Get to Know our Team
In Agoda’s Back End Engineering department, we build the scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs that host our core business logic. Our systems cover all major areas of our business: inventory and pricing, product information, customer data, communications, partner data, booking systems, payments, and more. These mission-critical systems change frequently with dozens of releases per day, so we must employ state-of-the-art CI/CD and testing techniques in order to make sure everything works without any downtime. We also ensure that our systems are self-healing, responding gracefully to extreme loads or unexpected input. In order to accomplish this, we use state-of-the-art languages like Scala and Go, data technologies like Kafka and Aerospike, and agile development practices. Most importantly though, we hire great people from all around the world and empower them to be successful. Whether it’s building new projects like Flights and Packages or reimagining our existing business, you’ll make a big impact as part of the Back End Engineering team.

About the team
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Stripe, you will drive Stripe’s future growth engine by working with Demand Gen and the Account Executive team to qualify leads and collaboratively build Stripe’s sales pipeline. About the Role:

The Global Service Delivery (GSD) team is responsible for Agoda's office infrastructure and staff connectivity. We provide the hardware, software, and access to resources that allows staff to achieve their goals. Whether in the office, working remotely, or traveling, we enable everyone to stay connected. The GSD team uses state-of-the-art cloud management technologies combined with the best of on-site services to manage the latest hardware running Windows, macOS, and Linux.
The Opportunity
We are looking for candidates with a passion for corporate technology and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our team in Bangkok. This role offers excellent growth opportunities in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support business access requirements on multiple systems.
- Resolve day-to-day issues assigned to the GSD Operations team.
- Design, implement, and manage user access controls and permissions.
- Oversee the user provisioning lifecycle in the company
- Automate identity and roles provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
- Maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for requests received via ServiceDesk, ensuring all requests are completed within the agreed SLA.
- Take on long-term projects in addition to daily tasks, allowing for growth and development.
- Make quick decisions, implement standards, and best practices to improve support processes.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Critical thinker – likes to challenge and ask questions
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Operations support, or as an IAM Analyst.
- Background in “no code” automations and working with APIs.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Database Server and query commands.
- Good knowledge of Okta or similar Identity Providers (IDP).
- Good knowledge of Active Directory management tools, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Good knowledge of Azure AD, Exchange Online, or Microsoft Office 365.
- Customer service-minded with great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Must demonstrate ownership and be both proactive and reactive.

Agoda is looking for a creative, yet analytical Associate Manager for Partner Communications to join our team and support the ideation, optimization, analysis and execution of our B2B CRM campaigns globally.
This role will involve the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns/products which support a mixture of wider-company initiatives, ongoing engagement metrics and maintaining/optimizing key products that drive revenues. The channels include email, push notifications, SMS, web/in-app messaging and more.
The Associate Manager, Partner Communications will work from the strategic to production level on campaigns to our supply partners, using market-leading technology – come up with a great idea and see it come to life all across the globe.

You will be supported by a team within the Product department and work closely with other Team members within Agoda. Get to Know our Team
In Agoda’s Back End Engineering department, we build the scalable, fault-tolerant systems and APIs that host our core business logic. Our systems cover all major areas of our business: inventory and pricing, product information, customer data, communications, partner data, booking systems, payments, and more. These mission-critical systems change frequently with dozens of releases per day, so we must employ state-of-the-art CI/CD and testing techniques in order to make sure everything works without any downtime. We also ensure that our systems are self-healing, responding gracefully to extreme loads or unexpected input. In order to accomplish this, we use state-of-the-art languages like Scala and Go, data technologies like Kafka and Aerospike, and agile development practices. POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Senior Software Engineer to join the EarnIn payroll services team.
In this role, you will participate in the design, development, and implementation of frontend and backend services that support the full suite of EarnIn Payroll’s products including our integration platform and payroll SaaS product. Your work will ensure backend systems and user-facing applications are well-aligned, intuitive, and reliable for payroll customers.

As a Finance Systems Product Manager / Senior Specialist (Tax Technology), you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of Agoda’s tax technology stack, with a strong focus on indirect tax engines and compliance enablement.
Based in Bangkok with Agoda Services Co. Ltd, this role reports to the Tax Data & Technology Associate Director and is part of a Tax organization that is rapidly expanding to support the evolving global tax landscape for digital services. While the role applies product‑management principles (such as requirements definition, solution design, and lifecycle ownership), it is not part of Agoda’s core Product organization. Purpose of the role
The WFM Senior Schedule Planner (Senior SP)/ Schedule Planner operates as senior level role within CEG’s WFM Schedule Planning team, with responsibilities in creating and publishing accurate agent and Team Manager schedules.
The Senior SP/Schedule Planner will organize schedules to optimize balanced SLA delivery and comply with legal and operations constraints. This role also has responsibilities in BAU schedule activities, such as shift assignment, training, meeting and coaching as well as JIRA ticket requests, for agent pull-out. This position is remotely based in Bangkok, Thailand with upto 60% domestic travel requirements
We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for leading customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants. This position will report to the Manager, Account Managers.
You will be in tune with the local restaurant industry and will proactively engage with our restaurant customers. You will be innovative in overcoming customer obstacles, and provide constructive perspectives to challenge current thinking. As a Merchant Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling businesses to grow on Xendit’s platform. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing merchant KYC profiles in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies, assessing LDD, BDD, and business use cases to determine merchant eligibility.
Beyond onboarding, you will support payment channel activations by working closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure merchants are successfully set up to accept payments. You will coordinate submissions, track progress, resolve issues, and help unblock delays, while ensuring compliance and a smooth end-to-end experience for merchants.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Product, Sales, and Partnerships to solve onboarding and activation cases efficiently, always keeping customer experience at the forefront. The Data department oversees all of Agoda’s data-related requirements. Our ultimate goal is to enable and increase the use of data in the company through creative approaches and the implementation of powerful resources such as operational and analytical databases, queue systems, BI tools, and data science technology. We have been working on big scale of fast & safe database CI/CD pipeline with involved 1,000+ Engineers in IT department and it leads to have new 50-100 store procedures deployment on production every day.
As DBA, you will have a big challenge & opportunity to help define, standardized and provide best practice of SQL administration including setup, migration, monitoring, high availability and performance tuning.
