About the Role
We are seeking a Principal UX Designer — Enterprise Modernization to serve as the design authority within our AI-powered Application Modernization Factory.
This is not a heads-down design execution role.You will define UX patterns, standards, and modernization approaches that scale across 100+ enterprise software applications.
You will influence product owners, embedded engineering teams, and external design agencies — not just produce Figma files. Your role is to bring systems thinking, pragmatism, and speed to complex, constraint-heavy modernization efforts.
You will lead the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into intuitive, scalable, and modern experiences — leveraging AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate delivery.
You will partner closely with our elite engineering teams, including Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and the Principal Engineer & Technical Architect, to drive transitional UI/UX flows that accommodate incremental modernization while significantly improving usability and aesthetics.

We're hiring a Group Product Manager to lead our Platform pod and drive our biggest commercial product bet of 2026. Platform is the layer underneath everything our customers touch — the horizontal services and shared capabilities every other pod builds on top of. It's also where we're standing up new initiatives that take us from internal infrastructure to a competitive market offering.
This is a player-coach role. You'll spend the early innings of this role as the IC PM yourself — owning our platform roadmap end-to-end through launch, including pricing, ICP, GTM partnership, and customer scoping. As the work scales, you'll build out and lead a Platform PM team alongside you. You'll report directly to the Head of Product.
Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $220,000 - $270,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Our goal is to immerse players in an extraordinary and haunting realm. From initial concept art to final in-game elements, we are crafting a compelling aesthetic experience that seamlessly blends with and brings to life the game’s narrative, level design, combat and audio. We play the game daily and our deep understanding of it allows us to deliver visuals that put the player experience first, while still pushing artistic boundaries to fully capture the unique tone and unforgettable atmosphere of the Arkheron’s world.
We are looking for a Senior/Principal Environment Artist with the technical grit to turn surreal concepts into high-fidelity, AAA landscapes. You aren't just an asset creator here - you are a primary architect. You will elevate the visual language of our first IP, translating our established world into immersive environments where every vista serves the story and every layout is purpose-built for competitive gameplay.
The base salary range for this role is $174,800 - $221,817. Depending on your experience and level (whether you’re closer to mid-level or principal), your offer may land above or below that range. THE ROLE
Sr. Technical Designer, Men's Tailoring / Outerwear
We’re looking for a Sr. Technical Designer, Men's Tailoring / Outerwear to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead our tech design and fit efforts for our Men's Tailoring and Outerwear business.
Success in this role means making fit a true competitive advantage for Quince, directly driving revenue through improved customer satisfaction and repeat purchase behavior. The Technical Designer will assess and evolve our fit standards and processes to ensure we are consistently delivering the right fit for our most important customers. This role will partner closely with internal and external international teams to develop and implement fit blocks, evaluate samples, recommend revisions, and move products through Pre-Production approval in collaboration with merchandising, sourcing, product development, and production. The ultimate goal is to reduce returns, improve comfort and consistency, and enable faster, more scalable product development as the business grows.
