a spec and told to execute — you'll be expected to have opinions about how things should be built and to defend them.

If you're coming in strong on the backend and looking to deepen your client-side skills on one platform, this role is built for exactly that trajectory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement server-side services and APIs that power features across Alarm.com's product ecosystem
• Own features completely: scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, and production verification
• Write clean, well-structured code that other engineers can read and maintain without explanation from you
• Design for the full problem — edge cases, failure modes, and error conditions, not just the happy path
• Contribute to client development on either Android, iOS, or web — you'll focus primarily on one platform, with exposure to others over time
• Participate in code reviews that meaningfully raise quality, not just catch style issues
• Collaborate across teams to define solutions that meet both business and technical needs
• Engage with the full development lifecycle, from early requirements through post-ship monitoring and support
• Bring your perspective to product decisions — we want engineers who think about what we're building, not just how
• Use AI tools where they genuinely improve your work — and share what's working with the team; we value engineers who are thoughtful adopters, not reflexive ones

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals: C# or Java experience is a plus
• Solid experience with SQL databases — schema design, query optimization, index strategy, and reading query execution plans
• Comfort with the full development lifecycle: writing tests, deploying safely, monitoring production health, and responding when things go wrong
• Curiosity about how the full stack works — genuine interest in following a feature from the server through to the client that delivers it
